we often get comments from viewers like you asking us to follow up with the incidents we featured on resisting arrest TV in this video we'll provide you with an update on the status of the legal cases of some of the incidents featured on our Channel let's take a look number three the first video that we uploaded to our newly launch Channel featured a visibly drunk woman named Sierra who we referred to as the the pre-law student that is all I am asking out of the $50 that I gave them that is $150 worth of drinks correct yes camera yes okay thank you response was immediate for our pre-law student series as the three videos of Sierra's arrest and detainment were like a train wreck lawyer you simply couldn't look away police were called to a 7-Eleven to deal with a visibly intoxicated woman who wouldn't leave the premises we learned that Sierra was literally walking home from work and she wanted to buy a bag of chips so did you just get off work there yeah okay so you didn't drive a car here no I L walked I walked because I'm like hey like Cantina and I walked here instead of going home something officers requested of her multiple times just your bag is at your house from when you went there the first time okay go get my bag no you're going to go get your bag so let's go come on Sierra is seen on police body camera footage trying to bribe a police officer you can take my [ __ ] 20 and that's it come on let's go she was arrested and charged with resisting or obstructing a peace officer Criminal Trespass public intoxication disturbing the peace according to the Court's public records all three of the charges were dropped as they were found to be improper charges and the cas is closed number two police were called to a local gym to respond to calls about a man who brought a vodka bottle with him to his workout okay he's clearly Dro walk in here with [ __ ] VOD bottle in his hand upon a arrival they met Jahari who was seen on a police body camera doing weak bench presses on a Smith machine Jahari wouldn't leave the gym when ordered and police carried him from the premises VIP service VIP service yeah yeah yeah jhari was arrested and charged with two counts each of resisting instructing a peace officer aggravated assault on an officer battery trespassing according to Court's public records bail was set at $35,000 and jari spent 27 days in jail jari was sentenced to 54 days in jail with previously served time applied at the time of researching this video there was a balance owing and an upcoming court appearance in 2024 number one itel was driving her underage sister and their friends to a party in the suburbs and Chicago they don't do this well they say Chicago welcome to the suburbs her plans for a fun night were shattered when police radar caught her car speeding the radar indicated that she was traveling 80 mph in a 35 mph Zone I know you said you didn't see me but I was behind you you had two officers trying to pull you over you're flying away from everybody flying on the Road like crazy the officer tried to pull sel's car over but itel maintained her High rate of speed and the officer eventually abandoned the chase itel was pulled over less than 10 minutes later in a neighboring town by another police force when police asked her why she was speeding itel said the group was late for a party to a party and it's running late okay how much other booze you have in the car oh no we don't have any other boo that's the one that we had and we had like probably like one but that's about I'm I'm not drinking though I'm not drinking I could walk in for you but I'm not drinking okay but you have no other Boos in the car weed or anything water no we're not we're sober right now I I don't condone Drive drink driving so good police found booze and pot when searching it cell's car some of the seized bottles of alcohol had already been opened sorry to LIT in your Tong the least towed it cel's car and itel was arrested and charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding police officer exceeding 21 mph over limit unlawful possession of cannabis by driver and various traffic infractions according to Court's public records isel's bail was $10,000 she spent two days in jail itel was subsequently found guilty by stipulation of facts she received a additional discharge of 18 months 50 hours of community service credit for time served $75 in court fines her car was released 15 months after being seized by police it cel's next court appearance is listed as January 2025 we'll continue to look into incidents featured on resisting arrest TV and post video updates as those in our videos have their day in court do you enjoy our videos consider joining our fan club where we post the uncensored versions of our videos days before we release the censored version on our Channel thanks for watching and be sure to hit the like And subscribe buttons thanks for watching resisting arrest TV
