No. We got called about an hour before we woke you guys or probably about 15 minutes before we woke. I heard that. And the door sitting on the situation with that door was that when they came on it's old house about 7 years. I understand it was knocked off the hinges by one of the where's that air conditioner? I bought it from mom. What happened? They bam on the door and knocked off the top hinges which caused the crack in the wood. So I I understand that cuz we were here for the overdose last week was here last situation. My question is is we were called here before before we woke you guys up today. We were called here about 15 minutes prior. Okay. Somebody called in and said there was a child walking around out front and that you came out and addressed the child and brought the child back in. I didn't come out the door at all until you guys came in the house and tell me so I went out the door. That's a total lie. That's so much lying to you. The child was not out the door and I didn't come out the door until you guys finally like the child wasn't out. No, not out the door. Okay. Um we found the weed pipe in there. She said she smokes weed. She said you guys both smoke weed. When's the last time you smoked weed? Smoke weed yesterday. yesterday. Okay. Before you guys went to bed, when you woke up? Then they ask you about now again where she's sitting on the couch. There's that folding tray table. There's a crack pipe on. Okay. Who smoked crack? I understand it's not you. I have a feeling based on her prior and everything. It's her. Did she smell crap yesterday? I don't know. I don't know what it was. So, does she normally leave her crack wipes out in the open? No. No. Crap. I don't know. Um, where what's where'd she go? Uh, roll call, but we figured that situation. That's why I as keys. This what? That's why I asked for your keys. Are they They're both in my car. Okay. She's going to take charge once we get to the suffering. She's she's still attached to stuff. Okay. Um, so are you aware of the conditions of the house if they've been the kids have been staying here for 3 months with you guys? Yeah, I s and came and know everything. That door was up. It was fine before that just happened over the last couple weeks and I haven't had any money to fix it. So, I'm trying to get stuff fixed in my mom house. Chinese step and just I have a place to say that. Let me ask you your honest opinion. Okay, just this is a question as a father myself from the outside looking in. Do you think or would you have ever thought if you had kids you wouldn't let your kids live in a house like this? And I and I get she like she said it's not like this all the time, but if you walked into this house right now and said there's two kids living here, would you sit and think, "Yeah, that's normal. What would you think? It's not a purpose. I'm not I'm sorry. try the best way out. It's what? I mean, like I said, I'm just asking your opinion. All right. What was your first name? Nathan. Nathan. All right. Do me a favor, Nathan. I'm going to have everything back. Okay. But what I'm getting arrested for both being arrested. I'll tell you what. If you stay cooperative, I got two pair of handcuffs. I see you're a bigger guy. I'm getting What? You got some big wrists, too, man. What? Can you explain while Yeah, I'll tell you in a second. I'll grab them out of my car and we'll use those or pick cuz I know these are probably Yeah, you guys are both going to be under arrest for child neglect. Okay, child neglect. Because the living conditions of the house are not feasible for children. Okay, there's obviously a reason we were our initial plan was just to take the children. Um cuz they shouldn't be living here. You guys have drug paraphernalia that's easily accessible to them. You're both passed out when we get here. The house is disgusting. You have mold, rotting food. Yeah. That's been here before we got here. Put her You want to put her in yours because I'm He's probably going to go in mine. Kids were also here before we got Yeah. Just for the room. Okay. So, you guys are both going to be under for child neglect. And Yep. And the children are be going to be coming with us. We've already contacted DCF. They're going to come grab them today. Oh, man. So, let's take a walk over here. Put gloves on. You're going to search them? Yep. Mr. Leave those off for now. I tell you what, man. This is what I have. Okay, I'm just going to tell you honestly what they are. These are usually ankle cuffs. Okay, they're a little bit bigger. I'm going to cup them together and that's how we're going to secure you. Okay, cuz I know you got big arms there. Okay. So, put these on before you take the other ones off. Okay. Get them on. Make sure your things are hold your locks or your unlocks I should say. So turn the other way and install these before you take those other ones off. So put these on and then we'll pop the other ones off. Just uh put your arms out a little bit so she can get those off for you. Just walk me and then you can take those off. [Music] I know. We're trying. We're trying. We're trying. Heat. Heat. I should call maybe an IS from ISB and see can help. Sure. One of those is mine. One of those is Scott's. Let me see which one last thing Just put your butt in first and turn over. I don't think so. Okay. Well, that's fine. We'll I don't want to give another instruction. Okay. Listen. Listen. If I have one. Okay. So, here's the deal. When we take you to jail, we'll tell them that you may have something in your bra, but that we weren't able to search you here and we know about it and they know about it. It's not an introduction. I can't check it right now. So, we'll let you check. We're going to put you in the van. So, we'll let you check for you the van. Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. Okay. You sure there's nothing in there?
