Do you believe that she just [ __ ] But she's the real psych. Who else is up there? My brother-in-law. Okay. They're still up there. They're twins. Does it hurt you? It doesn't hurt you. Just punch him right in my lips. Yeah. Yeah. You look like I took a picture right. I ain't I never touched her. I was sitting on my back turn off. Obviously, if they didn't do this from Vegas, right now she already got a case. She put her hands on me all the time, bro. Okay. She say she got a case right now. She been convicted in Vegas. I don't know. I don't know if she's been convicted in the past. She's had it in the past, too. I'm tired of her putting her hands on me, bro. Because the moment I do, I'm going to jail there. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. You understand what I'm saying? And the people up there see what happened. Yeah. But they they up there together now. She hurry up and close the door. So, I ain't no telling. You feel me? But all my peeps was just here, bro. I It's my birthday. All I want to do is black lady with the glasses. That's how you know I was there is a black lady at the front desk with glasses on right here. We all just left her. We all had no reason to lie. Man, never. My sister was here. She's in the 618. What's her name? Native Johnson. Do you have an Ohio license? I have a Mississippi license. Yeah, we we left Ohio. We live We were from Cleveland. You just came. I just came. I got a flight. I came here 3 days ago for my birthday. I hit my leg on the bed trying to get up. I hit my leg on the bed. When she hit me, I got up out of the chair and hit my leg on the bed. No lie. Look at my leg. No lie. I miss you. No lie. That's it. I ain't got no reason to lie. I didn't put my hands on her. I didn't touch that woman. Now I'm sitting like this on the little chair. They just left. And then that that mark is from me trying to get up and she hit me. When she hit me, I hit my leg on the on the bed. They got the let out. The let out bit. What happened? Why did she hit you? Like what happened? Because she was just talking talking and I'm like, "Yeah, whatever." ignoring him, bro. And I had my back turned and she was like, "Bitch, boom." And hit me in my leg, bro. Just punched me. My [ __ ] was bleeding. Hey, what's up? How are you? We trying to talk to N real quick. One second. One second. [Music] Okay. What's up? Want me to open the bed? What's up? Hey, what's up? How you doing? Are you native? I think you missed. Can you tell us what happened? He's down here talking about a whole thing. Like he's he made up that I hit him. The police were already here before. And yeah, I think like a couple hours ago. No, it's been a couple hours. But he made up that I hit him. I was like, you just going to lie like that? I don't know. The officers were on the phone when he was calling 911. And I said, "You talking about this now?" Yeah. When he was on the phone, he said that I hit him. I was like, "Dude, I didn't hit you." The officer was like, "Just focus on me. Don't listen to what she's saying or whatever." And I'm like on the phone. Yeah. The officers was like, "All the people who answer the phone?" Yeah. The 911 call was like, "Just just focus on me." I was like, "Okay, whatever." We're like, "Whatever you say, if you going to make up a lie, whatever, like you can just go." The officers had told me not to come up here anyway. But I came up here like I was in the bed. I'm I'm laying down. Okay. Like it's it's no altercations, no nothing. So I don't know if he like did it purposely or whatever. We all got into it or something like why would he be Well, it was his birthday. So everybody This is for his birthday. Yeah. But I came from Nevada. Like me and him we already like we have been into it before. But um I drove 29 hours to get away from him. Okay. And he came here and I really wanted to to make a a good birthday for him. Besides that, like I don't know if it's if he's doing this because I don't want to come home or whatever. You weren't trying to go back to Nevada. Yeah. I don't want to go back. So I don't know cuz he he just kept saying you're done. You're done. You're going to be gone and all of that stuff. And I'm like just asking him like why? Like why? Just because you know we need to take some time for ourselves. Like why do we got to go through all this to be separated for a while? You know what I'm saying? But I never I never hit him. I don't know when he's telling you guys, but I mean my sister was in here. Was there any other people in here? That's all happened. Yeah, my Well, they were laying down. But who all was in here when this just my sister and her boyfriend and then I'm in the bed with my son. How old was your son? My son is four. He's laying down. Yeah. So, everybody