Is there any way you can rotate this in for like >> I can't I can't rotate it. It hurts. I can't rotate it. >> No, you got so I'm going to I'm going to put looser ones on. Okay. >> Okay. >> Just got to give us a second here. >> Hey, I tell this to everybody. It's not just you. You want me to take these off? Don't do anything stupid. Okay. >> Okay. I know. I don't got nothing to reason to do. >> Here, you stand up so we can do it, please. >> We're trying to be respectful on this. >> We're going to use scissors. So, don't jerk around. I don't want you to cut yourself. I know it's going to hurt for a second. >> Hold on. Just keep it down to your side right here. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We're We're going All right. What's back your palms together or >> can you put them in the front? I mean, come on. I ain't going nowhere. >> Look at all y'all. >> I mean, look at that, dude. >> I know. Hey, I I didn't put them on there. I'm changing them out so they're not so tough. Okay, >> look at that. Look at all body cam. Look how tight that is. Nice. >> Let me see. >> I'm filing a complaint. >> All right. >> Come on now. Treat me like a human being. >> That's what we're doing. We don't do this for anybody else. >> I don't care. You treat everyone like a human being. >> We weren't the dogs. >> We didn't put them on. >> Somebody did. The only crew. >> None of us did. >> I ain't going nowhere. It's fine. I'm not going nowhere. Y'all look at all y'all. You can't go nowhere anyways. >> Why so angry? I'm angry because this is how y'all treat people, man. Treat them like human beings and not dogs. >> You are being treated like a dog. >> No, I'm being treated like a dog. If I was to go run down a cow, that's how I'd treat it. >> I don't think anyone's feeling that. >> Come on, dude. I don't need to hear it. >> I don't need to hear you right now. >> Well, that's too too bad. That's Constitution of the United States. I'm allowed to talk. YOU, ON THE OTHER HAND, can shut up and be quiet because that's your policy. I don't think it is. No, >> it's your policy to be professional. It's not mine. No, y'all not, man. Look at I got proof. >> You're being very courteous. I think so. >> Now you are. And I appreciate that that you're not treating me like a dog. Now you're welcome. >> Anything else? >> If I would like to comment, I can. Is that a problem for you? Do you not like people, American citizens, speaking as they will? >> Is that a problem for you? >> It sure seems like one, sir. >> I think you got a problem, sir. Yeah, I got a problem with the authority that doesn't obey the authority. If you every one of you obeyed every traffic law and every law that was out there, I'd have respect for you. >> I know who you are. >> Yeah, you know who you are. >> Yeah. >> I don't have respect. You don't respect the same law. Are you the one that pulled me over speeding? Cuz if you look like it me >> Yeah. Yeah. It was you. How fast were you going that day? 45 60 and a 35 to catch me doing what? You said 41. >> I'm doing 41. I'm doing 38. No, he's a liar. That cop right there don't even be on his porch. >> He's got a lot of depression. >> Yeah. >> And what happened with that? What the judge say about that? >> What the judge say, sir? Shouldn't even been in the courtroom. >> What's going on? >> Why you all screwing up? because I'm allowed. If you guys don't like it, then maybe you shouldn't be here >> because I didn't do nothing. This is part of the reason because I was complying said come back with your hands up and I'm complying and because they don't want me to talk when I can't even hear their commands cuz they're boom boom boom. I'm coming back with my hands back. They slam down, throw a knee in my back and tighten these things so tight I could barely even my blood was being cut off. What? You expect me to be happy about that? >> Did I say you I expect you? >> Well, there you go. That's your goddamn reasoning. >> What are you expecting to get done by yelling at Scott? >> I don't give a I don't get no I can't get nothing done. I can't move. But guess what? You ain't going to tell me to shut up. Be quiet because that's my constitutional right. >> I I don't really >> Okay, so I don't really give >> you want to know what it is that you're