is there anything else legal inside I'd like to know what the the time frame of this the time frame of the detainment is until we conduct the probable cost search okay and then confirm a who you are warrants for uh drug violations so I saw a meth needle it was in here and here's a little baggie of meth too it looks like so that's crystal methamphetamine right there and then the meth needle he anything I mean I mean not at the moment not at the moment she sent in the paperwork filed for the warrant to be squashed okay well it's not so that's okay well it's filed is what we were told by the court so the the judge the judge didn't Grant it so that's why it's still an active arrest warrant so just cuz you submit the paperwork doesn't mean the judge just gets rid of the warrant no what I was told is that it um they refed your court hearing or whatever you get to quash your warrant you don't get you don't get to like quash your own warrant the judge decides if it happens or not of course absolutely so um you're under arrest for the felony warrant at the moment then also possession of dangerous drugs and paraphernalia as of now okay thank you yep thank you so apparently you get to quash your own warrants yeah apparently you can oh there's another one and here's another one that's decent amount too those are some pretty big crystals too so it's not bad they'll shoot up their blood and then re-inject it back them because like the blood is has meth in it so they'll like re-shoot it back up in him so it's pretty gnarly pretty gross hi look at those just pretty good crystals you want to put him in your truck just so we could separate him and uh yeah I got to he moved the needle from the time that I detained her there's like I'm just scared I'm going to get one cuz there's caps everywhere and I'm like another crazy weapon he was asking for a time frame on how long this is going to take because he he has to get back to work I'm just be careful dude there's like there's a lot more caps there is needles we have found so far well I'm not going to lie I didn't expect to roll up on this I'm not even going to lie I was like We'll go check out up there sometimes there's like cool he said his chest is hurting and his blood pressure is high and this all happened as soon as he was told that he's under arrest he wanted to go to the hospital once he found out he was going to jail so um he has the right to receive medical treatment so he's going to be going to the hospital at the ambulance uh temporarily he'll get checked out there um he'll get cleared for incarceration at the hospital the other depu is going to go with him and wait with him um once he's cleared at the hospital which shouldn't take more than an hour or two he'll be booked into jail [Music] usually