was laying down. Um maybe Yeah, it was maybe 15 20 minutes at the most maybe before the other cops left. I came up, they told me, you know, um, well, they told us, you know, it would be good that us to be separated. I told him, you know, like, I think everything is good, but I didn't know that he was going that I was going to come upstairs and he was going to be on some other stuff like So, you came up he came back up. I came I came back up. He was He was He was on He was on the phone. He was on the phone. He get off the He was on the phone with um his best friend, I think. And maybe like I heard him get off the phone like 10 minutes and then he just he just was saying stuff just saying stuff and he was like that's not for you. And he calls and they call 911 and he says yeah she just hit me over in just ranging like this first time he lied. So I mean this is So if you didn't hit him who did nobody hit him. Nobody hit him. Nobody touched him. How did he get the injury in his knee or his leg? What? And what injury? Because the officers just left. He when he he was on the phone with the the the officer or the lady or whatever and he said his mouth was bleeding. I said, "Well, what did you do? Just bite your lip mark in his lip." I said, "What did you just bite your lip? I never touched him." He was trying to say that that he got smacked and that's what happened. No, he had to [ __ ] bite his lip. And I Yes. I never touched him. I've been in the bed the whole time. Um Nicole or Mario? Nico. Mario. He's tired. Yeah. Like everybody was laying down. But I do I'm He's doing it purposely. Like this is not the first time that I know. So do you know why he'd be telling us that? Because he wants me to come home. He wants me to be back in Florida. He trying to force me. I drove 29 hours to get away from him. You were trying to do something for his birthday, weren't you? Yeah. This was for him. This was for him. So you do 29 hours to get away from I've been here since the day after Thanksgiving. And when he seen that I wasn't coming back, he flew out here two days ago. And I mean, I would love for it to be to be better, but it's not. We've been going through this [ __ ] for 5 years. This not the first time he called the police on me over some [ __ ] that I haven't done. It's not the first time. You know what I'm saying? And he got people out here. He got family out here. He can call him. He can have a good night's sleep somewhere else. But I refuse to let him put me in a situation where I don't I don't have to be in I'm trying to better my life for me and my son. Did he fall or something? I don't know what I don't know what he did. I he most of the time. Was he in the room? Most of he was here um before before he was outside. He did go outside, but this was before the cops came the first time. I don't know if he did anything while he was downstairs. I don't know cuz I didn't see anything. But the only thing that I could say like as far as his lip cuz he was talking about his lip bleeding before he left and I said, "What' you just do? Bite your lip?" Before he left. Yeah. Before he left, I said, "What did you do just do?" Bite your lip. That was the only thing he was like, "But his as far as look like Yeah. There was no altercation. Like I'm laying down in the in the van with my son. They was laying down and I just I just let it be. I said, "Okay, well do what you got to do. If you want to call officers, call officers. But okay. You know, the only other thing that look weird is this thing right here. Your shirt. Like somebody pulled your shirt right there. There's like something like right there. Is that just You know what that like? No. No. We That ain't from nothing. No. I thought that was that on the ground right there. That was in the door. Somebody keychain. Keychain. Or some zipper. Huh? Maybe a zipper. Yeah, it looks like a zipper. Maybe it's a jacket. I don't know. Okay. And maybe he was outside the door, but I just came in and they wasn't hearing me. I never opened up the door or anything to get out or anything. I was I was laying down in the bed the whole time. Okay. I never hit him. He never hit me. I'm not going to lie on him about that. Like I don't know why he got to take it. Did you understand that you were going to harm him? That you were going to kill him? He was saying something about a female friend of his that say female friend was invited over through one of his guy friends. Okay. And I thought that, you know, I was doing him a big one by inviting her over, but it escalated into some other stuff on my behalf because this woman that I invited over has talked about me and called me insecure and, you know, um, degraded my name, you know, to him. And I'm his I'm his wife. and he never, you