Stop screaming. Do you want to GO TO JAIL? ALL RIGHT. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> [screaming] >> PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER. MOST PEOPLE ENJOY a quiet evening at home, >> [music] >> but this Akron resident preferred a front-row seat to a domestic disaster. Police arrived to find an intoxicated woman who treated the neighborhood like her personal stage for a very loud, messy drama. [music] She refused to leave a home where she clearly wasn't welcome, transforming a simple get out [music] into a full-blown sidewalk spectacle. It was a classic display of alcohol-fueled entitlement [music] that was obviously heading toward a pair of shiny metal bracelets. On my back out here. You wouldn't leave. We knew you wouldn't leave. You wouldn't get on the bus. I did though. I walked you step by step if you would not get on the bus. Did you leave? I kicked this house till it broke this window. I didn't break it. Yes, you did. Why are you back? I have a name. I want to have a talk with him. Okay, but they don't want you here. >> He's my husband. That's your husband? >> No, I'm not married to her. >> Okay. Really, you're not married to me? No, we ain't married. We've been dating about what, 3 months? 3 months. So, they don't want you here, right? That's what we said last time. All right, then. She's not going to leave unless you take her somewhere. Do you want to Do you want to Do you want to go to the Haven? Yeah. So, I'm talking to you, and I've already been out here once. So, we're going somewhere. So, do you want to go to the hospital or the Haven? Which one? Cuz I'm not coming out here a third time. Over here. No, you're like you're getting in the car and we're going somewhere. But what if you don't take me? Because you're drunk, so I can't just let you walk away. I can smell it from here. Why are you doing this? Get out! STOP SCREAMING. >> [crying] >> SO, WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO? WHAT'S YOUR NAME? I have a name. You do have a name. What is it? >> No, I don't. Look me up. I ain't trying to be to you, but listen, I don't give a [ __ ] What? I don't give a About what? Why are you crying? Why would I be crying? Look, you are not in any trouble. You're so corny, but listen, why would you even like tell me what I I can't understand what you're saying. You can't? I know I know So So, take a deep breath for me. STOP SCREAMING. STOP SCREAMING. Take a deep breath for me, okay? I can't. You can't? Look, I understand that you're upset, and whatever's going on between you two, that's between you two. But they do not want you here. I just want you to leave me alone, too. I just want you to leave me alone. I asked him last time. I told him. Roy, do you want to go on? He said yes. So, we're leaving. No, they didn't guys. The officer tried to be patient, but talking to her was like arguing with a brick wall that smelled like a brewery. The guy had to clarify they only dated for 3 [music] months, which made her claims of eternal love look next-level cringe. She was so drunk that she couldn't even give a straight name, just rambling about being corny. >> [crying and laughter] >> Why are we throwing a temper tantrum? YOU'RE AN ADULT. WHAT? WHY ARE YOU YELLING? YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SMACK ME. >> [crying] >> DO YOU want to go to jail? Is that how you want this to go? I'm going to back up. Back up. I'll get help. I am afraid of you. Why don't you go get help? No, you are AFRAID OF ME. >> [crying] >> STOP SCREAMING. DO YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL? WHY? WHY DO YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL? I JUST offered to take you somewhere, and not jail. So, why are you acting like this? You can't HELP ME, [ __ ] >> [screaming] >> ALL RIGHT, GET YOUR STUFF. WE'RE GOING. NO. >> YOU said you were GOING TO LEAVE. NO! YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO LEAVE. >> NO! I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. THEY DO NOT WANT YOU HERE. >> [crying] >> STOP SCREAMING. NO! WHY? WHAT IS THIS HELPING? >> [screaming] >> THEY DON'T WANT YOU HERE. STOP. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> [screaming] >> PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER. >> [screaming] >> PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. Stand up. Instead of taking the polite ride to a shelter, she decided to throw a full-blown temper tantrum that would embarrass a kindergartner. She kept screaming at the top of her lungs, ignoring the officer's very generous offer to not take her to jail. It was a nasty, [music] trashy display of behavior that made it clear she was the problem in this house. >> [laughter] >> Are you okay? I'm sorry. Yeah, I told you I did, but One more. [ __ ] >> THERE WE GO. CALM DOWN. >> [screaming] >> WE'RE GOING TO CHECK YOU, RIGHT? YEAH, WE'RE GOING TO CHECK YOU. THE shoulder doesn't have anything to do with anything. No. Yes, I do. Why do you Why do you love me, you gay [ __ ] >> [laughter] >> Yo, you gay [ __ ] [ __ ] you. >> [crying] >> You shouldn't have grabbed my hands. [ __ ] you, [ __ ] No, you love me. Ma'am, stop. You follow me. Hit me again, I'll kill you. Knock it off. Yes, she's spitting all over the place. I know. I don't give a [ __ ] Why do you hit me instead of hitting me, pa? HIT ME AGAIN. NOBODY WANTS TO HIT YOU. YES, YOU DO. HIT ME. APPARENTLY, SHE HAS HIV. SHE'S BLEEDING EVERYWHERE. >> YES, so what? I don't care what you say. Thank you. Get off me. Are you going to behave? Yes, get off me. I don't give a [ __ ] I'm going to sit you up again, but don't thrash around and don't SPIT ON ME. SIT UP. WHAT? YOU HAVE NO RESPECT HEY, what's the matter with you? Our nose are running. The situation finally hit the breaking point when she started forcing cops to get physical [music] to protect themselves. It was absolutely gross to watch her lose every bit of dignity while one neighbor just mowing her lawn in the backyard like this was a daily show. >> [music] >> She fought every step of the way making a huge