miles from the border uh this ranch right here they've got a bunch of pivots in corn to to feed all their all their calves out last year when the Harvesters came through they had to stop their Harvest they chased 18 bodies out of the field with their with their Harvesters illegal aliens are all running around in front of it they they hauled I think it was a dozen pickup loads of trash out of their corn field they'll come out here and they'll hide in these corn fields an agent can go out and catch one or two but then he's tied up on paperwork and the rest of them all get [Music] through um so right now I'm looking for is grass Trails or or uh you know places where people have gone through the grass grass is laid down here and here that doesn't look to be too old there's a string out of somebody's shorts right there why we go ahead and just go follow that one in somebody scraped their way underneath the fence right here and came in and was either hiding in the brush here or in the load out you can see and not all of it's the illegal immigration problem but the trail that we just came in on there right there there's Footprints and there is indications that that's who brought this Trail in here human Footprints all right on through here and there's your footprint right there you see they're watering right now so maybe it'll Dr Drive somebody out maybe they'll just lay there they'll sit there and lay there during a rainstorm maybe they'll lay still and let the sprinkler go over the top of them you can see by the footprints and some of the newer trash they're still definitely using it so we're within the rideway fence to the highway right here and you can see where all the grass is laid down right now they don't even have to go to the cornfield they can come right here in this grass and you can see where it's all laid down and there was two maybe three laid up right there and they could lay right there all day long all this highway traffic going by nobody would ever notice them so that's just a a small sample of you know right here just right here along the highway and you can see what we're 30 40t from the from the highway and nobody can see them [Music] so everybody that we talk to that's that's been apprehended all have to pay the cartel and you know I think that's somewhere around $8,000 I think right now the cartel controls everything that crosses and the cartel also will tell them you know that that's who's coordinating their rides their pickups um that's coordinating what out they're allowed to take and when they're allowed to take it from what we understand you do not cross the border without the cartel say so regardless of who it is man woman child the cartel has to say okay you're allowed to cross in this area at this time if you got caught three times you had to pay again and so the cartel runs a lot less risk running bodies versus running the the drugs because if we catch the drugs they don't get the drugs back most of the people that come across don't have that 68,000 to pay to the cartel so what they do is the cartel pretty much owns them kind of like indentured servitude they have to go to work for the cartel wherever they end up going whether it be Chicago New Jersey Oregon you know they have to pay that that money back to the cartel we've uh the drugs have I won't say they've stopped because they I won't say they've stopped that was an F right there [Music] so that looked like a failure to yield that car went by a high rate of speed half mile behind it there's somebody lights and Sirens trying to catch up to it let's find out what's going [Music] on right now a lot of Mer stem from human smuggling which even puts a greater risk on everybody because they'll have people stuffed in the trunk David 36 I think I heard him say that was overall School Terrace there it is instead of going up 80 now they went 90 so they're heading towards s Vista so we've all backed off to make it clear to this person that we are not going to pursue them in service that vehicle is still driving recklessly it's passing it's passing people in no passing zones it's still at a high rate of speed this is similar to the incident that happened last November where a 16-year-old kid ran from Tombstone Marshall's office had I don't remember four illegal aliens in his car stopped dropped a couple of them off still had two of them in his car ran another 20 miles doing 100 miles hour ran through a red light and killed a lady going to her own birthday party over in Mustang Corners this is similar to that situation being pursued this guy drove through three towns drove halfway across the county and ended up hurting [Music] [Applause] [Music] somebody this guy used his vehicle as a as a weapon against this this citizen so he's he's going to be charged with some sort of AG assault or something like that you know we saw this vehicle coming up Highway 80 about mile marker 350 we turned around on it um there was an unmarked vehicle that had he was probably 2 mi behind it the vehicle evaded and went down uh Arizona into into Warren and we believe that whatever Contraband whatever people whatever whatever he was smuggling was ditched somewhere there in Warren and then he got back on the road and still ran from us still ran from a fully marked DPS vehicle on Highway 80 um Turned down came into town do an 85 Plus turned back around and ended up striking this vehicle uh so the driver and the passenger uh have both been apprehended no other bodies escaped out of the the vehicle thanks to our eyes in the sky they they can confirm that we're we're not sure how many people this guy was hauling or what he was hauling um but regardless of of what he was hauling he was still running from law enforcement so he's going to get charged with that [Music] so the here how are people getting over this thing well you know you build a 30ft wall a 31t ladder can get over it and they just lower them down with a with a rope and and they're over or they'll cut the the bottom of the fence they'll come right through a hole that they create thing about it is is this structure wall fence whatever you want to call it was part of a border defense package you can see right there behind us um in that pit there was there was supposed to be lighting and underground fiber optic technology that could detect movement coming up to the Border it could detect if a ladder was pushed up against the fence and right here this this is what was left of it right here um if that fiber optic technology if that if that detection was in place then these camera Towers could turn and and and look at that area and get a response there quicker these light Poes here there were supposed to be lighting out throughout the Border there you go anything anything about that during monsoon season they have these floodgates and they have to leave those floodgates open otherwise the uh debris will build up and actually push the fence over so there's multiple spots along here that you'll see those floodgates are just wide open open and they may or may not be visible to the camera Towers you can build an impenetrable wall
