A black mercury sable is clocked at 80 miles per hour on a wet rain soaked road where the limit is just 45. But instead of simply following the law, these officers do something so unprofessional, so careless, it will eventually cost them everything. Stay with me to see exactly what happened on that roadside. How a simple traffic stop turned into a national scandal.
