The driver appeared to be highly intoxicated, but the female passenger turned the situation into a complete nightmare. How can two people create such chaos in just a few minutes on the road? Both individuals acted aggressively, assaulting an officer, only to end up getting beaten by karma in return. Can you do me a favor? Cut the truck off for me real quick. You got your driver's license? Yes, I do. Is the passenger seat full over there? It's my husband. That's why you're sitting in the middle. Okay. I was just curious, ma'am. People don't usually sit in the middle with no seat belts on. Either one of you. I own the house right there. It's just like, what the is this? We live right there. No one would come to the house and introduce yourself to my like Is there a reason you have two driver's licenses, sir? I have two driver's license. Wait, unless that's somebody else's in your wallet. No, my across. We're married. That is my weed license. That's my license. I'm talking about this one. That's my weed license. That's my license. That's That is No, I'm talking about this one on this side. That's her license. Okay. I'm just making sure you don't have to Some people live right there in a house right there. You got your friend over here on the side. My friend Marcus works for your sheriff's office. I don't want the sheriff's office. Oh, would he work for the city? Yes, ma'am. So to see. But thank you. I'm drinking. He's driving. Are you trying to get between my legs? Cuz you damn sure got the light in between my legs. You do it though. He's doing his job, man. So, I'm talking about your friend over here on the right. He's shining his light in between my leg. He's doing his job, man. All right. Let me get a camera out. Let me get that out cuz I don't shine my light in between your leg. I got my camera right here. It's weird. It's weird. I'm going to shine the light. It's weird. It's weird. That's all I'm saying. I'm asking. So your vehicle, you went over the side of the road three times on the right side of the road and then you swerved into the middle lane and then you swerved into the left lane. That's cuz she brought me I tried to I tried to tell her, "Hey, relax." Okay. Have you had anything to drink tonight? I I did earlier. I'm not going to lie to you. Like a while back, probably a couple hours ago. Okay. Like like I was I was home asleep and she called me so come pick her So, you weren't just out at the bar? No. Like, you haven't been out all night? Like, I haven't been out all night. No, my house is right there. So, you're drinking like earlier today? Earlier today, I had a few drinks. Well, so the way that you're driving makes me concerned that you might bump me and I told I told her I was like, I put this in a cult. I just scoot over. So, are you willing to participate in Philari exercises? No. For what? Because so I'm asking because of the way that you were driving, sir. I just told you she bumped the steering wheel. I'm sorry. Yeah, I get that. I I I I I'm just trying to go home. Like, my house is literally not even a half mile from here. I'm just not seeing how she bumped the steering wheel from that side of the car and it made you turn. Ma'am, I'm not talking to you right now. You [ __ ] ma'am. You rugged as anyways. Eyebrows, ma'am. You can't take me to jail for that. My grandpa is friends with the courthouse. So, go ahead and try me. A simple traffic stop was about to turn into a worse situation. When the officers began speaking with them, they noticed that the couple was clearly in a completely intoxicated state. The man admitted to being drunk, but his refusal to take sobriety exercises was totally unbelievable because he's friends with the judges and they're going to have your ass. Keep your fingers out of my head. I'm in the car. I understand that. I'm just trying to get I'm telling you, I don't understand how you your car went to the right if she bumped the wheel from the left from the right side of the car. Like how I was sitting here like this driving like this and the wheel went this way. I tried to correct it. You overre apologize. I I'm really not trying to be like anything but I I ain't go that do at home. She li her mother. So it's cool. It's cool cuz I know I went over a little way. You got cameras on your just like I do. I I don't want to sit here. Come here and talk to me. What? What is going on? What's your deal? It's like 2 miles down the road. Right there to the left. Where were we last night? Where you were at the block? No. Nope. Okay, Mary and nobody goes out. My health is like that's stupid. That's smart. If nothing's wrong, she's going to let him go, but just let her do her job. So, it's okay. She's just strict. She's just getting to the point. That's okay. It's okay. Just let her finish. I'll let you go sit back down there. You going to behave. Oh, baby. Please stay relax. She's not going to say anything to you. She's the only one