in their line of duty police officers encounter a wide range of individuals some are cooperative and courteous making their tasks relatively simple however there are times when they encounter people who are anything but ordinary turning a routine stop into a challenging ordeal here are five instances when officers realize they had pulled over a straightup psycho on June 18th 2023 in Ohio tensions flared during a traffic stop when a woman accused the police of racial profiling the situation began when an officer noticed a red Chevy truck with heavily tinted windows at at a gas station making it difficult to see inside after running the license plate the officer discovered it was expired and decided to pull the truck over as it left the parking lot the driver exited the vehicle angrily claiming she was being targeted because of her race despite the officer's attempts to escalate the situation the driver became increasingly upset refusing to return to her truck and disregarding the officer's requests his say my black' coming in the parking lot you have expired plates that's why I'm stopping you sir why are you jumping out of your truck because you see my black pull in you turned around your windows are tinted I can't even see into the truck in window stand call your super David 520 ma' stay out of the truck whatever stay out of the truck I don't matter I can stay out theck supervisor SE as the officer approached the car tensions quickly escalated despite the tinted windows the woman erupted with accusations of racism she fiercely resisted arrest hurling insults and refusing to cooperate even as additional officers arrived for backup despite repeated calls for calm she remained defiant further intensifying the situation yeah call a supervisor you ain't closing me in I am watch your legs call a supervisor all right right now now you're being charged with obstructing official business you're going to be going down to the din County Jail I need you to put your legs inside of the vehicle right now would you call a supervisor I need you to put your legs inside the car right now hello hello can somebody call for a supervisor can somebody call for a supervisor she is cuz you're not supposed to do that that's not that's not how that goes is it all right you're just making your own rules as you go along that's but guess what that's what you are you can also put yourself to go into jail because you jump out of a car what you going to put me in jail for why you getting out of the car that's why I did it baby see it right here now you going to take me to officer call his supervisor meanwhile the suspect's mother who was also present continued to accuse the officers of racism the officer attempted to explain that being stopped didn't necessarily mean she would be going to jail but their escalating Behavior was only making the situation more difficult so she's under arrest for me I don't want to talk to this man I'll talk to anybody else out here uh you to talk to the arresting officer okay let me tell you he ma'am have a seat in the car I'm talking we p in have a seat inside of the car we p in we just put in to get air this man was going this way soon as he looked me in my face he turned around and followed and came over there where we were at we didn't do anything we came in to get air soon as we got the air and everything he drove up behind our truck he see me when we pulled in he pulled in looked me in my face and bust the uturn we got the air we pulled out we didn't even go in the gas station this man just came up and pulled me over like you pulled me over for pulling in getting air black people getting sto what that mean oh please yeah I already tried that dude you n you sto with that you started cameras on and guess what keep them on cuz guess what the best thing they came out with is for oh believe me I agree with that completely I completely agree with that I love watch love the I love the cameras I would never work without them they protected me so much from people making false accusations okay okay good do me a favor okay I know you're frustrated just take a seat please I'll go talk to him and ask him so I can you okay okay we're coming from a baby shower okay we're coming from a baby shower my husband we stopped earlier and got his um oil tapped off and whatever the guy did to his tire his tire is reading low now okay so we stopped at the gas station just stopped here to put gas in the tire before we jumped on the freeway to make sure it's nothing wrong back and we p in as I'm pulling in he was heading out he busted you turn behind me we waited we went and got the gas he went and sat right over there and waited for us to pull out and just pull it instantly out behind me and pulled me over like you what could be your reason for pulling us over we just got here the suspects were adamant about framing the situation as an issue of racism despite the fact that the officers were simply trying to deescalate the situation when the supervisor arrived at the scene the women persisted in their accusations reinforcing that the officers themselves were not at fault in this confrontation I got out the car baby listen in I ain't I been drinking CU I just fell from baby you driving no no see that's what I told they talk to me real nasty so I'm coming back at you don't talk I said talk to me hold on wait a minute this is not the place to to figure this out but let me tell you something what