Riverside Park Mall in Illinois a mall security guard was informed that a man in a wheelchair was photographing female employees security approached the individual and questioned him about taking the photos requesting that he delete the images which he complied with however the 17-year-old female victim still wished to file a complaint against the subject prompting security to contact the police this person does not agree to it period okay that's where we're at with this being that the female is CLO this is going to be a disorderly conduct okay it's a site in release so basically I'm going to issue a citation you're going to have a mandatory court date let's go let's go please huh let go okay you're not you're in my ti okay so I you don't need to tell me I was just saying but I'm just saying hang out okay your name I that you don't do that but you just show me you send pictures of that of women I don't care as a woman I don't appreciate that do you understand what I'm saying you don't have my permission to take a picture of my rear end or of the front of me do you understand I don't give you that permission and neither does she that's where I'm at with this so you should be at the moment grateful that this is a site in release and I am not taking you into the police station I'm not whether you are or aren't I'm telling you I just said that okay you know but you think public so I don't know you can't report for me like I told you no delet don't yeah deleted it all and look the Walgreens app is where I put all the pictures right here of photo and then I go to Prince and that's where I get them all the pictures of my device say you don't know you're doing anything wrong well because sir I so then why is it in some hidden folder no it's not it's not it's not a Walgreens app is a hidden folder pH so you can hide pixels no it's not you know what just show us some pictures I don't want to have a stupid argument take a lot of those pictures I told you for my first Christmas after 25 years I develop okay well every time you do that you run the risk of getting arrested he I don't want to hear any speech you know you're doing [ __ ] you're not supposed to be doing period you're going to be getting uh a ticket in M all right I'm going to fill out paper can you start heading out with me this Direction Hang Tight just right up right up here for me all right so we got the call I showed up Mall Security advised that he had pictures of her as well other females but he had images of females but butes and frontal view of pelvis area nobody was unclothed not from the pictures that were seen at the time nobody was unclothed everybody had clothing on okay the mall security it was I guess originally requested that she wanted the pictures deleted Mall Security advised him of that he deleted the pictures currently right now because there are because everybody was clothed um it is a disorderly conduct right now uh so I just need you guys to come down to the police department and I meet you the lobby right now you guys will sign he's being charged with Classy misdemeanor it's to least serious misdemeanor um for his early conduct through this behavior and then uh we'll talk more at the station get a full story there that's where it is right now and I'll give you all the court information there too the suspect was arrested in charge with a class misdemeanor for disorderly conduct but did the police let a potential child predator off easy by mishandling the situation the male officer instructed the suspect to delete the photos from his phone which the female officer didn't seem pleased about later while explaining the situation to the 17-year-old victim's mother she claimed Mall security had ordered the deletion when in reality it