to talk to him. He was driving. Okay. Okay. So, I will take what you said. Okay. Don't Don't take Don't make it worse than what it is. Okay. Turn around. Please stay away from me. Got anything on you? All right, sir. At this time, you're being placed under arrest or driving or alcohol. Do you have anything in the car that you would like to go with you as your property? Jen, come here real quick. I got to talk to you about something. So, here's the deal. He's going to get arrested for that. All right. It's going to get taken care of. You live right here down the road. Okay. I do not even know what happened. Okay. You're going to get home fine. All right. Now, obviously I know I know you y'all can take care of it tomorrow. You'll be out in the morning. All right. Just let them do their thing. He can't. Unfortunately, this is part of it. He can't drive. Thank you. That's why he's swerving all the road. I'm just being honest with you. I'm cool with you. You've been cool with me. Okay. Um, put your hands behind you. Can put your hands. Can I not give my tomorrow? I asked you a question. As far as the truck, I'll drive home. I paid right now. You're not driving it right now. It's I pay for this truck. I did not let you drive because if something happens from here, I'm liable for it. It's a $2,000 truck. I paid for that. Okay. Well, let it sit here once you when you go home. sober up. You can come back and get it and bring it back to the house. So, can we like park it right here? Yeah, it can stay right here. I'm sure is like it can stay right here. Nobody parks here. It's a Thursday. It's going to be fine right here. No, no, no. No. Stop. The female was entirely out of control, using abusive language and threatening the officers. It was hard to understand what was really going on in her mind as she was behaving irrationally. The officers took the man into custody and that was a very important step. I truly appreciate their decision. Jen, stop. Jen, stop. Justin. Jen, stop. What are y'all doing, dude? What are you doing? [Music] It's on video. Reason, Jen. video. Let me Can I Can I take it and let her go? Stop. Can I take it and let her go? She just She just caught her own charge just now. She cuz she just smacked the cop. You can't walk over there when they're Yes. Because he's fighting them. I get it. Did you hit him? You're under arrest for battery unlocking off the top. Sit right there. I would never do that. Jen, stop. Sit right there. You hit him in the face. Jen, he's fighting him. I freaking He's going to blow up on people. He can't. If he blows up on people, he's going to get He's going to get whooped. What you doing? Okay, that's great, dude. He hit me for no reason, though. I was standing here with my hands behind my back the whole time. My hands up behind my back and he swung on me. Hands were not. How you going to tell me? I'm saying let her go. She's going home to the kids, man. I I swear, man. Let her go. I'm not I won't keep pulling away. The officers were still trying to discuss things with the woman when the situation suddenly escalated. The couple attacked the officers and a physical fight broke out. By taking the law into their own hands and hurting the officers, they only made things worse for themselves. On one hand, they were being aggressive and violent. On the other, they considered being arrested an insult and kept arguing. Listen listen to I'm I'm right here. I swear. Have a seat, man. Look, I'm right here. Listen, I'm right here because you can't go over there and interfere with them trying to Can I at least get We'll get the tinker up here. I don't know. I didn't put him on. You don't do that. Okay. Hey, sir. I get you're mad at me. I have where my earpiece your earpiece really I mean dude one of us has got to go home to the kids can you have a seat for me and we'll talk here in a second just have a seat listen if she listen let me speak okay she runs up while they're trying to put you in handcuffs they're arresting you okay and then she starts swinging on the cop okay you can't take Can you get her decision? I understand that. Somebody to our kids. She made that decision. She said, "Who did she hit?" I want to apologize. Can I ask them to apologize when you're home? It's not your place to apologize for her. I don't care how we can get out if you take both of us. We got kids at home. I understand that, but she can't she can't be swinging on cops like that. Okay, I can't. But can I take that? Their kids out in bed. What are you doing? CK, is your car in line? I have to call my kids. No, my kids. I'm going to let my kids are at home. I'm going to let you make a phone call and organize this stuff with your kids, but right now it's not like I'm trying to run away from I'm not asking you right now. You're going to get in the back of a car. You guys like I reached over and grabbed him. I didn't do anything. Yeah. Crazy as [ __ ] Where is my phone