off I put it in reverse and started backing with him and flipped my lights on then and then turn around and spun out and took off after him she not coming back running siren and everything else and go check make sure he's alive so I'm like trying to holster climb down draw open the door and he's he was out of it but he started waking up coming too there's a bunch of like SE wi and [ __ ] in there I'm sure they're drunk but at this point I don't know that I can really go too much for DUI on him but never mind running from me and having a gun as a f or as a prole so you still got yeah fing and a looing even though you don't have viations aggravated he doesn't have a driver's license anyway it's expired I think it said yeah so no valid and then yeah whatever you want to ride them for the accident so and no seat belt but I I can get dope out of there sometimes but I've got gotten um I've gotten shrooms there people doing shrooms anymore I got shrooms out of this par and then uh I've gotten a couple guns like tonight I got another gun but they don't they don't usually run and they're usually too busy getting dressed and worried about that but 15 years old and he's like what 29 the hell man so I'll get him for contributing to delcy of a minor and I don't know that they were having sex but when he he didn't have pants on when I got down there and I saw him put his shirt on as I pulled up so if Mom wants to go that route we can go that route too so as soon as everyone clears out I'll take him down and book him and by my side Sweet Home Alabama and six I told them one of them are going to have to go to the hospital and sit with her until mom gets there her dad I told them to write her pnt or yeah city ordinance for um curfew yeah so as soon as this clears out a little I I'll take off and transport him if you can make sure like I said when that car comes up we're going to have to search it yeah yeah there's and there's broken bottle everywhere so be careful so pretty sure he just hit his head on the bars in there oh well it's like 29 in she's 15 well that's what they ask me how old is he and I'm like well he's at least in his 20s I don't know how old he is she's 15 so she I'm going to I'm going to start doing his booking sheet and all that [ __ ] and then I will uh write all the tickets and everything in there like I said if you'll take care of the make sure this gets searched and towed and let me know if you find there are some what look like edibles but I'm not I'm not overly picky about that yeah we'll get it searched and so I'll have one of these guys fleing a looting and actually I could probably go Criminal Trespass cuz he was in the park but I'm not going to worry about about that um and then a quick search of the vehicle there was a loaded handgun in the center console um I want to talk to him just a little bit I may end up going DUI as well I think that's maybe that's why he crashed but I don't know honestly if I could even do that right now because of the crash you know um EMS was on scene he refused all Medical Care uh he's got a couple small lacerations I think one like right above his eye and one up like up here somewhere um but by the time I was talking to me' already stop bleeding really so it looks worse than it is all right Javon listen man you got five tickets tonight okay you got five tickets listen sorry you got five tickets okay one for fleeing and looting cuz you didn't stop when I turn all my lights on all right two of them are for seat belts one for you and one for her because she's only 15 um the other one was uh too fast for condition and the other one for illegal Lane usage those two kind of go hand in hand all right you have a court date all of these tickets are together you have a court date here of June 3rd at 8:30 in the morning courtroom 1 a okay and for right now you're being charged with obviously the fleeing and looting okay um contributing to the delinquency of a minor and aggravated uuw for the handgun all right and I got to go her parents are wanting to speak so I got to go talk to them you could face additional charges for engaging in some sort of sexual act with a minor okay so I don't know I got to go talk to them yet and we'll go from there but that's what you're in here for the the or the fleeing looting and the the handgun are both felonies all right now are you on probation or parole parole parole who's your PO uh a mo who a mo I don't know them so I don't know if they're going to violate you for this I mean they they may cuz you had a handgun but I
