she's driving around the whole parking lot did nothing to my girlfriend's car but done something to my truck so I'm telling you right now and she says oh this is game War and all this stuff she stole my chainsaw and I have proof on December 30th 20124 officers responded to a call from a man that said his truck was allegedly burglarized by his ex-girlfriend in Flagler County Florida the incident occurred after the woman learned of her ex's new relationship prompting her to steal a chainsaw from his pickup truck prior to the burglar she reportedly harassed the couple with calls and texts even contacting the new girlfriend's employer the situation escalated when her ex-boyfriend reported the Breakin noting items were displaced and the chainsaw missing leading to her arrest hello how's it going sir good the uh other unit that you guys spoke with earlier he's on his way he's just out of town or not out of town he was oh it was out of town for something is this how you found it oh yeah my daughter's mother did this she's been harassing us me and my girlfriend okay um my girlfriend had my phone she's never C my daughter's mother has never called nothing today is the first time she's ever called at 8:04 harassing us this like oh where you at this is this this like okay what what do you want cuz has she mention like is is she making threats or like what what kind of what does she what does she call you about just to call to bother oh I got you she's you know jealous taking up your time yeah trying to I give her her money order that she never filed for because she told my parents that she'd rather have child support money mhm than diapers and all that stuff this was back in July okay all that happened my girlfriend has never met her nothing the old house I used to live in on buttonworth she showed up unexpected bombar into the house ruining our night my girlfriend went to jail for no reason mhm my daughter's mother and uh her her mother started attacking my girlfriend see your we'll just call your ex this your ex and then your ex's mother right both came to your house in buttonworth right okay so she um my ex pulled up to the job and my girlfriend was working I'm eating dinner so your girlfriend works here not you correct okay correct she pulls up here she calls the job of allive Garden's number and says hey this is uh Matt's mom I'm on the phone with my mother yeah so the manager came out said got a situation Crystal is her name mhm my ex she said she calls the office want pretending to be my mom wanting to speak to my girlfriend J yeah and on the call log on the on the Olive Olive Garden phone it shows up as her name her first and last name Crystal it shows her name when she called correct right nice okay smooth so she's driving around the whole parking lot did nothing to my girlfriend's car but done something to my truck so I'm telling you right now and she says oh this is game War and all this stuff she stole my chainsaw and I have proof that my chainsaw stolen because I had called my parents and asked them hey did she bring my parents said no so I got videos okay of her calling she stole my chainsaw she heat on my truck as well and uh she took all through all my this is $900 climbing gear and she stole my $400 chainsaw so I'm telling youall right now I am pressing charges and I want her arrested tonight after everything she's done to my girlfriend pulled a drink on her on Thanksgiving while me and my girl were just trying to just have a good time at Johnny D's mhm and she's trespasses from there too I want her I want her arrested tonight tonight all right well we can't make any of those boxes so all right so I know he got here a little bit before I did so when I talked to you guys what 3 hours ago yeah when did what happened well she never came inside or nothing like that before you came here she just drove around okay um she did nothing to my girlfriend's car she only I guess when she drove around in circles and she saw my truck my truck was locked I don't know if she used a key to get in it does she have a key no she ain't got no key she didn't even knew I had this truck until she seen me but this like a while ago and she got into it destroyed everything inside of it and my climbing gear did you break anything inside of it no she didn't break anything inside but she ripped up my notepad did you get in the car yet no I seen it open I never touched the truck so you found it just like this just like that okay so you haven't touched anything here you didn't touch nothing you can see the window in the parking lot in front and my girlfriend said oh she's here and I turned around and she's got her hand waving and saying come here yeah that's what that's this is why I want two press charges yeah she she like um so did she how did she know you guys were here is I guess is a good a good question does does she have like tracking on you or does she no she doesn't have a tracking on me shees does she know your girlfriend works here yeah okay okay we all your mother told her I told her why she still calling that you you and sha need to ignore Crystal if she calls Sha's job to go the phone simp the manager answered that okay I was on the um so obviously there's some issues here um I can't solicit anything but are you guys wishing to trespass uh Crystal from this property or no um I don't really think that's necessary I don't okay she's never come inside she made one phone call like she never come in if she was in here and she was like being physically aggressive or something then I would say yes I know she was outside you're the property controller here so you have the ultimate if that's what you wish I can't solicit it I can't make any recommendations it's out of my I would have to call my GM and my director of operations if if she ends up coming here that could be a different story she if she cause problems and I would say yes call my director call my be like okay but as long as she I think hopefully this will s hopefully I'm going to try and make contact with her but um I just wanted to know before I did if that was something that you guys had wished something happened and then it it it was nothing and then tonight it started again M but I thought it was over with like after I talked to to you I thought that was it mhm is that Chuck you guys no I nobody else drives your car or anything no me sh okay I'm just trying to figure out because you know there allegations that were made and stuff like that so I'm just really trying yeah and we're getting there um I'm just really trying to get to the bottom of it okay um she's saying and he's saying that when they were at Olive Garden a little bit ago or whatever kind of when this whole thing kicked off that they had saw your car driving around Olive Garden okay how many white Malibus are in Palm Coast I don't girl this guy need to listen I'm sorry and I get that but end man I I know but him driving drunk and punching me and everything fine see they weren't going to be happy till this happened I know and why is she arrested for violating this order how many times is she allowed to harass here I'm going to loosen this so it's better for you okay here face your hand in word it'll be more comfortable is she allowed to put a bra on do you have uh something we can put over her yes okay we'll try and drape something over her shoulders okay yep we can get her some shoes I mean she's wearing shoes but put this inwards a little bit I'm trying to make it more comfortable put your hands together like your bra okay or we'll try and get you something so you can drape it over your shoulders okay a little bit more appropriate call it 15 yeah change that at 21 mad together like it doesn't I I mean I get that but when he you know at this time he wasn't giving you authorization to go inside the truck just because you guys are together I me you guys aren't together so you there's no expectation that you should have been here I'm going to fix this 2-year-old together they were together for two years like it's ridiculous why isn't this girl being arrested for coming near her when there's an order against she's not supposed to come within 100t of her we're going to document it okay no this was this was at Johnny D's weeks ago nothing I can't what happened weeks ago was it reported to the police I spoke with the the prosecutor said they were working on it everything's if it wasn't if it wasn't reported to the police I can't do anything I wasn't working weeks ago
