On March 26th, 2023, a heated altercation broke out at a Chuck-e-Cheese during a child's birthday party when two groups of women clashed over disrespectful remarks and interference in cleanup duties. Police arrived promptly, reviewed video evidence, and detained all participants. Ultimately, only one woman was formally arrested on battery charges, which were later dropped. Here's the complete drama. How's it going? Hi there. I called the police. What's going on? Um, several females inside. Got into a huge altercation. Watch these two hands cuz they taking they was taking pictures while we was fighting cuz they called police. Like I literally came. I'm glad. I'm glad somebody here. Let's Let's go in this corner over here. I literally just got here like 30 minutes ago from my friend's her she had a baby. She It's his birthday party, right? His family's there. And we're just here to support her. I've never seen those people a day in my life. And they were being disrespectful to us. They were like, "Are you her friend?" And I was like, "Yeah." She was like, "Y'all need to get the out. Blah blah blah. Grab the baby. Go. like, "Y'all need to leave." So, we're leaving and they they're yelling again. So, I'm just I go back and I'm like, "Ma'am, you didn't have to be disrespectful like that." And where's this other lady at? They were already. So, you guys are both You need EMS? Can you cover that up? I'm sorry. Do you need EMS? I I don't know. Like, everything is hurt. But you have scratches. Do you want EMS come take you out? Yes, please. Okay. Why are these people looking at me like I'm crazy? Like, I'm literally Where is it? Those two females over there. Yes, sir. Those two females right there. All right. I got one in the back. The one in the back is I tried poking somebody off and they hit me. So, all right. She was 22 with uh not her, the one that's sitting down over there. This one here. And you need to get the gentleman in the white shirt. Put his hands on me. I'm just trying to gather everybody that was in it right now. So, I don't know where the chick behind you just started hitting you. What happened to the best birthday party? Imagine going to Chuck-E-Cheese for cheesy bread and ending up in a WWE hair match. Ladies, fight your demons, not each other. Especially not in front of toddlers with pizza slices in their hands. Let the kids play in peace. What kind of example are y'all setting? And I'm trying to be grown and announce disrespect in a respectful way. Like, literally in the most respectful way. You see the videos, my body, tone, the body language, everything is there. And that's when the girl just punched in my face. And we just started fighting. Then the lady jumped on me, too. And I don't even know what else happened after that. All I seen when they started jumping her, that's unfair. She's only 20 years old. That's a grown ass woman. So I tried taking the grown woman off of her. More people started jumping on her. And then I was outside holding the cake. And then I started hearing yelling and then I come and then her, the one with the color, her mouth was grass nipple. So I'm like, "So did you get bit on the nipple?" Yeah. Which one bit you? The hair. the orange hair. Yes. Okay. Is your Is your Is your nipple actively bleeding? Like I don't burn. Yeah, there's You can just see the puncture. You can see the actual puncture in the teeth. Okay. I got EMS coming. Um they're going to come check you out. Okay. Um so what was your role in everything that happened? I sit down in the back. Yeah, but you were in the video. That's why I pulled you I was in the video because I was trying to help deescalate the situation. Okay. I pulled her off and then I held my sister back and her and told everybody they need to calm down. This is your party here. You guys are all came together. Yes, we were here for my great nephew birthday party. What's your relation to the other? I do not know them. I just know their friend, which is the baby mama of my nephew. My nephew is in on a fishing trip. You don't know them, but you guys are all here for the same at all. They just came here literally 10 15 minutes before we get ready to go right before Isaiah got into the little blaster. What I'm asking, I know you don't know them. You said there's a birthday party going on here, right? Are they are they here for that birthday party as well? Yeah, they came like 5 10 minutes after it was over. I gota Okay. Um, but you weren't involved in the fight, the altercation. You didn't fight with anybody? No, I didn't fight. All right. and you the young lady that's behind me with the stop in my head. She came and approached me and was talking to me and then she started yelling and fussing and what did she approach you about? Um she said she didn't like Okay. So she came back and she was like, "Oh, I don't like the way you talk to my friend. That's my mom. You shouldn't talk to like my mom told me to grab the stuff