Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. >> What about Don't touch me, sir. What's wrong with you? Don't touch me. Hold up. Stop. >> Don't touch me. I'm Don't touch me. >> You're being detained. Stop being. No, I'm not. I just got off a flight. What the [ __ ] am I being detained for? Why are you grabbing me like this? >> On March 4th, 2025, the Broward County Sheriff's Office was called to the airport after reports surfaced of a woman treating the cabin like a splash zone. While most people just want their pretzels and a nap, this lady allegedly preferred throwing water and tantrums, it [music] was a classic case of someone having way too much confidence and far too little self-control before even touching the ground. >> [music] >> against all she would not cooperate. Come off and talk to you if they want to press charges against her. So, do you I don't remember her name or nothing. So, when she comes out here, do I just ask her to step aside? >> No, she's scared. One second. Just hang out one second. So, so far in the air, I'm on in the air, a woman, for whatever reason, Mr. President, threw water on several passengers, several of whom want to press charges. Now, I advise the air marshal here that that's what's up in the air that's fed unless we get any more information that I don't know about. There are two alleged victims, or at least one right here waiting to talk to us. That's what we got. And the females don't come on. As far as we know, this all happened in the air. Female, for whatever reason, had a disturbance was disagreeing with passes. She threw water on them. They want to press charges. I don't know anything that happened on the ground. To my understanding, it all happened to me. >> So that's called the sergeant on that one. They make the decision now. >> Oh, okay. >> They made the decision if it if it >> happened in the years. FBI. >> Yeah. Come on. Um, female had some kind of argument, disturbance, whatever, up in the air. >> Um, she threw water on several passengers. Some of them want to press charges. We don't know anything else other than that right now. There's a victim right here. Female sto trying to figure out. >> I don't know. >> Who are these? >> Keep walking. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. >> The officers stood at the gate trying to piece together the chaos while the suspect prepared to make her grand uncooperative entrance. [music] Her behavior from the moment they interacted with her made it clear she really thought she could just stroll off the plane like she hadn't just turned the cabin into a water park. As the cops moved in, her mouth started moving in fifth gear while her brain remained firmly in park. >> Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Don't touch me, sir. What's wrong with you? Don't touch me. >> Hold up. Stop. >> Don't touch me. I'm not. Don't touch me. >> You're being detained. Stop. >> I'm not being detained. >> Stop. You are. You are. You are. >> No, I'm not. >> I just got off a flight. What the [ __ ] am I being detained for? Why are you grabbing me like this? >> I got him. I got like this. I'm not even moving. >> I'M NOT EVEN >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP, MA'AM. Let them put handcuffs on. I'm not losing. I'm literally not losing. Why are you pulling my arm so [ __ ] hard? >> What state you from? >> What the [ __ ] is your problem? >> I said stop several times. Ma'am, you're not complying. You need to comply. >> Back up. >> Get back or you go too. >> That has nothing to do with >> you grabbing me like you [ __ ] stupid >> stupid ass crack. What the [ __ ] is you grabbing me like? But I'm not even moving. You had me in handcuffs. Why are you still holding? Then you put the hand up on my arm. In my shoes now? >> Yeah. Because you tricked me. >> I tricked me. >> I tripped you. You're literally standing on my clothes and you're telling me I tripped you. You're throwing me into you. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Sit down. into the wall and you're doing all of this telling me I TRIPPED YOU [ __ ] head up. How the [ __ ] am I going to [ __ ] trip you? >> He's slamming me into the wall. >> Gentlemen, gentlemen, >> gentlemen, >> I just got home. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] Let's go over here. >> Come on, brother. >> Okay, come back here. >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. Why did he just do >> that? escalated from a 100 to a thousand quickly when the woman got cuffed. Instead of acting like a rational adult, she decided to argue about the very concept of being detained. It was hilarious watching her think she could just wave off the law like a bad flight delay. >> So what happened? >> So basically we were having a conversation with the flight and um she turned around and said, "Uh, you bothering us with your conversation?" >> We were speaking Spanish. Okay. >> Um, >> which made her not do with it, but you know, um, she got really aggressive >> to the point where she turned around and threw a water a Coke bottle in my face. >> She threw a bottle >> liquid or the bottle itself. >> The bottle. >> An empty bottle. >> An empty bottle. >> It didn't do much damage. I got >> Okay. But did did it hit you? >> Yeah. Right in my face. >> Right in your face. >> Right in my face. like a plastic bottle or aluminum or >> as soon as not plastic bottle as soon as I hit my face he said like let it go you know just let it go and but I can't so I got up and I went to the left and then and I told her what happened and she offered to um maybe change her of seats or change us of seats depending on her you know her convenience >> okay >> and so we change seats >> and that's basically it but she's too old about it in my face And because she didn't like our conversation. >> Okay. >> That that was basically >> All right. Did you >> Yeah. Did you get hit with any of that? >> I didn't know that he did. >> Okay. >> And was this