Um so she's going to go for aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer. So she's going to jail tonight. They're both felonies. They're both felonies. That's not up to me. That's I mean first I'm charging her you know, to get jail time she'd have to be convicted or plead guilty and then that would be up to a judge. There's a number of other factors that come into play, so I can't even speculate what that would be. We're We're at stage one of a multi-stage process. Okay. Um she'll be going to jail tonight. She'll see a judge in the morning at first appearance at 8:30 at the Indian River County Courthouse. Yeah, it's in the city. It's on 20th. It's 16th. So if you want to go, you can go.
