The caller reported that a girl had fought with her father and physically assaulted him. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the girl behaving recklessly. further escalating the situation. Her continuous screaming and shouting only worsened things and caused more trouble for herself. What made her think that such behavior would help her in that moment? Don't touch me. And then that to them to go. This isn't me. It's not me. I just want my son. But the problem is if she doesn't like something he says, she snaps and she flips. She won't seek mental help. So when her and brother got into a fight was the instigator. I want to go. What started all of this? Him. Who is he? No, it's him. Is it your brother? Is he your brother? Is he your dad? Is he this? Is he that? I don't care anymore. But the thing is she gets upset. And when she gets upset, this is the behavior that she does. She wants me to fight him. And this is I'm done talking. I'm I'm tired of it and I'm scared that it's going to get out of control. The only way we're able to help. It don't matter. It don't matter. It matters. So, somebody called the police. So, we're here. She wants us to stop fighting. That's why. You and your dad. Yeah. But maybe you should learn how to respect people. Whenever she gets triggered, she is at the point now. Loud screams from the girl echoed throughout the apartment, both inside and outside. Officers began collecting information from the girl and her mother to determine who was truly responsible for the incident. The girl refused to calm down and continued displaying aggressive behavior. However, the mother who was present at the scene clearly explained the situation to the officers, revealing hidden truths where she has no she has no coping mechanism. So, she instantly goes off the rails. These two have a very dysfunctional history and and she is at the point now she doesn't even want her reasons. She's just ready to to go and tell somebody where you live at. I saved my grandma. I saved her because they said I should stay in she went out. No, she didn't make that. And then her brother, her brother is autistic. He can't handle this. No. And so he started acting out and throwing things and different stuff. And that's when you got into the first ever. I assume that she probably bit you on the arm right there or Yeah, but you know it's all right. You have a way to get back to your house. Yeah, I caught her. I was just trying to be But I mean the last time you guys were here, not even Was that just when you tried to pull it pull her off of it? I was giving her a aggressive hug. Okay. I gave her an aggressive hug trying to calm her down, but I was a little tied up. I didn't want to her or nothing and she bit me at school. But I don't know why she thinks that I'm ever going to hurt her as her parent. She's always did this. Mommy and daddy trying to [ __ ] calm down. [ __ ] give me my balls, grab my nut sack, all kinds of [ __ ] I'm just trying to go back the dominant parent to calm her down. You know, I'm an abusive person. Let's just calm. She She was in her car to leave at one point in time and she lost her phone and she couldn't find her phone about us looking for it. is you want to run your mouth with tart [ __ ] and blame every thing on me and make me a [ __ ] problem. So I'm making a real problem. You said that's this is my fault. That's my fault. I'mma make it my fault. It's my fault now. It always is. He explained that he had only hugged his daughter to calm her down, but it seemed like she had sworn to destroy everyone's peace. She even bit her father. On the other hand, the girl simply refused to stop. Her screaming kept getting louder. She was the root of the entire problem, yet kept shouting about it herself. It almost felt like she had mistaken the living room for a stage and herself for the drama queen of the year. And then my little ass brother wants to come running at me, jumping on me, doing [ __ ] thinking he's the big badass. Why do you even got doing this? Yeah, maybe he comes running on me. So I have to get him off of me. And then he coming over here hitting me, pushing me, saying he's hugging me, trying to hug me. That's what he does. I love you. I love you. I love you. Why did she insist on blaming everyone else instead of accepting the truth? When the officers grew impatient and tried to take her into custody, she began to resist. But the officers managed to control her. He was on top of me. He had me in a restraint. I was biting and trying to get him off of me. How am I supposed to? That's the only way I can get out is him biting me. What? Don't put your foot. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just I'm confused. Okay. So, as I'm confused, just just listen and let me talk. Okay. So, the reason that you were arrested is because obviously your brother is autistic. He has special needs. He jumped on top of me. I was just trying to get him off of me. As I said, if you're not going to let me talk, okay. Um, so your brother is autistic. He was throwing a fit because you were throwing a fit. Whatever happens, I don't know exactly. Just let me talk. If you interrupt me again, I'm not going to let you talk anymore. Okay. All right. Okay. So, anyways, the reason you were arrested is because your dad was trying to restrain you cuz you were going bat crazy like you were and have been the whole time we've been here. You were going bat crazy and you bit your dad. Okay. So, as they don't want to pursue charges as officers, we have the right to deescalate the situation in domestic battery situations by arresting one party or both. Okay? So, you're being arrested for domestic battery because you need to be out of this house. This situation is only going to escalate if we leave you here. That's that's that. Okay. Can I talk now? Okay. Then he wrapped his hands around me and started squeezing me and then he picked me up and dropped me and like threw me because my mom seen that he had me. And my mom knows that whenever he starts doing that I love you, I love you thing, he's really just trying to squeeze the [ __ ] out of me so I can't breathe and choke me out. And so that's why I was biting him and kicking him because as I had him bit, he had me in the middle of the air and draws me. Okay. All right. So, they're going to keep talking. We're going to figure it out. Okay. Right now, this is where you need to be because you couldn't calm down in there. In there. I was calm and then you guys just came. You were not calm at all. I wasn't doing anything. I was standing. I'm not going to do not put your foot in. This isn't fair. Officer, what's happening? Please. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. Was this girl foolish or was she trying to fool everyone? Hurting or biting someone is never just self-defense. The officers transported her to the police station that night. Hats off to the officers who remained calm and patient throughout the entire situation while dealing with this woman. She was charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest.