and help her take her stuff out to the car." The officers must navigate this emotional mess and try to resolve the matter. Will they succeed or will this spiral into something even worse? It's frustrating how these ladies still hold their food and cold drinks even after all that craziness. People's behavior when they know an authority figure is around is a masterclass in self-preservation. It's like the entire crowd got a collective reality check realizing the show is over. So, like my mom had a paper. She was talking with me. This your mom? Yeah, that's my mom. And she was talking about the paper and then she snatched the paper and threw it back at her. She threw the paper at her. This is the party hat. The party hat. She fold it up and threw it at me. Then she swung at me. Well, what why was she even upset to begin with? Because I I asked him. I say, "Uh, are y'all with her, which is durian? That's what uh baby birthday party." That's a mutual friend of contact. That's the only reason why we all here is because it was a party for the baby, right? But they're her friend. So they came for her. So then when my mom asked them to grab the thing off the table clean up and stuff. So she was leaving out and then she came back. Did you talk to talk to our friend and talk to us? Well, because you were trying to ask them to help clean up. Yes. All because she said, "Y'all get the cake and ice cream and help your friend out because she's ready to go." They came back in like they was ready to do so. It was very hostile. Okay. They they approached you first. Yes. They were getting at you and then what happened? How did they turn physical? She she sn she snatched the paper and threw it back at my mom face and then she was like, "What's up?" And then she hit me. She swung up. Where did she hit you at? Right here. Then that's when I in my head. Okay. Then you stepped in. My daughter stepped in cuz I really She disabled. I'm just I'm disabled. I got you. I got you. So So who who all was it that was hitting you? I think all three on my sister. That's why I tried. But they all started jumping in when you jumped in. Yeah, I believe so. She hit me up there, there, and on her thumb cuz she bit on him and bit down and bit on her. Oh, she bit you. Yeah, those are three bites. Okay. So, you need to get her tight as I get you in your chin. It was on They fell on the floor. They fell down. They fell down. So, then that's when I went to get her off my cuz she was on my daughter. I'm trying to get her off their daughter to get her to get her off. And then somebody was trying to get my sister from behind and that's when I pulled her off. Then I seen my sister turn around and I was like, "Hold on, wait a minute. I'm getting bit." Okay. She did. They kicked on her first. I want to see the video. You have the video. That's too steppy in there. I want to get up. I just want to know how people have time to record instead of breaking up a fight. Cuz what happens when people break it up? They get hit in the process. I just had a call earlier today with just that two guys were fighting. Somebody tried breaking up. I understand that. But a big macho dude, what are those hits going to do to you? What they like? Look at me. Those little hits would do nothing to you. Not even a puncture. Not even a scratch. Yeah, I got you. I was like, but they're mad mad at me like when I don't even know the situation. They over here yelling at me like I'm 20 years old. You think I came here? All right. All right. So, in the video, you're kind of like in the mix in the middle of all this stuff or whatever the case is. And I see you getting kind of jumped off. Yeah. Um I'm going to talk to everybody else and get their sides as well individually. Are you are you wanting to pursue any charges or you don't want to do anything with it? It it honestly depend like they press charges in. The drama started over some paper and then it got wild with people throwing punches, biting, and jumping in. It was like a wrestling ring with no rules. This is the moment when things get messy. The officers still trying to maintain control, but it's hard when you're surrounded by people who clearly aren't interested in anything resembling calm. But I'm talking to you first, so I kind of need to know. Yeah, cuz this could it could be the same thing. They could say they want to press charges on YouTube and and then uh I mean, I feel like it's a big I feel like misunderstanding. I said, "You don't know them. I don't know them." got to mama real quick. How old are you? 25. Okay. So, I need I need I need an answer. All right. In the video, obviously, you're part of the the scuffle. What's going on? You have injuries, they have injuries, whatever the case is. The only thing we can determine at the time is who started the fight. That's why we're waiting on video over here at Chuck-E-Cheese. Um, do you want to be a victim of any of the battery, sir? Do you want to be a