So, we had like three babies like that. There's a lady sitting there and watching them. She didn't know that. She just left the baby right here inside the door at the entrance. Convention guard is standing and they said there's a baby sleeping at the station. The baby slept there for like a half an hour. We thought it was a baby carriage just left there cuz, you know, they didn't want baby carriages or anything. On February 14th, 2024 in Secaucus, New Jersey, officers with the Secaucus Police Department responded to the Meadowlands Exposition Center after receiving a report of an infant left alone in a stroller at the venue entrance. The guy said she's already half an hour in there inside. I said, "She's probably inside." I came out in a minute and a half and she came out. And then she came outside and they said they're going to detain her because she left the baby there. First thing you said I came running grabbing Yes, the second Not even a second after I said it, she was outside. Right. She was right there. So, I said, "Listen, I said it's my fault that I I wrote it on the ads that they shouldn't bring the carriage. Now, let them forget. Let them forget. They bring the carriages. They think they can leave the carriage and just walk in with the babies. I would I can do that, but I I I want to run a professional show. I don't want babies in strollers. Okay. That's fine. Okay. So, I said leave it on the side. Um we I was the one that saw when I saw an officer pass, I let him know. I was the one that let the officer know. Okay. Did anybody tell you that the baby's going to be left there? Did anybody No, we thought it was like at first we thought it was a baby carriage just left there cuz, you know, they didn't want baby carriages or anything. And then we look and we're like, "Oh, [ __ ] There's a kid in there." And then I went and got him like an officer. Like I we What's it called? >> Just so you know, we got to let you know where you are. Yeah, sure. No problem. What um about how long was the baby there? We think about 40 minutes to an hour. And did you see the mom at any point? Do you know where the mom went or who it was? We saw the woman come in with a baby carriage. I think I saw her like in there at one point. But like I said, I didn't know the baby was in the carriage until I looked and I'm like, "Oh, shit." Was she coming back and checking on the baby? Did you notice? Uh not that I noticed. So, when people were coming in, I would let them know, "Sorry, ma'am. You can't bring the kid in here. The show has a strict policy against it." And a lot of the people like would either stay out here with the kid while like if they were a couple, um there was a couple The woman went in and the father stayed out here with the kid. There was a couple different things like either that or they just left or they talked with uh the owner of the show. Right. Right. And This What's it called? This woman I we thought it was just the empty carriage and someone was watching the baby somewhere else. We didn't It wasn't until we looked and we're like, "Oh, there's a kid in there." And then we waited and one one one of your officers passed and we're like, "Sir, there's a kid over here." Okay. Okay. Is there anything else I can help you with? In my hand. I found it on the floor.