screaming about. >> I told you what I'm screaming about. I told them several times. Look at that. >> You think you're the only one here? You got children here. MY DAUGHTER'S SEEN HOW EXACTLY HOW YOU GUYS OPERATE. She ain't going to like it neither. >> She's scared to death because of you guys. I mean, >> look, look. You saw yelling. >> Yeah. I mean, I don't need to see the search warrant. I just said you wanted them to read. >> I wanted to know what you guys were here for. >> That's what search warrant. >> Okay. But who for? >> Everybody. The property. >> Why? >> Because you guys use and deal drugs out. >> Not us. >> The you guys don't. >> Oh, wow. >> You hear that, Mr. Max? We don't do DEAL NO DRUGS. I WORK FOR THEM. >> You deal drugs. >> WHO? >> EVERYBODY. >> NO, THEY DON'T. >> OKAY. >> We do not deal drugs at all here. Some other people. >> Well, we don't use them. >> Huh? >> So, you use them? >> I smoke pot. >> There we go. >> Who? >> You can't take me. >> What are you taking me for? >> For who? >> Charges for who? Why are you taking me? >> For what? >> Not for us. >> I use my phone. >> No. Come on. >> Ever stand up? >> Yeah. >> Just for a second. I'm just going to Are you okay to stand up for a second? >> Yeah. >> I'm just going to make sure you don't have anything on you. Okay. You don't have anything that's going to poke me, stick me? Do you have anything in your pockets at all? Like keys, wallet? >> No, I just have a lighter right here. >> Just a lighter. All right. Do me a favor. Just turn around for me really quick. Are you able to spread your feet apart a little bit? >> All right. Just like that. Perfect. >> Are we going to be have a cigarette? >> Um, he's got to read you some paperwork first. Okay. Let's get that finished with and then we'll see what we can do to facilitate some of that. All right. But I'm not making any promises. >> Okay. >> Oh, I didn't know I had that. I didn't know I had that. >> That's crazy. I don't know why we're here. >> Well, >> hey ma'am, do me a favor and keep facing forward. Okay, you'll have your opportunity to talk to. Don't >> Well, I I thought he was trying to say something to me, so I'm sorry. >> Okay, that's fine. Just keep facing forward for me. Do you have anything else on you? Cuz I already asked. >> I didn't know those were in these shorts cuz these ain't even mine. >> Oh, okay. Do you have any Do you have anything else on you? >> Not that I'm aware of. >> Okay. again. I don't want to get poked or stick by anything. >> I don't do needles. >> All right, do me a favor. Lift your arms up. >> Oh, >> just making sure you don't have >> Huh? >> Yeah, >> it's underwear. >> That's fine. >> Please stop. >> Well, you going up a cer. >> Do you have anything stuck in your underwear? >> All right. Do me a favor. Sit down. >> All right. Out. You all have the right to anything you say. Maybe it's evidence against you. You have the right to call to an attorney. Have him or her with you now or anytime during questioning. You can appoint an attorney will want to be appointed to represent you. If at any time stop call attorney present all questions I'll be your request. Do you understand these rights? What's your name? >> I could um call my sister because I got to say the >> Okay. I need you to listen to him right this second. Okay. >> You understand the rights? >> Max, you understand the rights. Right. >> Donna, do you understand? >> Jolene, do you understand the rights? >> The reason you're being read your rights is because you guys are technically detained. Okay? So, that's why you're not No one right now is under arrest, but because you're being detained, he's just reading your rights. Our standard protocol, okay? >> Four residents were arrested. A 38-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman who lived in the RV with the child and dogs were charged with child neglect and animal cruelty. The man also faced charges for possession of marijuana, 20 grams or less, and drug paraphernalia. They were held at the detention facility and released on bonds of $4,000 and $3,000, respectively. The other two, aged 55 and 53, were arrested on possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia charges. The 55year-old was released and the 53year-old remains held on a $3,500 bond.