who has all the video on it? Is on the top of that car and it's going to go with you in your property. Sit down. I'm not trying to escape. I know. I'm taking right here. I'm not doing any of that. I have a six-year-old and a 12-year-old whose dad is dead. They live right there. I'm right there. Sit down. Nobody gives a ma'am. Do you want your message to come look at your foot? No, I want to check on my children who are right there. All right. If you don't want to miss, put your foot in the car doing my truck. I ain't consent to that. It don't matter. I I didn't consent to that cuz they can't. Actually, we can search. We can have somebody come tow my butvening it. We're inventory. After creating so much chaos when the officers were gathering basic information from the man, he wasn't willing to cooperate at all. But the real twist came when he suddenly tried to fix everything with just one apology. Can a simple sorry really erase all the damage caused by reckless actions? That wasn't possible. No one can escape the law that easily. I'm telling you, you cannot go in my Okay, sir. Have a seat for me. Have a seat. All right. I've been cool with you. I'm being cool, too. Then don't start pushing up. I'm telling you. I'm asking you. I didn't consent to. So why you in my We don't have to ask you for consent. We're inventory. We're inventory in the truck. There ain't nothing there. There ain't nothing in there for them. I told you I have somebody come here in 2 minutes. Here in 2 minutes towing it. I I guarantee they'll be here in 2 minutes. Have a seat. They're not taking it. We are responsible for your truck. We will tow it and we will inventory it to show what's in the truck for the purpose of the tow. Y some up individuals. All right. Have a seat. That's a seat. Where's your sergeant? I am the sergeant. I didn't do a [ __ ] punch in my [ __ ] I was talking to y'all perfectly fine when I got punched in my [ __ ] Have a seat. So your little ass homeboy over there tell you want to take his gloves off. Come get it. Have a beat his teeth in. No, you actually turned there. No, I turned as I walked. I turned this way. I didn't shoot on him. I didn't raise my sit down. Have a seat. Oh, that. Well, you will get in the Get in the vehicle. I'm right here, bro. I'm trying to call someone to come in my truck. Get in the vehicle. If you do not get in the vehicle, we're going to have to put you in the vehicle. Okay. And then you're going to catch a resisting charge. You're already catching. Okay. Well, then you're going to catch a second. I'm already catching resisting charge. Then you're going to catch a second resisting charge. I swung on you. I hit you. So, I got to resist. Get in the vehicle. I'm asking. Get in the vehicle, sir. So, what's the resistant charge for? We're not asking. We're telling you to get in. I'm asking a question. What's the resistant charge for? When you wouldn't let us put your hands behind your back. My hands were behind my back the whole time. No, they were behind my back when he punching my [ __ ] No, they weren't. Sit in the vehicle, please. Thank you. All the way so that we can shut the doors. That's it. I'm in here. I can't I can't turn. My wrists are too tight. I loosened them up for you. Too tight. And I double locked them. They're not tight enough. I'm not being an ass. I'm telling you it's too I'm telling you what I did, though. [ __ ] turn. Are you able to slide back? No, I can't. I Okay, I'll leave this like this. But thank you. It's all masculine. I didn't ask you like me. Here you go. My kids are home. Their dad is dead. Nobody gives a It's fine. I just Okay, that's all I'm asking. We can't sit here all night, sir. All right. I got I need to make a phone call or something, man. I got to take care of them kids, man. Period. I I don't give a I get it. I How old are the kids? They're old. I need to make a phone call for them kids, man. They got to go to school tomorrow. Get to the police department. I want to make a phone call. You are the reason we're not at the police department yet cuz we won't get in the car. No, it's not me. I got punched in my for no reason. We can't drive away with you like the man argued with the officers about his arrest and charges. If he had such a problem, then why did he drink alcohol and drive, breaking the rules in the first place? If the officers had not started the investigation on time, who knows whose life could have been at risk. However, the couple was utterly unable to understand this fact. I turned around. I got punched in my If you need I don't give a how you feel. I don't give a We're not asking anymore. You're going to get in the car. We are putting you in the car. What is your decision? Put me in it. Okay, let's go. Back up. Grab his arms. Stuck on that. Watch it, Nick. Watch my glasses, you boy. I don't give a damn about your ass boy. Come on. Sign him in. Watch. Watch his shoulders are glasses, [ __ ] Your