14th Street in Willow Avenue in response to reports of a drunk woman screaming running in the street and jumping on cars upon arrival officers made contact with the suspect identified as Lauren who was already belligerent and out of control Lauren has a history of multiple prior arrests for disorderly conduct due to intoxication indicating a repeated pattern of alcohol rated incidents this video into custody officers transported Lauren to Hoboken University Medical Center for further evaluation once at the Hoboken Police Department she underwent a more thorough search and was secured to a bench after being photographed and fingerprinted Lauren was formally charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and one count of disorderly conduct she was later released pending her court appearance Lauren's history of Prior arrest paints a troubling pattern she has been charged multiple times for aggravated assault on law enforcement office officers and disorderly conduct including incidents in Rosel Park Garwood Westfield and belmare New Jersey her past arrests include aggravated assault charges in Rosel Park on January 19th 2025 December 15th 20124 and January 2nd 2025 2023 as well as disorderly conduct offenses in Garwood on October 24th 2024 Westfield on June 30th 2024 and elmar on July 26 2022 clearly Lauren has an ongoing issue whether it be alcohol abuse anger management problems mental health struggles or all of the above at this point you would think a judge handling her case would recognize this pattern and instead of just issuing fines mandate Rehabilitation a mental health evaluation and anger management classes unfortunately since we don't yet know the outcome of this case all we can do is hope that someone steps in before this situation escalates further if nothing changes this could easily lead to Lauren suffering Serious injury or even death in the future what are your thoughts on this situation do you think Lauren