up in the air or was this on the ground? In the air. Was there any further altercation on the ground? >> No. >> No. >> No. No. >> So, we're just having a chat and she said, "Cut up." >> So, so we're business partners. So, we're talking about business. >> Okay. And as she just turned around, threw the word bottle. It flew into my face. As soon as that happened, I >> The actual bottle or just the liquid? >> The actual bottle. >> As soon as that happened, I got up and talked to the students and and told her what happened and I asked to either >> I'll give it to you. You'll get it. >> Can I get the officer's badge number? >> Yeah. >> 75 73. >> Which one of y'all need? I got it. I forgot. While the drama queen was busy making a scene against the wall, the actual victims finally got to tell their side of the story. You could tell within less than 2 seconds of her speaking earlier that she was 100% at fault. She tried to play off her aggression as a reaction to being bothered, but throwing objects at people is a one-way ticket to a jail cell. Where are they? >> He might be downstairs. His car might be downstairs. >> You got to relax. Okay. You're getting yourself amped up. >> Listen. >> Bend forward. Bend forward. Bend forward. >> Relax. Okay. in the car. >> We're still trying to figure everything out. You understand? >> Why did he do anything? >> Check out our amazing restaurant. All right. Not much. >> You want to do stairs or the escalator where her pants is going to be? >> Take the stairs off. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. that one. >> All right, >> we're going to put him in >> for now. >> I'll call for >> three. We got a female deputy tennis by door for reference female pat down. Pull off. The officers wisely decided to call for a female deputy to handle the transport. [music] Knowing this, Potato Head was looking for any reason to claim more mistreatment. She sat there fuming, likely realizing that her just getting home plans were officially cancelled. >> I try to find some way to solve it. They didn't get where you sitting from. >> They right behind me. >> Okay. They Okay. When you say they, who's they? >> Both of the guys. Both those two guys. Okay. >> Right behind me. And guess what? They speak English. I didn't even know that. You know what they telling me in English? They talk among each other to poke me for me to turn around and say something. They was like, "Oh, shut up or you be quiet." and speaking Spanish louder. And you know how Spanish sound? >> Imagine how Spanish sound. I'm not knocking. I love Spanish. >> Say I'm South Florida. >> Look, I go masito. I know Spanish a little bit, but that get And we on a plane. You're not even being mindful. Like I said, they sitting right next to each other. So why everybody loud? >> Did they put their their hands on you? Did you >> Nobody put no hands on nobody. >> Okay, good to go. So what's this deal with the other lady? >> The other lady? No, they did. They snatched They thought it was me. They just snatched her by accident. >> They snatched her by accident. Yeah, cuz somebody else told her to come, you know, more people on the plane as escorting. So, one of them told her, "Come here." >> So, she coming. I guess they thought it was her, you know, as she come. They snatched her up. So, it was a miscommunication right there. >> Was it a a soda bottle thrown or was the bill that was >> No, I had a bottle, but it was nothing thrown. It was an empty bottle that I had, but nothing was thrown. >> Okay. >> But my thing is with this situation is that how you playing victim when somebody just tell you to be quiet and calm down. Like, you know what I'm saying? That's it. >> I reported it to them. They didn't do nothing about it. They didn't even >> So so so the woman in all brown >> all brown the one all brown she had nothing to do with it she was just trying to wait her turn to get off the plane but she was getting aggravated because the fact that she's not understanding why everybody rising but nobody get off the plane. >> So I was say it's two different going on >> but like I said them two was been holding on the plane from the beginning but everybody they playing victim as as they doing it. And I'm like >> I see what's going I just got to make it home. That's all I got to do. >> According to the attendees >> I tried working and she kept working ignored the situation. That's what the escalator felt like. >> You heard you're going to get fired. That's what escalated talking but you didn't hear. >> So he didn't they didn't put their hands on nobody. You didn't put your hands on nobody. >> Nobody threw anything. It wasn't water getting splashed around or anything stupid like that. >> I just I got I had a ball in my hand got aggravated. I thought he just threw it in the air. I don't know. I just got aggravated. I didn't hit nobody. >> Okay. >> I was just like so can I just like be like you know what I'm saying? Like they like can I just like whatever. So everybody's getting louder >> because I talked to them first. They didn't I reported it. They didn't do nothing about it and they came back to their seat and got louder and poking me. I'm trying to tell you they they blocking that part where they did. They came back to the seat. >> Okay. >> And start talking louder. And this is what they said. Oh, you be quiet. And they said it in English. >> That part right there. You be quiet in English. >> In the end, this woman's inability to keep her hands and her drinks to herself [music] landed her exactly where she deserved to be. You can't assault people over a language barrier and then cry foul when the handcuffs come out. Cooperation could have saved her a lot of grief, but she chose the path of maximum resistance. It turns out that throwing a tantrum at 30,000 ft has a very bumpy landing once you finally hit the ground. She was charged with simple battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer without violence.
