head up up your mama and your ugly ass on January 3rd 2025 officers responded to a call from Dick Sporting Goods about a shoplifter who stole around $1,000 worth of goods when the employees approached the woman she said she didn't steal anything and drove away hi hi we just had a lady walk out with two of our bog bags with products stucked into them um here's my video of her well I was right here and then I was just trying to get a license plate with a Tan Co boots on I just saw you walk out of my store with two bog bags filled with stuff they were cuz they weren't in she said that's not my stuff she goes that's not your stuff you I literally just saw you walk out I'm going to grab a statement form would you f out a statement on what she took and your interaction with her I guess as much as you can um yeah like I said as she walked out but I wasn't around until my front end person said hey we just had a walk out and I was like okay let me get up here as soon as I can so I really didn't have an interaction with okay well I just he the in the mean cuz you got a license PL and stuff that's what obvious that's the only reason we found [Applause] the officers then Tracked Down the vehicle and were LED on a 50-m chase eventually they were able to stop her vehicle and arrest her head up up I got it anybody in the [Applause] back C what I do what you do what I do tell me what I do stealing from dicks fuckun B bag $100 bag I'm down here get caught up to do it too from friend all the way up here FES in custody uh we're at 75 in the 25 an exit y get a big reward huh big re for this get a felony go to prison now for stealing some clothes not stupid guess what slap on the wrist first not in here County WR County honey you're notc not Lucas anymore over here best LA and get in trouble cuz my car hit a car not from us I got to go to Finley yeah we're going to go all the way back to Finley so right now you're under arrest for the theft at Nicks and for the pursuit for fleeing and alluding okay yeah I didn't know I didn't know I try to get back to Toledo got it and then hang tight L I'll meet you on the other side in a few let me fix these I'm going to have you go jump back in h for one more second okay some paperwork all right have a seat there for a minute for me Angelica do you have an interest in talking about today or making a statement on your behalf okay since we're not going to do a formal interview um I I just let you since we're not going to do that I'm not going to read you your rights okay but I might ask you some basic questions about um your address and stuff like that um that's not part of an inter interrogation or a custodial interview it's just basic questions uh about um residency and things like that and your identity okay like I said you're going to go um to the jail the day for um failure to comply or fling in alluding uh it'll be a felony offense and then um the theft from Dicks which is uh at this point in time until we establish the total amount of items that you actually took it appears to be a misdemeanor okay if it changes I'll call over to the jail and let them know um what's that mean what's that mean like what's that mean like I don't know how those are going to be your two offenses and I'll take you next door on jail um there will be a bond required if it's if it stays a misdemeanor for the petty theft there will be a bond required which I believe will be 500 and then for the uh fleeing and alluding which is a felony there's no bond um the judge will have to establish a bond so you'll have to sit in jail until they do um a review hearing and establish bond for you um so sometimes they will do um uh they'll review cases is on Sunday and they'll send a notice to the jail so you might hear something on Sunday uh but if not more than likely you'll hear something on one day since uh we do have a felony theft for the fleeing and the Looting I do have to collect DNA and then I also have to take fingerprints from you um so um your four right fingers let me make sure I do this right hey so make sure I do these fingerprints right there's two boxes but it says take the four rights so just do it one time in one box all right [Applause] [Applause] me too about 9 years yeah this is uh this is the first try and then if it gets screwed up you have one more try to do so it's just basically a