victim of the battery? For sure. I was hit first. I was assaulted first. By who? The girl with the orange hair. You said that she threw something at you. She punched me. Surprised me in my face. Okay. So, arrests are going to be made then. You want to pursue charges. Uh, I'm going to go ahead and place her under arrest. Understand the minute she declined prosecution on you, but the minute she starts put going in handcuffs, she's going to want to prosecute and then everybody's going to go to jail. Okay. So, what? So, wait. Repeat. I'm going to put her in cuff because they're want to pursue charges. And then, okay, she she declined prosecution on you in the video. It could be either way. Yes, it can be both. And once the video comes, everything the evidence. Well, once more video comes. The video that I have is enough to take all three of you guys to jail. Really is what I'm saying. Yeah. Because it's like we were all in a scuffle. So, I mean, I I'll do charges going to press on me. She declined prosecution. She said no, she wasn't going to press charges. Why wouldn't she then? Like, that just shows that like it doesn't show us anything because the videos are showing us that. Okay. So if you take her to jail right now, we could go to jail as well. Yes. All right. So we're only taking we're only taking her. She doesn't want to pursue charges on them. She wants to pursue charges on her. But the minute I put handcuffs on her, she's going to start saying, "I want to pursue charges." So she thought that she was going to go do the same when she figured out. It is what it is. Bro. All right. Do me a favor. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. They decided that they did want to pursue charges on you. Although you said you did not want to pursue charges on them. All right. You said she does not want to. Adults are fighting like kids on the playground. This is crazy. I've never seen anything like this. But it feels normal here. The crowd isn't backing down, and neither is the officer. In that split second, what could have been a calm situation has turned into a fullblown standoff. It's not making enough evidence. Let me figure this out. Let me figure this out. She got assaulted. Why did everybody have That's why black people need to stop hurting each other. This is why. Let's go. We're waiting on Chuck-E-Cheese to give us the rest of the video. Okay. But when I I spoke to each one of you guys individually and this side took the higher road and decided not to pursue charges. They decided they wanted to pursue charges. So that's why unfortunately the one is going to jail right now. Okay. Because they decided that they want to pursue drugs. So if there's no victim, there's no crime. You guys, you know, opted out. So she going to be the only one going to go. So she getting arrested because she chose not to press charges. Yes, ma'am. Yes, she can. I feel that's what they were just yelling right now. Is it? So All right. Put her in handcuffs. Her the one with the black. She said no. They don't matter. They can't be out fighting in public. What? They had no choice if I was like young people in nursery school like what saying that we're viewing the video and seeing who all participating and who all first we got some video we got some video so who got assaulted first yeah you said that we're sorting the video out man the lieutenants in there getting video okay so how you arrest they're being detained right Damn. I said I said they're being detained. This is why black people need to stop this. This is why cuz they want to arrest all y'all. They just do what they said. Y crazy. They stop this dumb. They ain't call. What? She ain't call for she ain't do nothing. She was out the door. She's on the video. But she was helping her sister getting attacked. You would do that if your brother was getting attacked. You would just stand there and watch. Go ahead and put them in the car. Why? Go ahead and put them in the car until they're they have been detained right now like I explained to you. Excuse me. The lieutenants in there getting more video to find out who the primary aggressor was. Okay. And and we're sorting it all out. So just be the young people. She gave him a video as soon as he got here. Officer and those people that were involved in that, everybody that was involved in that video that he's got is been detained. Right. One person gets arrested, but the rest just argue about who's the victim and who's guilty. They all really need to be locked up for acting so wild and doing all this at Chuck-E-Cheese. If you don't want to be the one everyone's staring at in confusion, don't get involved in drama that's not yours. Everyone should have stayed home. Every one of them. We're just waiting on the video. We're waiting on the video for him to see who started the fight and all that. But just be mindful that if you're out fighting in a public establishment, everyone could be arrested for an afraid.