glasses are mine. He's got that shoulder right there. I'm telling you, my shoulder get in. Put yourself in the car. Let him let go. What are you doing? And I'm trying to get you. Stop. Stop. You bang on my door again, you're going into her chair. Do you understand? I can touch you. Don't catch me. Turn around. That's me to call my kids. Turn around. You lost an opportunity right now. That's fine. I'll take that for my kids all day. their kids status. All I'm saying, can I just call and make sure somebody's going to get my kids? I have kids that are at home. Can I call and make sure somebody's going to pick them up? Your phone right now and you're kicking on the door so that I can What else can I do? Nobody's listening. You could have waited a second like a mature adult. Cool. You see that, but they're at home. I get that. They were at home when you were at the bar, right? Right. But actually, that was your decision to leave them at home. Actually, their aunt lives carrying. Okay. And they have to go to school in the morning. So that's all I'm saying. All right. Can I tell somebody call my kids? Not right this second. What? Oh, can I call my kids or no? Don't open the door. All I'm saying is can I call my kids and make sure that they're okay? And you want to pull the crazy man. That's okay. My grandpa is a lawyer. That's fine. And he's best friends with us. Y'all are Mhm. And when I watch your body cam video, what's going on? He's going to be like, "Why did y'all have my granddaughter like that?" And she asked to talk to somebody about her grandkids. That's all she's saying. Nobody listen. Why are you trying to pull my You're taking your jewelry off cuz you're not going to go to jail with your jewelry on. You're going to take it with you. You could have done that in intake. I need a phone call first, though. Actually, you're not at the jail, so you're not going to get a phone call from here. So, you can't take my jewelry off. Actually, I am taking your jewelry off. I said, "Can I speak to somebody so I can speak about my kids?" They never thought about their children's safety until they were arrested and it was too late. On the other hand, the officers took both of them to the police station to continue the investigation. Even at the police station, the woman remained uncooperative. Listen to me. All right. You going to walk out for me? We're going to go straight inside. Is your Is your glasses in the car? All right. I'll find them for you now. You walk in. I grab you. Go ahead. Are you going to go left here? And I'm going to go find your glasses and get your phone. Yeah. As soon as I grab you, your phone. Give me a second. You said you have I got to go get your glasses. You have a phone in your hand. I asked if it was your phone and he said you don't know what would you ask was difficult I'm asking the phone that's the officer punching my no reason okay that's come to the supervisor okay he is a supervisor that's we talk to people too much like we don't I'm not I'm not doing this right now I have your glasses No, cuz he won't stop kicking the door. No, cuz he won't stop kicking the door. [Music] No, ma'am. No, you can't. You're okay. Well, guess what? Now you're not getting that phone call. But you're not calling me a [ __ ] You're not getting a phone. Well, guess what? You're not getting your phone. Too bad. You're not getting a phone call. I love you. I don't you know tomorrow. Y'all y'all are unreal, man. This is bull. You're right. It is. It is. I wouldn't admit that. No, they're not. You just told me they're 12 and six. 12? That's not grown. We lose water. No, it's not. Jennifer, we don't do phone calls from here. Okay, that's not my fault. It's not my fault. We literally have signs right here that say no phone calls. It's a rule. They're going to get another. The woman kept shouting loudly, but it was very important for the officers to calmly gather information from the couple separately. Should officers focus on staying calm, even when faced with such chaos. Despite their efforts, the woman had already created so much noise that no one could think clearly. I got to be at work at 5. I know. I'm in the I'm in I'm in trouble. I need you to go get my babies. You're in trouble. Where are you at? She's with the police department right now. Christa, we're just we're just worried about the kids. Can you please get my babies? He's calling right now and there's nothing. I do. Okay. Christa, can you pick Keon and and Areola? Yes, honey. I love you. So, we got that situation. So, they're probably awake because awake. He stole her when he because probably because the deputy was knocking on the door cuz I told I sent the deputy over to say hi. I know. So, I'm going to call the deputy and let them know not to knock on the door and that she's coming to get security and we didn't know. Can I please go pee? Yes. Okay. Damn it. Calm down. He's worried about the kids. Talk