October 4th 2023 officers responded swiftly to multiple calls reporting a shooting following an altercation between neighbors one neighbor alarmed by the shotgun blast called 911 after witnessing a disturbing sight a 76-year-old man Wayne Mahar was seen standing on his front porch holding a gun the situation was tense as officers secured the area and conducted their investigation there it is there they are there they are got him moving on them put your hands up get behind me got it keep your hands up where's your husband next one over two over two over okay come to me come to me hi stay
