Let's go inside, Ariana. Crazy. Let's go inside. No. No. Not playing. Every All these doors is getting locked now. All right. Yeah. I gather from her that you were upstairs sleeping. Yeah, I was upstairs sleep. My brother just left. So, he must have opened up the door. I don't even know. Your brother just left. Where did When did he leave? I don't know. He got the headphones on and he leaves the door cracked up. Open. Okay. Is he got a phone? No, he don't got no phone. He doesn't have a phone or anything? No. Just letting her know that I She was walking around helping. Hi, dear. Located him. Okay. Thank you. Um, how old your brother? 30. 30. Yeah. Okay. Was he supposed to be watching the kids or No, if we all upstairs. So, who all is upstairs? You mind if I come upstairs? Me, my brother, and um No, me, my brother, and my other kids. Do you mind if I come upstairs with you? Come on, hurry up. Let's go. [ __ ] The [ __ ] door [ __ ] closed. [ __ ] Don't make no [ __ ] sense. Wow. What was you doing? Shit's [ __ ] crazy. Outside for a whole [ __ ] hour. All right. I thought you was upstairs. I just got here. Door [ __ ] opening every [ __ ] thing. Hello. All my doors is getting locked now. Not [ __ ] playing. Every last one. One, two, and three. She did say she went through a lot of doors. All right. Couldn't it be? Cuz the She don't even know how to open the middle door. The middle door is open downstairs. Well, still she still would have went through them, I guess. No, she don't know how to open up that third one. Well, no. I'm just saying she said she went through them. Not necessarily open them. Just went because they was open. Yeah. Um cuz she don't know how to open up them doors. Like when we go to school, she tries to open them. She does not open them. That's why I need to keep all the [ __ ] doors closed. I grief. What are you doing going outside? I'm glad that they were I'm glad they saw her out the window cuz I was riding around looking for somebody. I've been I've been over here. So, bus driver found her walking that direction about Are you going crazy? Uh 2:55. I got over here about 3:00 and I've been leave this house and I've been riding around trying to find uh cuz every every time I ask her where she lives, she just go, "Yeah, I don't leave don't leave this house again." And everybody keep the doors closed. All three doors. Oh, don't mess with that one. camera. Oh, that makes Now, go sit down that way. Go over there. Okay. All right. So, obviously we got an issue with it's been an hour. Mhm. Um thankfully bus it was it was right around school letting out so bus driver was able to kind of scoop her up. She said she was going to go visit her teacher. Does she go to school? Yeah, she goes down the street. Down the street. Mhm. She at North or Starbucks. Okay. She said she was headed there to go see her teacher. Um you guys were up here sleeping. Yeah, I was sleep. You were asleep. Okay. You just got here, correct? All right. Um you said you said your brother was here but must have left. Are you You're not the brother. No. Okay. All right. Um Okay. Do you know when your brother's going to be back by chance? No, he's sitting right there. He probably not going to say anything. Say right there. Oh, he's right He's right there. Okay. Mhm. All right. Oh, and then you were asleep, right? So, did he know you were asleep? Yeah, everybody's here. Everybody's sleep. The door just got rush. She's She's all right. She's all right. It's still nothing in the house. Nothing at all. Nothing. It's not play time at all. You got you got to listen. You got to listen. You got to go listen. Frustrated. Go that way. You got to go listen. You got to listen. Not playing. You could cry all you want to. All right. And do you normally keep the doors locked? Yeah, the doors always like somebody already open up the door. That's I'm like, "Okay." Were the other kids at school? What time? Yeah, the other kids was at school. What time did they get home? They all leave at 2:55. That's why I'm like if they seen him. That's why I'm like how she was out there for an hour. If it was like 2:55 cuz I just went to sleep. She was up here. So I'm like an hour. I probably don't think it was a hour hour. The our we got we got called at 2:55 and it's almost it's 3:55 now. So not quite not quite not quite an hour, but you know what I mean. You know what I mean. Yeah. So she just left when everybody went to go get get out of school. We're over over 30 minutes anyway. And that's that's thankfully the bus driver saw her and not somebody else that wanted to do her harm. You called me. What happened? You called me. Kid got out. Yeah. They want to get your information cuz she left the house. Somebody else going to have to give it to them. Just give it to them. I'mma step outside. What happened? Cuz she left the house. All the doors get locked. Now, now we're going We're going to hold up before you walk out. Um because responsible adults here let a three-year-old child go for over a half hour. Yeah. Okay. And I got to And well, because someone's getting arrested. That's why. Who's getting arrested? I'm going to break it down like that. Somebody I left. I don't care about that. I'mma walk outside. I went to go pick my daughters up. And if you and if and if you left the doors open and you were the only responsible party that was awake, you left all the kids here by themselves unattended because she was asleep. No, I