This is Alpha Responder Network. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Going into the call, even in the call notes, it states that they are intoxicated. It's not like it's a rare thing with these two. It's a Monday. It must have been a long Monday. You know, obviously they need something to take the edge off of the Monday. One fall 60. Units will be 1097. Yeah, I'm right here. Come outside. Talk with my partner. Where's Oh, she's in the bedroom. She's in the bedroom. Come here. All right. Come over. Come here. Let's come right out here. Look it. How about you take a seat right here on this little thing and we will talk. One of the hardest things to do in um situation like this when you know subjects are going to be highly intoxicated is trying to get a clear picture. Trying to get a clear picture. Try to get all the information you possibly can. It's hard enough talking to a drunk person, let alone getting all the information you need to try to prosecute somebody from a drunk person. What's going on? What? I walked home. Walked home from where? I walked home from the eagle, went in the bedroom, and she just went boop boop boop. So she didn't say a word to you. She just punched you right in the face. Oh yeah. On my you piece of [ __ ] Punched me. Okay. So what was this all over? I don't know what it was over because she didn't want me here. He said, "You need to get out of here." Blah, blah, blah. I stay in the living room. Hi, puppy. I just got home with the Eagles. You got home from the Eagles. Did you say anything to I don't You stole the booze. You stole the booze? What booze? No, she had co rum. Uhhuh. Rum and the coke from there. No. From here. From here. which she took in the bedroom. She was drinking it. Drinking it. Okay. And I said, "Where's my boot? Where's my beer?" Okay. And then she basically what? She what? She basically told me to get out. Okay. Want you gone by in the morning. Blah blah blah blah. Okay. And I said, "I will, but you don't." She turned around and beat me in the face. How was she hitting you? She took her [ __ ] handing. Which hand was it? Whatever hand you punched me. Uhhuh. I go, you [ __ ] hit me. Uh-huh. Well, you spit in my face. I said, no, I didn't spit in your face. She got [ __ ] turned around anding got all crazy. And she's on the phone with somebody else. Uh-huh. And I go, I need to go. I need to get out of here. Okay. Did you contact us or did contact us? No, I contacted You contacted us. And did you hit her at any point? No, I didn't touch Never touched her. Never laid a hand on her. Okay. Period. Never laid a hand on He has something that she with the glass that she broke out of her front window couple days ago that she's got sores whatever. But no, I never touched her once. Okay. All righty. So, let me just replay all the events and make sure I have all my story straight. Okay. No problem. You're over at the Eagles probably heard me. um tell them, "Hey, I'm going to run this back to you." "Hey, I'm going to run this back to you." I think I did it three times because a lot of times when they are intoxicated, that statement will change. So now it's trying to find where is it changing, why is it changing. What's the actual statement? You know, he says that he gets hit in the face multiple times. He has a cut on his cheek, which is very apparent. It's pretty fresh. He has a little bit redness on his cheek and everything like that. So something obviously happened. It's more than just a verbal argument. So we go inside. um start talking to she's visibly intoxicated, very intoxicated as well to the point where she's not even remembering doing things. So he comes back, he start trying to push open your door and then what happens? Um oh, he comes in and he starts his poking stuff. He starts his poking stuff. He did this to me earlier. He He assaulted me. See that? He assault He That was earlier. How'd he poke you? Like what are you poking with his his fingernail or what? No, he just grabbed me and uh caught me with something and he did that over at the store. I just want him to leave me alone. Okay. Did he hit you at all tonight? Taking a fist and hitting you in the face or in the chest or smacking you? The only thing I did was pushing back with my I pushed him. Did you push him on the chest? On the face? On the legs? On the face? Cuz he was had his face in my face. That right there is more than just a verbal argument. You know, that is now we're getting physical. We're putting hands on one another. Okay. And I'm trying to push him away and he's spitting on me. Okay. Was he spitting on purpose or was he spitting because he was talking? Uh, no. He was Was he like hop like spitting or was he like No, he was spitting on purpose. Okay. Okay. She told me he was spit he was spitting when he was yelling at her. Oh, okay. So, he was spitting when he was yelling at you. Yeah, but he was doing it. He And he doesn't do that. He doesn't do that. Did you punch him at any point? Never. You never punched him? I never Only thing you did was you pushed him and you pushed his face. I pushed his face away from my face cuz he was right in my face. And what