uh doing a trans prisoner transport all the way to Florence from Arizona City during the transport I observed this red truck that was swerving all over the place and on the road at that point it was uh I said okay it is a safety reason cuz I don't know it's Friday night we don't know if it's a drunk driver we don't know what is going on with or it could be a medical emergency so I called it a dispatch as biased because uh the TR I was going to do a traffic stop and also on top of that I had a a prisoner on board I got to the driver's side spoke to the driver I was able to see uh red bloodshot eyes strong order alcohol coming from the inside of the vehicle immediately asked the driver to step out of the ve vehicle initiate a DUI investigation my supervisor arrived help me with a other prisoner he is transporting the other prisoner as we speak and I I arrested this subject for a for a DUI after uh the testing that we saw after the PBT we noticed that he was extremely uh extremely DUI so at this point he we're going to continue with the process of a DUI and he is going to get processed for everything at this point [Music]
