Oh, hey. Stop. You're going to get tased. Stop. You're going to get tased. Taser. You [ __ ] idiot. What is wrong with you? On June 28th, 2024, a routine Uber ride took a wild turn when 26-year-old Brianna blew through a stop sign and straight into trouble. What started with a traffic stop ended with four felony charges, including escape and drug possession. From smooth talk to bad decisions, this one's a roller coaster. You won't believe what happened next. Watch now. How are you? My name is Officer Bingham. Hi. Reason I'm stopping is whenever you come out on the sunset point there, you didn't come to a complete stop. That stop sign pulled out right in front of me. Uh, you got driver's license on you? Yes, sir. All right. You Ubering or what? Yes, sir. You are a fever. All right. I um I didn't cancel. I swear I did. All right. Uh you got your registration insurance? Yeah. Let me look in my glove box. My insurance is on my phone. Okay. All right. You mind you mind coming out? No. Come on out here and talk to me for one second. Okay. If you don't mind. You want me to? Uh, no. It's all right. Just come out here and talk to me for one second. I'm just going to have her unlock the door. I'm just going to have her unlock the door. Oh, will you unlock the door for me? Oh, yeah. Go ahead and open up. Female in your back seats wanted. So, okay. So, I did stop. You didn't stop. No. No. You definitely didn't stop. I was I was approaching out two warrants after your arrest. Okay. You came up like a real slow stop. Okay. Can I answer that? Who is it? It's my husband. What's that? It's my husband. He has Who? Demetrius. Um I got to come to a complete stop. Yeah. I'm sorry. See, you see what I'm uh So, there's like a white line right there. Okay. You You came up, you went past the white line, came to like a real slow stop, but you got to come to a stop before that white line and then turn. You know what I'm saying? So, that is the reason for this stop. I'm not a huge ticket guy. Uh, let me just run you. Make sure not Americans wanted you back in the car. I just wanted to make sure that you weren't going to push on the gas and get when I'm pull out. So, you can just hang out in your car. I'll just run you and I'll get you out of here. All right. Yep. Goodbye. I'm sorry. Would you guys mind if I talk to my Yeah, we'll let you. We'll let you. Nothing on you. I got anything hidden, right? No. I just don't want you to hide anything in my back seat. Nothing in your pockets right here. No. She rolled past the stop sign like it didn't really matter, thinking slowing down was good enough. To make matters worse, she had outstanding warrants and attempted to smooth things over with sweet talk and excuses. It was as if she was more shocked about being caught than about actually doing something wrong. Meanwhile, the Uber driver in the same situation did everything right, had all her papers, stepped out politely, and stayed calm. It was amusing to observe the differences between people. One acted as if rules were optional, while the other demonstrated what normal, respectful behavior looks like. It really makes you appreciate how rare basic manners can be sometimes. You have any pockets or anything, right? Oh, they're pockets, huh? Would you double lock them? Uh, yeah. Yeah. Would you guys mind if I called my husband? Yeah. Just give us a confirm the warrant. Let's Yeah, let's uh confirm the warrant here. Take a seat. You got her ID? I have her I have her identification pulled up. So, hey, I'm just going to make sure real quick that nothing gets left in your car that's illegal. Okay. Yes, sir. No problem. She She's got a little bit of a history. So, Okay. This is your car. Good. Yes. Okay. We don't have to apologize. She is one. So, we we knew who she was. So, you no need to apologize or anything like that. I thought just putting gloves on just in case I do come across anything just cuz I heard literally No, I know. But she probably knew the jig was up when we were pulling you over. So Oh, yeah. I told her I was So I wouldn't be surprised if she put something somewhere. You know what I mean? Yeah. And I don't want you to get caught up with something later down the road and you didn't even know it was there. I really appreciate that. No, I'm just making sure there's no baggies or anything left anywhere. It looks you like you're good, though. Okay. All right. You have a nice night. Okay. Okay. Thank you. Uh Bing, do you want her information? He's got my license. You got everything? Okay. He'll give you back your license and get you on your way. All right. Thank you, sir. All right. I'm in Uber. Well, we just knew you were in the Uber. You got a warrant. So, we Cuz we knew you were in the Uber and you got a warrant. bag right here. She's got two three four Looks like a good That's an Oxy 30 Oxis Coke. All right, ma'am. You understand why why I stopped you? You really didn't come to us. I'm serious. I believe. But that is the reason for the stop. Um, got any questions for me? It's just a warning. No ticket or nothing like that. No, you're fine. Be safe tonight. All right. Be safe driving around. Okay. Yep. You're free to leave. Bags. Oh, really? Rosie bags. She got into an Uber as if it were just a normal ride. But she was carrying bags full of trouble and had active warrants. She probably hoped the police wouldn't notice her, but they already knew who she was. The poor Uber driver had nothing to do with it. She just wanted to earn some money, not end up part of a police stop. It's sad because people like her make things harder for everyone else. That's why officers no longer give breaks easily. She clearly wasn't thinking at all. I'm going to put your seatelt on cuz we're going to go over to the uh public. I can make a phone call. I told you you can make a phone call. Did I not? Yeah. Can I make Will you look the other way for me? Can I make it, please? Uh, no. Here in a second, you can. Will you go to the other side and buckle the seat belt for me? All right. I can't hear you. Hang on. What? Yeah, I told you that you can make a phone call. The more times you ask, it doesn't make me hurry up. I'll I'll let you make a phone call right before you get in the patty wagon. Time, right? What's something hidden on you? No. Brianna, I just got to read your rights real quick. