All right, so I found out from the manager that the guy in the black polo is still sitting there is a repeat offender at this bar. But the way it started was we were just talking and whatnot. Um the Hispanic male um that you guys uh detained. Um uh he was just coming in order. So he was like, "Is there a drive-thru?" And I thought I thought he was we thought he was joking or whatever. And so the guy in the black pole was like, "No, there's no drive-thru." But he was starting to get like, you know, like all serious and whatnot. Um, a little bit like I'm like maybe he thinks there's a drive-thru, you know, cuz there's walk up windows or something like that some restaurants. He's like, "Yeah, man. I'm just here to get food." He was saying, and then um I don't I I forget what the uh initial trigger word that he said. I don't I don't He didn't really say anything, but then he got started getting defensive. He's like, "Oh, I saw you starting that that that [ __ ] with the drive-thru and stuff. I'll kick your ass, man." And he's like, "Hey, man. I'm just here to order food." And so then uh he's like, "What? You you want to you want to you want to start something? You want to the the the white male?" And then he's like, "Who's the white male?" He's in a black polo um at the bar right now. Okay. He's a customer. Um he apparently he's been here before and he's started stuff before. The manager just told me to kind of just stay away from him. Um and so cuz I was like, "Man, come on. Don't don't start anything and everything." And then I just moved because they started getting up. So I moved away from from them. Um but then they were like so they got in each other's face um like next to the bar and they started you know pushing and then um somehow they ended up towards the back of the bar um and then that's when um the first punt in the backwest um and um so the guy in the yellow cy um was the one who got uh him to the around so that way he wouldn't start anymore and then he calmed down for a little bit. But um did his punch connect? Did you see it? Um yeah. Where the I'm pretty sure it was the face. The face. Okay. So just do you have your ID on you, B? Yeah. And I sat at my store finishing my beer and that was it. There was no real punches thrown. It was more me defending and bumping me. Bumping me. And I remember but you pushed him after he bumped me a few times. I I pushed him away from me after he bumped me. I witnessed about that because the the other party told me that they want him trespassing. Want me trespass? Yes. Both of you trespassing. So question that witness said that that other man I know I was I was talking to he was that other kid was with me. That's when the whole thing started is when we left he got offended. There's like there's no drive-thru at Applebee's. He got offended by that. That's how the whole thing started. Okay. So, that witness that was in there said that that male threw a punch at you. Is that correct? Yes. Well, first he kept on bumping me. Yeah. He connected a little bit. Nothing crazy. You have a mark on you? No. It was skin me and I I I hit it. I hit my elbow.