do you want to tell me I talk to you like you I be you want years old wait a minute I'm talking to you give me a minute talk to you like I'll be 65 years old I talk to them respect okay okay but don't come to me I've been drinking have you been doing this yes I've been drinking but guess what I'm in the backseat of that truck trying to get back home no one's asked you that though no one's brought that up to you but you know what I'm saying that's my daughter okay I'm trying to see what we did hand guns I'm assuming yes they are and I have license one okay perfect all right thank you so much for telling me I'm going to go talk to him so I can at least find out what his reason for his initial stop least kind of figure out what's going on okay okay okay just sit tight for me I know obviously that's kind of redundant the back of the truck get I'm irritated now okay ma'am so I talked to officers Okay the reason the reason the traffic stop occurred is when he saw you guys pulling in he ran your license plate it shows that your license plate tags are expired so we have a 2year sticker it might I don't know he just said it's ran it he said it's coming up expired so he said he pulled in here waited till you guys P took off again so he could initiate the stop for the expired test the mother continued to argue with the officer expressing her concern over her daughter sudden detention meanwhile the other officer attempted to explain to the daughter that the expired license plates were the actual reason for the stop it was clear that the officer had no intentions especially since the heavily tinted windows had prevented him from seeing inside the car in the end the suspect was charged with obstructing official business and received citations for both the tinted windows and the expired license plates in March 2021 what started as a routine traffic stop in Florida quickly took an unexpected turn the suspect named Robert was pulled over for having a broken tail light and license plate light however the situation escalated when it was revealed that his truck hadn't been licensed or insured for nearly 10 years yes a full decade as a result the police had to tow his truck and issue him a ticket but the situation grew even more chaotic when Robert refused to sign the ticket and Incredibly dialed 911 misusing emergency services right in front of the officers he continued to shout and resist transforming a simple traffic stop into a dramatic ordeal watch physical control of a vehic that you're driving you're supposed to be make sure that you have all the proper paperwork for it I'm being honest I'm not lying to you I'm not I'm not saying that you are I'm just letting you know that I know it's not your truck but when you're driving a vehicle you're supposed to have all the paperwork to it it's your responsibility to make sure you have that okay I'm just letting you know that's common sense it is I understand I'm not stupid I understand do you still live in on North Washington yes ma'am I do okay any weapons in the car I need to know about n lost his cool his nerves were shot and he refused to cooperate his voice grew louder and louder as the situation escalated making things even more intense hey Robert Robert yes um do me a favor just step out here I'm just going to have a conversation with you okay am I under arrest no you're not I'm not stepping out there if I'm not under arrest I don't need to step out of the vehicle what do you want me stepping out of the vehicle for well because I'm going to tow the car cuz it hasn't been registered in 10 years so I'm trying to be civil with you and asking you to step out so I can talk to you and then we can make try to get you a ride so I'm asking you to step out of the car they want they want me to step out of the vehicle so they can pound the vehicle so they can make money yeah they got got to make money you're going to make money off of this this car has not been registered in 10 years sir you have no registration for it and no insurance card so I'm going to ask you one more time to step out of the car if if I don't step out of the car there's going to be health pain on this mother I've been very nice with you you've been nothing but attitudy since with me since I pulled you over you ruined my knife step out of the car how am I supposed to I'm supposed to like this you're going to tell my Chuck away I'm supposed to be okay with it I'm supposed to be like hey let's be best friends I don't need you to be my best friend trust me then I you expect me to be in good mood register your car my KN register your car and you're not cuffing me do you're not you're not under too in the end Robert faced four misdemeanors misuse of 911 violation of financial responsibility for property damage since he didn't have insurance resisting an officer without violence and refusal to accept and sign a citation well if you think this man was crazy you haven't seen anything yet this woman took things to a whole new level with her absolute worst behavior on April 23rd 2024 in akan Ohio officers patrolling near Grand a and noov spotted a car driving without its headlights on after running the plates they discovered the vehicle was associated with jany Pennington who had active felony warrants out of Jackson when the officers stopped the car and approached Janie refused to identify herself or roll down her window despite multiple requests as she reached toward her waistband