Yes, that's what happened. We don't know if you left We don't know who left the door open. My brother explained to you cuz I'm going to walk right out that door. So, I need you to move out the way. When I had went to go get the kids, remember when I walked by, the doors were open already. So, when I came up like when I came up the stairs, I wasn't even I thought she was still in school. You know what I'm saying? So, when I had went out the doors, of course, I closed both doors. So, when I had left, I actually thought I might have had saw her, but it didn't really focus in my mind like that because she shouldn't be leaving the house like that anyways. You know what I'm saying? So, you think you may have saw her outside? Yeah. So, so look, if I would have took if I would have stayed on the crosswalk and kept on walking, I would have actually saw her. You know what I'm saying? Then I would have been like, "Yo, what the hell?" But I had went on the side of the bus, you know? Yeah. Let him go because I'm about to go to jail. Hold on. Said you're going to jail. Jessica, it didn't say that. Everybody's about to go to jail. So I'm about to get the fall for it. Cuz I'm about to take the fall cuz period. It's not taking action before I walk out the door. Here's the deal. I said I'm not trying to arrest a person. That's not But it could be it could. But listen, it don't matter. somebody. We don't know who who responsible. That's what we're telling you right now. Who left the doors open? I can investigate. I'm pretty sure that the door was closed and she opened it. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. But it's that middle door that she can't open. So that middle door need to be closed and locked, right? But that's not the only thing. Now hold on. Be quiet. Everybody be quiet because this situation could have been [ __ ] worse. Now shut up. You're absolutely right. Be quiet now. Wait. Be quiet. You're not going to tell me nothing to do with it. do have something to do with it. No, I don't. We could walk outside because you were a responsible party. We don't know. No, not my kid. And I'm not no responsible party here. You're not going to get No, he's not. No, he's not. I just My brother was here thinking when I had walked outside, right? When I had walked outside to go, I did see her bottle right right there by the couch. You know what I'm saying? But it's not thinking to me that, oh, she left outside because she's supposed to be in the house. You know what I'm saying? So when I walked outside to go get the uh go get my daughter, she must have left 20 minutes prior to they said 2:55. Yeah. That's when they called. That's when the kids got released from school. Yeah. Like around that time. Yeah. So when I did think that I had When you went to go pick my when you went to go pick my kids up, right? When I did went to go upstairs. Now you need to ask her was the doors closed or locked. You know what I'm saying? Because if they're locked, then you you need to don't be opening the doors. You know what I'm saying? Cuz she could have just opened the door to walk out to go get to go um cuz he left before me to go to go get him. You know what I'm saying? So, I don't know. I'm just taking it. Don't nobody know I'm taking the L cuz I don't got time. It's not It's not taking that L. It's just going to be a CPS case drop. So, I don't care. Let them figure it out. Whatever they say go to jail, we're not figure out the CPS case. Then we Nobody's going. I I'm doing college work. I said somebody I got arrested. I got to say nobody's going to jail. Arrested forest. It's not the same thing. It's not not in state. Arrested for what? If it's that, we'll just call the CPS lady. So, if you're going to arrest her, you you want to just hurry up and go right now. It doesn't even matter. Should I go? Make up your decision. Excuse me. Or anything. Can you um cuz I have nothing to do with that. I could have I could have came from somewhere else and then hurry up and come here so you could give him my information. It honestly doesn't have to be all this. Let me see. Where's that last CPS case lady? Y'all can add it cuz I didn't get no closure for that. Here you go. Cuz they already came up in here who is not neglected. She's she's well taken care of. Thank you very much. This was an accident. So, yeah. What happened? How did I was sleep? I don't know. The doors just got open. Okay. I don't know how she got out there. I was sleep. I usually do sleep. They usually sleep right here when they not in school. Yeah. You sleep when they're not in school? You said? No, I sleep. Yeah, I work 12 hours. I'm seeing that. I work 12, 16 hours. I can get some sleep while they up. That's the point. But the doors, I don't know what happened to the doors. Okay. The adults was here. I don't know. My brother was here. I was here. So, I'm trying to figure out. My daughter was in there asleep. But around school time, all the other kids go to school. Yep. My baby, she the only one that don't go to school. So, I don't know why she decided, my three-year-old decided to leave the house cuz she usually don't open up the doors. So, that's my thing. So, a whole accident. Open up the doors. But I don't see playing with the door. Who else was present that could have been supervising her at the time? Well, the kids went to school, so my brother left, went to go get my other kids, so I was sleep. So, I didn't know. My