on October 27th Oklahoma City police were responding to a traffic accident and attempting to sight the driver at fault identified as 70-year-old Lich Vu Vu ended up hospitalized after an encounter with an officer body cam footage shows Vu refusing to sign a ticket for an improper U-turn escalating into an argument during which he struck the officer's chest and told him to shut up moments later the officer grabbed vu's arm and slammed him to the ground the police report claims Vu resisted arrest but his family alleges that the officer's actions were excessive the footage shows Vu lying family claims the officer used excessive force body cam footage shows Vu lying motionless on the ground while being handcuffed according to the police report the officer removed the handcuffs after calling for paramedics vu's daughter told the news that he underwent surgery to address a brain bleed she also revealed that her father suffered a fractured neck which now requires him to use a