about the kids. Tell him. We're not going to undo them. You're being too too aggressive. We're not going to undo your cuffs. She told me about your hair and you still ain't no cops. You You're sitting here hitting the walls. You were kicking the door. My cuffs. Okay. Okay. So, if we can agree that you're going to be cool, I put I'll put the cuffs on the front. I'm not going to take them off. I'm not going to take them off, but I will put your hands in the front. Is that an agreement we have? Is that not going to work? Then that's fine. I'm saying this right here. Okay. So, do you agree that we're going to put him in the front? No. We're not doing that because he's going to fight everybody on the press. No. We're not going to make a phone call from here. We already talked to Christa. Chris is going to get your kids. You guys can make phone calls again when you get up to Yeah. up to the up to the jail. So, you can You're being too aggressive, dude. You got to be chill. You're over here kicking the wall. You're kicking the door because I have been here in handcuffs. Okay. And you're in handcuffs because of that. I don't care. I just have to my kid. Is there anything y'all can do? I believe my personal stop. That's embarrassing. I'm sorry. You can back up. Okay. The door is going to go back. What am I supposed to do? The woman's attitude seemed to reach the seventh heaven. She had no idea how complicated things were becoming for her. Instead of responding with even a small positive response that could have helped her situation, she chose to act emotionally and made everything more difficult. Her behavior only pushed people further away instead of finding a solution. I excuse that. Christ is up at the house, but she she they just came to the PD and asked if we could bring your keys up. What? They got it. Oh, they're got it. Okay. So, the kids open the door. They're they're on getting into the door, but they just open the door, so everything's good. So, she has she has them. Yep. She's up there. Our officer's up there confirmed that she's there. So, the kids are the kids are good. Okay. 8311 commits a second. He has been so right. I only take him out there because he's he's acting the way he's acting. We're we're doing our best to not get involved with him because I don't want I don't want to show you. I know. I know. So that's why I'm trying to just let him be. No. Okay. When we get up here, we'll take them off and get the car [Applause] to me like that. Okay. Stop. Give me your alarm. Give me your alarm. I'm not resisting. I'm sad. I'm pregnant. What is she doing? Sorry. Yes. You know, I'm pregnant. Don't pull me a little too hard. Hey, wait. Don't laugh like that. Don't crack me like that. What are you doing? Stop. Jen, stop. Cool. And don't push me. Please have a seat. That's all you have to do. I'm not crazy. Karma's a like. Please have a seat. Can I go to the bathroom? My whole listening carefully and understanding the woman's actions at every step was essential. Officers deal with cases like this daily. So, how do they handle such difficult situation? They face many challenges, but their experience helps them decide how to control the case effectively. Can I go real quick before we go? I swear to God, I'm being nice. I got to go to the bathroom. Justin, you've been you've been No, I've been asking to go to the bathroom for the last 25 30 minutes. But listen to me. I've got to go to the bathroom. How many times I got to ask you to go to the bathroom? I can't undo my handcuffs. I understand that, please. So, I'm asking you, you know, if I go to the bathroom quick and then we go wherever the got to go. If I don't go piss in the bathroom, I got to go. I've been trying to tell him a bunch of times to calm down. And he keeps doing the same. I'll calm down if I go to the bathroom. You got to put them back. I got to go to the bathroom, bro. I got We got We got to fight to get him back on. I'll put him I'll put him on this. There we go. We're just going to go straight to the jail. Take As soon as you get up to the jail, they'll they'll take everything off you. All right. We'll put my pants up in. You got ass. No. Does my whole ass stop? That's assets. It ain't nothing to do with it. Go ahead and pull them up. [ __ ] Now what y'all want to do? Hey, they ain't going up nowhere, is it? You ain't got nothing. My whole ass cheeks still out. But you got my hands and handcuffs. Still ain't in there. Oh, there. There it goes. You getting a little bit cheek in there. Can we take these off? They're right over there. No, that's absolutely not. Yeah, we can't do that. It's not how this is going to work. I'm right here. I'm not being a I'm not being a I'm asking for my glasses so I can see what goes on. You've already been horse me. I've asked you to take a hour ago and you're going to tell me your glasses. Okay. And I've as I did. No, we did not. Yes, I did. You tell me. You tell me.
