arrival the officers made contact with the residents who pointed them towards their neighbor across the street the neighbor identified as Kim Stevens was visibly in toxicated Stevens claimed she'd pressed the brake pedal causing the vehicle to accelerate however the officer quickly determined that she had actually pressed the gas pedal instead good morning hi anybody need an ambulance I don't believe she's sh oh do you know where she is yes she's oh over there to get her phone okay okay reversed oh did you see it happen well I was walking this way about where your Cruiser was and I heard