doors usually be closed. Ain't nothing like this ever happened. I was up. Did you get his information on that? I was doing my essay, but I didn't know that Zana was not. Would you say I'm sorry? You didn't know she was in the house? No, I was up doing my essay, but last time I was on my room, I saw her in the house. Does she go to school every day? Yes, she mostly mostly every day. Did she go to school today? No, she didn't. She's sick. Okay. Yep. She was coughing a little bit. Mhm. I'll let her play on my computer. And I was hoping she could point out her house. I would say if also work on that, just point out just let her know what her house looks like so she can point it out cuz that would have honestly that would have cut down on a lot cuz we were literally right there. Yeah. How are you? So, I just spoke with my supervisor. She said definitely the door alarms. If you're able to get them, awesome. If not, we'll get them for you. Yeah, if you'all can get them for me, that would be great. And then for a safety plan, if you will, it is just that amongst the adults, just by communication to make sure somebody's got eyes on her. And if you if she's home and all the other kids are gone, somebody has to be awake to supervise her. No, she's this I'm not worried about. She's takes a nap. No, she takes a nap. It's going to be her. She's going to have to go upstairs and watch TV cuz there's a door for upstairs. But she does she takes when she when I go take a nap, she takes a nap. Okay. She was supposed to be watching TV. Okay. With CPS, if you're sleeping, if anyone's sleeping, it's not supervised. So, if you can have someone be awake while you take a nap, that would be ideal. He's always here. He just had an appointment. Yeah. He's always here. This the kids's father, so he's always here when when I go to sleep. Well, it seems like a clear lack of communication today. It happens. I get that. But 45 minutes is a long time. That's why we're all concerned about it. She's adorable, too. Such cute. Beautiful. She woke up when I woke up. And I think your case with Kim is still open. We are all kinds of behind. All of us are. So, she'll get in touch with you likely tomorrow and it'll just go with her case. You'll have that same worker. And you gave me her card. I'm going give that back to you. Okay. There you are. get. You're welcome. Okay, I think that's all for me right now. Can I chat with you really fast? Absolutely. Okay. All right. All right. 7:30 Sunday, please. And thank you. Okay. You're welcome. Thank you, too. Appreciate it. Even all the headache. All right. Thank you. You're welcome. [Applause] So, what' you say? I said, "That's right. You don't care about your kids." And why do I care about my kids? This is my first time. So, how do I know? You just sat there and told me you had many cases out there. Many I just looked it up. Y'all just came to my house. It just happened to me. So, of course, I did my research. What are you talking about? Okay. Yes, that's fine. Yes. You think all black people are stupid? No. No, I don't think that at all. Yeah, we know our laws. Yeah. Step right up. That's why it's going to get dropped. That's fine. You're going to be happy about that, right? Cuz y'all thought y'all got a case. What about these cases where these kids be in the basement and stuff? Yeah. Mhm. Yeah. Kids getting kidnapped. You got the wrong parent. I take care of my kids very well. Yeah. That's why your kid was in a hotel room with two soldiers this morning. Yesterday morning and kids going to do what they want to do at the end of day teenager. Yes, sir. So what's your problem? I don't have a problem. What's your problem? Cuz you ain't never act out as a teenager. That's that's what you ain't never act out as a teenager. As a kid, you ain't never act out. So you trying to call me a bad parent cuz my teenage did for the stuff that I did. It's okay though cuz my my kid will identify the police that was talking about my case. Okay. Yeah. Talk to the lawyer and I will be getting one. How y'all talking about a case on another situation? Get get your lawyer. That's fine. You think people broke? You honestly don't care that your child was walking around. She's not broke. She was. She was. She was about your three-year-old. She was walking around. I did though. I did though. I did. Do you pay my bills? Do you take care of my child? I need your fingerprints. I need you to step over here. We're going to stop arguing. Yeah, you're going to cuz you're not going to keep on doing that. Right. For Yeah. You're not going to keep on doing that. Doing what? Antagonizing like I don't I'm not antagonizing anybody. You're antagonizing. No, I'm not. Waring it up ain't nothing, honey. That's law at the end of the day. You're right. Okay. I already told you I was coming down here for that so I could laugh in your [ __ ] face. Okay. In the long run. All right then. Yeah, that's fine. Here you go. You have court date on the 22nd of November 9:00 a.m. City court. Get ready to get dropped. Sure. You do you think you do whatever you think you can. I am. I got the money. Take it right. I got the money. Okay. My tax dollars pay yours. Okay. My tax dollars pay mine, too. Mhm. Last two. Sure. Do if you think that if you think that you're able to, then you go right ahead. Yeah. Yeah. Well, if you worried about yours, I wouldn't have to worry about yours. Yeah. [ __ ] off. Thank you. Okay. Mix me here.
