was doing some funky you know did he did he ever make any comments to you or anything no no nothing he was talking to himself he ever threaten to hurt you or anything else no I because I told him okay don't with me okay you know um when he was in your yard did he make any threats or anything towards anybody I did not hear if he did cuz I was in the bathroom my sister called and said he's in your driveway I don't know might know okay what did uh said something he said something about stabbing him they would know more about that okay they would know yeah so basically you just seen him in your driveway yeah he was yeah and whenever I finally got back out of foran my sister had posted it on Facebook for you know everybody parents you know this lady from M said she used to live across the street from him and she said that he would always creep on her daughter whenever she was outside playing so there's something wrong with that man absolutely we appreciate you guys call we're going to finish up all this but we'll be doing with us um and he obviously has been scoping because I don't know how the hell he knew his daughter he said that's not right no no the dog went out in the road and she's like no that's my daughter's dog and he said oh her down there how the did he know that no that's not right yeah how did did he know that he knows some people he knows too much for somebody who's not from around here yeah for sure um so we need to um with him he he resisted me getting him in the car kind of okay uh he didn't kind of he did so resist um we're going to I need to loosen window I was working on the side beside in the carport she said he's back out front uhhuh and was he in your yard or in your driveway he was just walked past my house okay where you live I live where you guys came there y but uh and had already made contact with him told him go on you don't we don't want you down here and he started walking off I told like call police I walked because he took off one you guys couldn't catch him before four I stayed on uh Fourth Street and walked he took off down the alley between fourth and 5ifth or fourth and third he took off down the alley I just walked parallel with him okay and got to the main street and he started getting combative with me in front of the post office like look dude you don't want to do this I'm just making sure you're not hurt nobody okay so I said you need to go and then he turned down this road and then my brother was coming this way and then he walked over here by this fence that's when he went to grab his he came me he went to grab his knife and come at me and my brother slapped the knife out of his hand and he grabbed his phone called 911 so he come at you with a knife yeah he reaching for a knife coming did he did he actually come at you with the knife he got the knife out and my brother slapped it out of his hand okay so did he ever threaten you he didn't come straight at me with blade out or nothing but he was reaching for it okay so he was reaching for the knife yes in a threatening manner okay okay okay um he told me he's he's going to kill me okay and he's going to deal with me and blah blah blah so um what did you see happen tonight he we was I was down here and he come down the road yelling and screaming he freaking earlier today I had met you guys up at Casey's cuz I called my uncle and said hey he was behind my house doing all kinds of weird dancing and [ __ ] and he was trying to look in my garage and all that he was acting weird which you already know all that well come down through here and he he went he was like oh you and I ain't no blah blah blah and he was on the phone with the cops I said hey are you still on the phone and she said yes sir I am I said all right he's trying to come at all three of us and he started getting belligerant with my brother and he put his phone down like that and he put his phone in his other hand and he went like that and went to reach for a knife I seen it on the side of his hand he grabbed it out of his pocket and I slapped it out of his hand and it went and hit the road SL the knife out of his I slapped it I didn't grab it I slapped it okay and it hit the side of the road and I told everybody it was out here I said do not touch that knife leave it alone MH and he was like oh U I'm I'm still here I'm still here these guys are trying to take me down and this they're trying to attack me like we ain't attacking you okay you're walking down the street acting stupid and you're trying to get little kids to come out to the road to you okay no I'm not I wouldn't do that I said all right well whatever and he throws that phone down I said what are you doing I said are you uh are are you are you trying to get a hold of your other informant or whatever or you know and he reaches any pocket and I said well what are you doing he pulls out another phone he starts down a number I said are you trying to get a hold of your your guy or what and he goes no we don't do that we ain't looking for kids we ain't doing this I'm like we what are you talking about we he said I mean I I I'm not doing nothing wrong I don't do that I would never do that to little kids like this is okay well I mean we we don't need that kind of that kind of crap around here with the little kids and stuff tell me a little bit about what happened um really I walked out my front door and in my yard it was in your yard the smoke and I'm like you need to get the out of my y I said we don't want you down here just get the [ __ ] off this street and so I started following him whichever way he went like get [ __ ] out of here we don't want you here I mean you know just all already been told that he's been doing nobody wants to around so I was fing I didn't let him around and he went down the alley there he went up to like that trailer there on the end that real nice alley through there he walked down it and then and he cut this way and then come back up and they was com this way and I was over there to make sure he didn't you know shoot down that street and try to go back down that way CU end day we just went [ __ ] go yeah and he M something off and I told him I said said you know what said you come my house and start this again in of my kids I said You' be lucky if you don't end up and other than that I came back around here and they' already cornered him here so I didn't see nothing with the knife I just know it was here and we kind of kicked it away when he started to come back this way so he couldn't pick it up and use it um and then really most of what I heard your 911 operator heard okay I told him he's been my house yeah did you uh um did you witness anything physical occur between anybody no no he uh he started to charge this and then he started cuz we just trying to C trying to get you guys here so that was it at this was it all happened at this residence right here it it happened here and then it got walked down
