were dispatched to a resident after receiving a distress call about a domestic dispute a heated argument between a husband and wife had escalated into violence with the wife reportedly assaulting her husband despite reped attempts to deescalate the situation she resisted arrest forcing officers to intervene I want my stuff back police what's all right what's going on I'm not all right stop now made here you put your info into the system your issued your complaints that are against you by the state and then you're transferred to D Page County to receive a bond from Jud the judge the going from the judge J ask what the charges are you'll get the um you get a bom he might if you I don't know what your history looks like if you don't have any like criminal record they might just give you a recogniz and SP is just your promise that you're in should your court date is you a court date and send you on your way yeah um I would that yeah what if I asked him he actually did um that's on him so you know if I asked him he would right I I don't doubt you at all so he he didn't want your us to be to be clear I I know he didn't he just wanted to call BL yeah then we wind up in this and it County uh now everyone got like pretty much thrown in one spot is it clean the Page County yeah it's lot cleaner than Cliff County can't is bailed out now fortunately no um due to mandatory arrest laws and all that for uh domestic you have to go in front of a judge and receive your bond and your conditions of bond can I can be all day tomorrow what that could be all day tomorrow no uh the be count is actually pretty Qui quick with their bond call uh court so you should be done probably by noon at the latest and I'm not allowed to go over there to take out my job for 72 hours no so you're going to have to get into contact with someone to go pick up your dog another time the woman was charged with domestic battery including physical contact and resisting arrest