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Any understand your rights? Yeah. Okay. The only question I have is, do you have a prescription for any kind of a narcotic, a scheduled narcotic? Do you have a a prescription for that? Where is the prescription? Uh, home. Homeland Pharmacy. You where? Highland pharmacy. Okay. Why don't you keep it in a prescription container or keep a script on you? I was going to work. You were going to work. Okay. All right. Ma'am, when I get out from the ACL classes fog right now. Yeah, I know. It's uh Who do you need to call? My husband. Your husband. What's your husband's name? Demetrius. Okay. Let me see if you're able to do that. I'm just getting here. So, I have no idea. Just put it on speaker for me, please. Thank you. Hello. Hey, you're on speaker. I am being arrested. [Music] I got pulled over in an Uber for a warrant. Okay. You got pulled over for a warrant? How' that go? I don't understand. I don't know. from the back seat. Ask your name. No. Tell him to call him when you get there. Um I have to call you back. I'm at public. Yeah, but you're leaving right now. Yeah. Transfer. over there. They already are. Huh? They already are. I'll call you. Can I tell my mom? Yeah. Just make it quick cuz I don't want your husband to come over this way. I don't know where you guys live. But ma'am, no phone calls are permitted until all processing is complete. That's just the rule. Sometimes people just say that so they can try to wiggle out of them. It's not always about comfort. It's about escaping. Hey. Hello. Call mom and let her know how you are. All right. Yeah. Are you eating now? Yeah. Right now. Right now. Right now. Yeah. Yeah. Said no. We're leaving. I can't. No. I'm going to call you back. Do you want to turn this off so you save the battery? Yeah. You got to make it quick cuz I don't want your husband coming over this way. There we go. And then turn it off so you can save your battery if you don't have enough battery. Hey, I was on my way to work, but um I was in the Uber. I got arrested for a warrant. You got arrested for a warrant? Yeah, in an Uber. In a hoop or they must have wanted you to get out of wherever you were going? Probably. I don't know. So, you're going to jail? Yeah, I'm going to be transferred. Where are you at? I'm at public house. Are you in the parking lot or something? Yeah. Yeah. They watched you leave and then you're Yeah. Do you have bail or anything? I don't know. I'm pretty sure I don't have bond cuz I didn't have bond last time. And was this the same stuff? Yeah. I thought you wouldn't clean that up. No, I got a warrant for it. I told you we're we're at this point where we're done. He's got things he's got to do, too. You can call him when you get there, though. You won't be you won't be in here long. Oh, hey. Hey, Kyle. I got her. You're going to get tased. You're going to get tased. You're going to get tased. Stop. You're going to get tased. Taser. Okay. Okay. You [ __ ] idiot. What is wrong with you? Okay. Okay. Okay. Now you just got another charge. You are stupid. We got it. 15. Put your hand behind your back. Stay. You just caught yourself another felony. She was just about to walk in the van and she You got turned around. Unbelievable. 528. We're good. Why? I don't understand why. Why? I don't know why. You tell me why. Why? Stand up. One, two, three. Why? You didn't put any cuffs on. Sorry for that either. Honestly, I'm still surprised she ended up with jail time. Most of the time, people walk away with a warning or a slap on the wrist. But this time, things finally caught up with her. Sometimes fear makes people act recklessly, but reckless actions bring severe penalties. Oh, she slipped straight out. Yeah, she started running. She got just a bunch of stuff in the van. You're fine. Just keep walking. Go walk. At this point, my taser started messing up. Oh, really? Yeah. She's waiting for her husband to come. He shows up. It's not going to be with him. He shows up, he's going to jail, too. Obstruction. Guess what? The next time we see you, you're not doing anything. You ain't calling nobody. No. After all that, let's call your mom and tell her how you ran into cuss. I think that's a great idea. [Music] Oh, we should threw the trash can at me. She's going to play. If she If you didn't hit her, she was about to get It was about to be bad. We got to get the fire department to come look at her. Yeah. Yeah. Don't worry though. Fire department's coming over here and check on you. You want to put gloves on real quick? Pull her up. Where's the Where's the barbs at? I see the one right there. Right there. Really stupid. Blew past me though. I was running after her. I'm like, she's running. Glad you were on the side. She was just about to step in that van. And then she turned around and took off like an idiot. You went from little time in jail possibly. What are you on? Probation. No longer except for a while. You shoot in a little bit till trial and now you just went from that to possible DLC time. We got I don't know why she thought she would get away. I don't know. Grandpa, do you have any medical conditions? You're pregnant. And you're amazing. Amazing. I want to make yours life more complicated, but do you have a stretcher here? You're going to sit on the stretcher over here. Okay, we're going to get you on the stretcher. It's right here. We're going to go to the hospital. You're good. My row with you guys. Please do me a favor. Do not go running. We're back. She's cleared. She's not going to go any further than that step, though. Gave her a lot of leniency. That's as far as she's going to keep the handcuffs in the back. The blonde lady cop sure talks a lot. But let's be honest, if she were the only one there, that person would have gotten away. The woman who ran is probably going to go through withdrawal in jail. That's usually the reason someone takes off like that. I still don't get why people run. It doesn't help at all. The cops already know who you are. They already have your name and charges. And when you run, you just make it way worse. Brianna, 26, was charged with four felony crimes. escaped possession of oxycodone, possession of cocaine, and resisting arrest with violence. She pleaded guilty to all except the resisting charge, and received a 364-day jail sentence. In the end, if you enjoyed the video, hit that like button and drop your thoughts in the comments.