know, stood up for me or said anything as far as like me and him and what we've been through or any of that. So, it was just it's it's like now like I feel I feel kind of bad that I invited her over, you know. I thought that I was, you know, being the big person here, you know, cuz I just wanted him to have She had a whole attitude. Yeah. No, no, it wasn't just I had an attitude after the case. Talking about her. I don't know if she No, she was cool though. I I hugged her. I was like, "Well, it was nice to meet you and everything, but after she left, it was like he he his whole attitude changed, you know, and he she she flew out to Las Vegas to see him way before, you know, I came out here." So in my head, you know, as a woman, especially when me and him going back and forth with different stuff, I was thinking like, okay, well, if if this woman is married and her and her husband is going through some things and then me and him is married and we going through some things and y'all been, you know, buddy buddy buddy like this, I mean, you you never know what the what you could really just see it as, you know, especially if you don't have the full evidence like you I don't know. So in my head I'm like, "Okay, well this woman flying all the way out here and you telling me she's just coming out here to see you. She don't have no family, no friends is coming out here to Vegas with her, none of that." Like as far as your wife, I'm going to look at it as like, "Okay, well, what do y'all really got going on?" But that was back then, you know. But I took it a step ahead and invited her in, you know, for everybody, you know, to just have a good night. when he drinks and he started telling me stories like that, I started putting in my head, this [ __ ] crazy, like if you did that in your in your past relationship, like, yeah, this part might ever change with our relationship. Like, I'm just going to continuously keep on going through the the same emotional ups and downs, ups and downs, and mental mental illness, just psychological. I don't have your license on your insurance. No, we don't. No license ID or anything? I don't have it. It's not up here. I think it's in my car. Okay. Um Yeah, I think it's downstairs. Um I can go down and get it. No, I just come out here. Talk to us right here. I really because you know that I [ __ ] love him. So [ __ ] unfortunately in the state of Ohio heard somebody close out of a statement saying that somebody attacked a husband or wife and they have marks on them. We're obligated to arrest the person. Oh, me? Yeah. 100%. Like there ain't no way I cannot do it. Why? Are you serious? Yeah, but for real. For real. Like, I'm not even I'm not even making So, it's no way that we can bring him up here or so we can talk to him because he knows he's [ __ ] lying. Not even down there talking right now. He's telling the whole state and said you did all this and then with the mark on your face like they literally on my face on on his face like they literally make them. So, what mark does he have in his face? So, that's not So, that's not a herpes mark inside of his mouth. We don't know. We're not medical professionals. We're not sure. So, that's what happen. And we're going to make sure that you're He's about to stop the statement with your feet. Okay. I'm just going to hold your arm. Okay. That way. We about to stop the statement, sir. Because this We can't do that. He knows this. Nicole, can you open the door? What's your What's Mario? Mario and Nicole, open the door now, bro. Right. Call now. I'm I'm always kicking the whole yard. Maybe this was just meant because I was getting ready to go back to Nevada with him and he was just telling me that I don't need to go. I'm the one getting in trouble though. Not going that way. 129. I don't believe we have a female CO, but if we do, uh, do not, can you call around, please? But so I'm I'm on what is it called? Um, a protection order or something. So I got my first court date coming up August. So I haven't been convicted yet. But in the state of Nevada, once you get through, you automatically get locked. And this will be my third one. You didn't know something in Nevada? This is Ohio. See if there's a prior conviction. has a message to say conviction for DV and then well it sounds like she's got one maybe one because she's got one that's ongoing so I doubt she's got two at the most she's got one so all you need possibly a five but I I'll double check and make sure she was charged with domestic violence following her arrest and booked into the Beachwood City Jail. No bond information was reported, but she was banned from the hotel and faces a court appearance for this and a prior assault in Las Vegas. Want to watch more videos like this one?
