injunction an individual who had recently been arrested for domestic assault the target of their investigation 26-year-old Zachary Packard hey Zachary yes ma'am what you doing here man what you doing here um about to go to work don't you have an injunction yeah you said and what's that injunction say it say stay away from her okay and how many feed are you allowed in the residence I think it's 500 because I was scared that he was going to come in and like Rage or whatever he'd beat out of me so that's why there if you jump the fence there's a way to run around that way um so if you go behind my house and jump the fence her property is like an L so it goes this way and then it only comes out this way so he would have to come out that way any other way he's headed towards the woods into 85 I bet no he couldn't if he's if he's got to come out might have here huh he might have been here by the time he got there so you might have just crossed pass cuz he didn't run this way unless it's what happened I was in the back of the vehicle and he told me that I was being detained okay and then he come back they went out there and dug for evidence and they pretty much they pretty much put charges on me that's what I would say they put charges on me and they come back to the vehicle and told me I was being arrested okay after I was told I was being arrested I started banging my head on the window okay your Deputy opened the door uh-huh and he slam me on the ground just now no not just now okay no I'm talking about earlier today when the deputy made contract with you with this Deputy right here yes yes she when she said you were under arrest she said that I she didn't say I was under arrest she said she tried to make me turn around is that necessary yes it is I'm sorry no she see she asked me to turn around and when she did I took off okay did you snatch away from her I mean I I just pulled away from her yes sir I didn't do nothing forly towards her okay were you hit by any taser probes cuz she shot a taser at you um may have been I'm not sure okay you might if I check real quick was it in the stomach back if it it would have been on that side and over here if I got hit with one all right can you can you kind of roll without coming out of the vehicle his handcuffs really tight y I know all right I don't see no probe sticking out of you I don't see no puncher holes in