scene over nothing. Yes, you idiot. You want to be so scared but you lick my [ __ ] and [ __ ] me every night. The what does it say about you? I just want to stone her. Huh? What does it say about him? I told her. I told her fat. Like I lied. Like I lied. Calm down. I'm calm. Well, why are you pushing against me? I'm not. I have to pee. You won't let me have to pee. No, not right now. I just got to pee. With gloves for the HIV protection. Yeah, well, you can stop. But he says he [ __ ] me every night. But you wasn't worried about him. Are you able to get your leg over here? Hey, don't say anything. >> I'm not finished. You are finished. I know. I know you weren't trying to do anything. >> I did, but >> Can you get your leg over here? All right. You're good. Scoot forward. Is that better? All right. Thank you. Yep. Okay. And I respect you and I I love law enforcement. It's none of that. I just got to pee. Yeah, you know, you we get it. Um have you been drinking anything? We don't care. We just got to let paramedics know. I ain't telling you. Well, they're going to want to know because you're bleeding. It thins out the blood. >> want to know if she is I don't know if they told you but They ain't no help. >> You going to go to the hospital? Huh? You going to go to the hospital? Why you don't want Do what you want to do with me. I ain't going to the hospital. What? What's wrong with the hospital? Nothing wrong with the hospital. But this gay ass lying to me. How about we go and get you checked out? How about we go and get you checked out? How much to check me out? At the hospital. Cuz I love him. I'm going to clean that up for you but you need to go to the >> I don't want you to. Let it bleed. That's fine. Now get out. No, I'm saying maybe she did die. and let this mother eat and knock it out. That's fine. Even while pinned down, she kept up the verbal abuse, calling the officers every name in the book with a mouth that needed a serious soap scrubbing. The officers found out she supposedly had a medical condition, which made her spitting habit even more dangerous and disrespectful. >> [music] >> Her nose was bleeding, but her attitude was still 10 times worse. Hey. He literally is [ __ ] You know I love you. You know I'd do anything for you. And he's just scared to and just like I hate you. Let's go Let's go and get a break. How about that? Let's go take a ride. We going to take a break. Fine. And maybe I can talk about it later, okay? Fine. >> do it. Let me see. I hate pee. They going to help you up. All right. I want to pee. I can't help you pee. If you got to go that bad, just go ahead. I do. Fine. They going to help stand you up. I don't want to help you. How am I fat ass? I'm cool. You got to help us stand up. Help Help them help you. Don't spit. One, two, three. >> We going to get you a bag. That's fine. Bag here. Stop. Right here. If you got to go like a mother [ __ ] All right. Let me pee. Right here. Pee right there. All right, [ __ ] it. I'll do right here. >> Yep. Go ahead. Go ahead. All right, come on. I can't no. Ben, I love you. Pick your legs up. Up. All right. Now we got to put some sheets on first. Come on. I'm going to I'm going to scoot your hips over so I can put this rail up. Give me five. It was a humiliating moment for everyone involved as she continued to babble about her love for law enforcement while simultaneously resisting their every move. She refused the hospital at first, choosing to stay in her own messy reality until the paramedics finally arrived to thin out the drama. She was a total embarrassment. I cuz I came down, I'm the one that called y'all. Because he came here and he and he told her to go ahead on. And then she came back and started banging on the door cuz when I Ronnie told me say she kicked the window out. I said go [ __ ] all the police. I don't want to call the police on you, but go. You you [ __ ] you homo. I'm like, damn, I ain't been disrespected in years. Do you want her charged for anything? Huh? Do you want her charged for anything? No, I don't I don't know fully what happened. >> the lawyer. You're the one called. Did she Did she hit you? No, she spit on him. Who did she hit? She didn't hit nobody, she spit on him. Okay. You guys want her arrested for any of the criminal damaging or the assault aspect? >> No, if she didn't do nothing, I can put another um thing on that book. If she had shut the door and we closed the door and you will see the window and I locked the window and when she broke the wood. Oh, right here. Yeah, I can put another slip in there. That ain't no problem. Okay. I don't really want her to go to jail. I just want her to go in and and learn a lesson. Like go away? Alcohol ain't no good for you. >> Yeah, like go away? Right. I've been No, I've been trying to deal with it for 2 months. She get drunk and she just cusses him out, calls him everything in the book. And I'm like, how do you take that? But then when she disrespected me today, I thought she got to go. You know what I'm saying? I told Ronnie, don't let her in here no more. But uh she No, I don't want to press no charges on her, you know what I'm saying? [ __ ] she she got enough from the What do you call it? Uh resisting, don't she? Yeah. Yeah, for sure. All right. Well, you enjoy your night, okay? You too, man. Even though the family didn't want to press charges for the property damage, the state wasn't going to let her walk after that performance. She thought she could act like trash and just go home, but her resisting and trespassing finally caught up to her in a big way. It was a humiliating conclusion to a relationship that probably should have stayed a one-night stand. The suspect was charged with resisting arrest, [music] domestic violence, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing. Her evening ended with a set of handcuffs and a court date [music] instead of the husband she was screaming about earlier. It was a loud reminder that being intoxicated is never an excuse to treat others like garbage. Do you think the officers handled this loudmouth correctly?