were you saying when you were pushing his face? Get away. Okay. And what was he when he got home from the bar? What was he asking for? Why did Why was he coming in here? Wanted to go to bed. Oh, you wanted to go to bed. That's it. He had a bed over there and a bed out there. Okay. What about this whole alcohol situation between the two of you guys? I don't understand. Did you have a bottle of alcohol that he that was supposedly his? He did. He had his own bottle of alcohol. Yes. So, why would that be an issue if he had his own bottle of alcohol? because it's not an issue with me cuz I don't drink hard liquor. Okay. What have you been drinking tonight? That maybe this box of Bush Light. You can see how many are in there. That's how many I had today. Okay. So, you've had a lot. I don't drink very much. Well, having three or four. Having about six bush lattes is quite a bit on a Those are not lattes. Okay. Those are they're they're bud lights. They're bud lights. That sure does look like a bush light to me. Miss, do you mind stepping outside with me? Let's go have a little talk outside. Oh, see there's another one. That's the one you just put there. Okay. Yep. This is special. I got we had TV. Um, she was obviously pretty upset with us due to the fact that she believed she did nothing wrong. Um, you know, her statement did change a couple times as well as she kind of realized that she was going to be going to jail. You have the right to remain silent. Anything state can will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. And you cannot afford to hire a lawyer and will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish to have one. Understand those rights? Yes. Awesome. Thank you. You have anything illegal in your pockets and poke six me? No. Would you like to leave these chips here or would you like these chips to go with you? Bring them with me. Okay. Can you grab a manila envelope in the back of my car? Yeah. This wallet or your cash on all that stuff? Would you like it to stay here or would you like to go stay here in my mailbox or something? I just told you you're getting arrested for this conduct, domestic violence. Why are you getting arrested? You're the one that was pushing him by the face. I pushed him according to You were the one yelling and screaming at him. Spitting on me. He was spitting on me. And I'm going to jail cuz he was spitting on me. Yes, ma'am. You are. Okay. I guess you're not allowed to push anybody away from you that's hurting you. Okay. I can't get up here. I need help. Ow. Ow. Are you screaming? Ow. Kick this leg in. Ow. Lean forward. Kick your leg in. I'm trying to get in here. I didn't do anything wrong. There you go. Perfect. I was trying to get him out of my face while he's spitting on me and I didn't hit him. Okay. Well, that sounds like that's your statement. And there's another statement. liar. Okay. The [ __ ] coning liar. Okay. You're going to be going to jail tonight for disy conduct. Hey, did he get pictures of your face? Did he get pictures of your face? Yes, he did. Okay. He's going to be going to jail tonight for disability conduct, domestic violence. Okay. I'm just going to replay it one more time. Make sure we have our event straight here. Okay. Came back from the VFW or the Eagles. Came from the Eagles. He came into the room. You were asking about your alcohol that you supposedly left inside the the kitchen. You believed that she had it. So, you asked her about it. She then started yelling at you, calling you vulgar names, and she started punching you in the face multiple times. Okay. Was she standing up while sitting on the bed when she was punching? She was laying in the bed. She was laying in the bed. Okay. And where were you standing? I was standing right this side of the bed. Okay. So, you were standing there asking her, she stood up. She started punching you in the face. Yeah. Did she ever push you or anything like that? Well, she kind of shoved my face a little bit. And was that after she punched you or? She kept going. And was that after she punched you or before she punched you? Before. Getting statements from intoxicated person is difficult in itself. You know, that right there will make any situation a whole lot harder. Well, here's the thing. I honestly, if you want me to be completely honest with you, I don't think this alcohol thing is very beneficial for both of you because it seems like both of you guys have some I think you guys need to Maybe we should depart alcohol as well. Yeah. Yeah, that's probably going to be a beneficial thing. She's going to jail tonight. Okay. But that isn't going to solve your guys' overall standing. Okay. Now, this isn't the very the very first time that these people have been in domestic issues. I mean, we've been out there multiple times for very similar, if not the same situations that they put themselves into. So, um she went to jail tonight. she can um hopefully figure out how they can either live civily or if they can't live civily, then they hopefully figure out a way to disperse one another from the residents and kind of do their own thing so we don't continue having the same issue.
