2025 olair Wisconsin an officer
performed a registration check on a
vehicle which came back expired shortly
after the vehicle stopped in an
intersection for no apparent reason the
officer activated his lights and the
vehicle pulled into a parking
lot B sconsin bin store just off of
Seymour Wisconsin ad George no 1955 Adam
George no 1955 and can I hit a second I
just had a passenger jump out and go
into a
store hey who was that Adam Adam why is
he getting out like that does he not see
like the red and blue lights I don't
know I've seen them all right sit tight
for me don't move you guys already
tained so don't leave
what are you doing man why'd you jump
out I didn't know you were behind us oh
okay all right I'm sorry no that's fine
just hop in the car for
me listen you don't have to idea
yourself or anything like that but like
you guys jumping out of the like you

go the driver identified herself as
Jamie but the other two passengers
refused to identify themselves upon a
closer look the officer believed the
front passenger was a male named Joseph
who had a warrant out for his
arrest um one of the turn around up on
Hastings and I just turned around I
started heading back and this car kind
of like when they saw me turn around
they started like you know swapping
lanes and stuff like that whenever I get
behind them and then they were pulling
in off of a Seymour over
here um they stopped in the middle of
intersection she says it was because the
guy was pulled down in front of her but
I saw the truck like it was stopped at a
stop sign like she had the complete
rideway she just stopped so he was
running he was trying to go through my
front door but it's locked okay cuz
we're not open okay and when they pulled
up they they threw something out the
window
it's on the passion side on the ground I
don't know what it was the flew away
perfect they're definitely mapped out of
their [ __ ] mind okay here let me just

something out it probably blew
underneath the St or something
they threw something out you guys got

jumped out immediately went inside he's
claiming you inside see me he tried to
run Sprint through that building um do
some digg and see if I can't figure out
who this guy
is I might have an idea of who he is
kind of looks like Joseph Deuce if you
know who that is he's got a warrant and
he's an absolute flight RIS
so yeah I'm going
to do some digging see if I can't find
anything
but I really want to see if I can figure
out what they threw
if we can figure out what they
threw if you want to do some looking
arounds if we can figure out what he
threw then we could pretty much like get
that guy to ID him and I could see those
guys looking if you want to talk with
them real quick see if they can't pull
up
cameras real quick but yeah I'm chilling

in the store where we came here to go
shopping at the store you came in
shopping they said you were running and
try to open another door and it was
locked told me it was closed and I was
just when I got in I was walking up
through the place they said it was close
another door I
went they said you were sprinting
through that store it closed I was kind
of panicked cuz it was closed I wasn't
supposed to be in that okay I wasn't
running from anybody you understand how
weird that is to me right yeah I didn't
even realize you were here until I came
back outside all right they said you
threw something something out the window
too when you guys pulled up here no
throw window didn't throw out anything
in the window that camera that's right
above you guys to your left a cigarette
butt right there that just a cigarette

okay so why' you say you didn't throw
anything but there's a cigarette but on
the floor and now you're saying it I
didn't I thought you like pulling into
for the parking lot throwing guns and
drugs and no I don't I don't expect to
see any guns around here are there any
weapons in the vehicle that I should be

stopped and boom so the car was dying
off so you flipped your lights on if my
car would have died you would have rear
ended me okay for sure it would have
been ATT it was stuck in Jungle I don't
know if you seen that no I stopped and I
was watching you guys cuz I seen that
truck I'm like you dumb son of a [ __ ]
um this is no this is uh her boyfriend I
thought his name here I thought his name

friend what's Le's last name I don't

they were coming from Quick Trip off

all right nothing of evidentiary value
was located in the vehicle however the
back passenger identified as Alexa
admitted to having a pipe on her due to
the location of the pipe officers would
not be able to seize it all three
individuals in the car were also
identified as recent offenders in a
retail theft case at farman Fleet and
were on probation but yeah you said
something about the retail stff but
that'd be cool cuz I worked with you
guys I can do
[ __ ] I don't want to go to jail what do
you mean you got something under your
name yeah [ __ ] cuz he like he's known
him cuz he was with but it's he's like
really cu the it is a book in release
it's up to my paration officer but my
paration officer I'm pretty honest with
her honest da um I goes long ways with
her so you did know who that are you
saying that you did know who he was he
was with but he always went by Richard
and their cop thinks I'm bullshitting
him I'm not okay I'm friends with Lexi

was running probably he's run for me in
the past

like it could have even been a cigarette
I don't know I just saw something cuz
there is a cigarette out there he's got
like so maybe that's what I was he's got
a history so I was curious

yeah so he ran inside I I got the video
on my phone but he booked it inside he's
like you guys open and they're like no
he's like all right can I leave to the
front door and they're like no it's
locked and you can see him like he s
there like messing with the door and
then the owner walks in and the video
cuts off with the owner going like hey
so like do anything inside no I'm not
seeing anything they said they they even
said it could have been a cigarette so
um I'm kind of thinking if there's
anything in the car it's going to be
stashed on well I the Pip's on her but I
wouldn't be surprised if he's got
something stashed on him but he's not
willing to talk to me anymore he led up
so did you search all her property then
yeah I went through all her stuff inside
and I asked her I got her to give me
consent to search the bag but it's they
were it looks like they were at a gas
station there's a bunch of like like
beef sticks or whatever and they got
some like sodas so all three of them
probation okay put in a good word for
her tell her that she it's just miss me
so F she owned up to it she's
Cooperative with usmi she kept lying
which bag is hers cuz I'll take it with
me uh it's a tan bag that's in there I
did empty it out so I mean but there's
uh and on the back there's lighters and
torches on the top of the trunk I don't
know who's it who it belongs to but
ultimately Joseph was arrested for a
warrant a probation hold one count of
felony bail jumping and obstructing an
officer repeater he was issued a $2,000
signature Bond Alexa was arrested
for she was issued a $1,000 signature
Bond top left is a court date if you
wish to appear you were not notified to
appear if you wish to hey there's
instructions on this my advice
get it up to date go go to that court
date and show them look I got my
registration it's it's valid it's good
everything's fine try to get this
all you said it was your husband's or
boyfriend's car right yeah well see I
just told him he got the loan for me
okay and that's why it's in his name but
well if even if he does it or whatever
you know if someone does it just do it
because I'm not trying to give you false
hope I'm not going to see and make
promises right but it's been known in
the past that you know judges will just
knock it off with with all that they'll
knock the citation off just because they
showed okay y she got stopped and she
made the cor tell him what actually what
happened tonight and I'm sure I'll get
my ass to well I will say this feel free
to let your hband know about it but
pretty much in my at least in my eyes
the reason why you're not in the back of
the other squad car is because of your
cooperation today I know but and I
appreciate you guys that goes a long way
with us so we appreciate that and he did
tell me his name was Richard so you know
and why wouldn't I believe what prin is
going to tell you I got yeah
full-fledged warrants out for me and
nobody is you know I mean I know I never
did when I had warrants IIT with them
you know I'm not but I never ever lied
to never known to lie to you guys any
police officer if you caught me you
caught me D my gigs up you know I should
be running anyway but yeah well listen
