a.m. deputies responded to a call at the
Summers Walmart after a witness reported
seeing a naked man standing next to a
black truck acting indecently in
public upon spotting law enforcement the
57-year-old male identified as Thomas
quickly got into the vehicle while still
naked

he's right there he's parked right there

now call him in custody yeah that's what
I was going to do I was just waiting
till I get off the radio Thomas
explained that he was a pastor and that
this was going to ruin
him I really don't know what I was
thinking I mean it was just kind of
I don't know if you understand lot being
lost in the moment or something but
talking to a counselor I was talking I I
will sort this out mhm so um so what is
a a a posting Bond do posting Bond means
that there's an amount of money that are
attached to whatever crime is yeah and
that means that you are able to pay that
amount of money you still have a that is
set for the bond there's like a bond
book that I have here all right and I
will read it and see and I would say you
it's I don't know what it is so whatever
the amount is you pay for it you're able
to leave like this orderly conduct I
believe is $150 or $200 I'd have to
confirm okay you pay that amount and you
get booked in and then you get released
okay so so the judge determines what if
I go to the court date so basically
you'll still have a mandatory court date
that you'll have to be and next 24 hours
okay you'll have to still go to all
right you're just going to see a
commissioner they'll read my report read
my partner's
report and they will decipher what they
what they believe your bond should be so
let's say you pay a random number is
$700 today you get out then you can go
back you go back into court out of
custody and the commissioner might say
that he believes that $200 is only
warranted now you receive $500 back or
he said $1,000 bond is actually warant
to 300 it could be a various of things
or I see understand I'm not a lawyer so
I can't give you like what is best all I
can say is that's what that's what
usually happens as the face I don't know
what would actually do

God I love my wife so much and she hears
about this it's just going to be I don't
know they're hurt and she's going to
heal I guess I'm so selfish at times not
to think
about you know the consequences of your
actions mhm it's
really feel like an
avalanche Thomas was booked into the
kosha County jail and released about an
hour and a half later after posting a
$400 cash Bond Thomas was charged with
disorderly conduct and lude lascivious
Behavior Thomas was found guilty of
disorderly conduct and ordered to 90
days in local jail imposed and stayed
and one year of probation stayed meaning
he serves no time unless he is arrested
