initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle exhibiting dangerous Behavior wearing uncontrollably across Lanes the driver was displaying clear signs of impairment putting not only themselves but other motorists at risk the driver identified as Chuck barreras a 58-year-old Navy veteran stood at the center of this incident hello what's going on tonight how long was I trying to pull you over there for
