You take a look at this video. The chase started around 2:00 p.m. yesterday when a trooper tried to pull her over on I35 in Komal County. Instead, troopers say the woman drove off and crashed into several vehicles, including a trooper unit as she tried to outrun law enforcement. She ended up in front of a salons by JC at the Alamo Quarry where she got out of her car and entered the salon. The trooper who tried to arrest her was assaulted by Schneider. They were able to finally place her under arrest where Schneider was evaluated by EMS before being transported to the Bear County Jail. >> On November 14th, 2024, a white 4Erunner on I35 turned the highway into its personal racetrack. Hazard lights flashing like disco strobe lights. What started as a simple traffic stop quickly turned into a full-blown chase that made every driver question if they'd accidentally driven into a Fast and Furious remake. Watch the video to see what actually happened. 6 lights in San Antonio. Yes, sir. The suspect's SUV kept cruising at 100 mph like she was late for a sale at Target. The trooper's voice sounded calm, but deep down you could tell he was questioning his career choices. >> Yes. >> Yes. Copy. >> Passing March 169. >> Yeah. 169. [Music] >> Uh 75. >> Traffic is heavy. It was a onecar circus. The driver ignored sirens, speed limits, and possibly reality itself. Other drivers honked, cursed, and prayed while the trooper just tried to keep up without turning his cruiser into modern art. >> Did we slow down taking the exit? Same speed. >> Uh, we slowed down a little bit. >> Okay. >> Still down a bit to take the exit. >> We're still on uh we're heading It looks like she's going to >> take exit 21 and we're going to go south 281 a second. She's laughing. >> Can you see the driver? >> Yeah, she's laughing. >> Driver's laughing. She can see her. She's laughing at her. >> Then came the parking lot detour. Out of all places, she pulled into the quarry market because why not? From 100 mph on the highway to doing donuts in front of a Michael store. You can't make this up. She wasn't running anymore. We're about to Oh, she's she's abating. She's still going. >> Still evading. >> The trooper's disbelief hit new levels when she started throwing beer cans out the window mid chase. Nothing screams responsible adult like littering alcohol while evading police. At that point, this wasn't a pursuit. It was a onewoman demolition derby with a splash of comedy. [Music] >> She uh jumped She jumped the curb. >> She jumped the curb >> and she still >> How many SCPD units you have there? >> I just have one right now that I can one SCPD at the time. [Music] She's throwing beer out again and there's people >> throwing more beer out the window. Just going in and out of the parking lot right now. >> Going in and out of the parking lot. >> Is there any way we can get somebody to set up some spikes somewhere? Do we have anybody coming? >> You can get someone to set up spikes. She's throwing beer out the window and other people's cars, too. >> She's throwing beer out the window and also hanging other cars. >> And we're exiting. >> We're exiting >> the >> We're exiting the cory. Throwing beer out the window. [Music] We're just going in and out of the parking lot right now. >> Continue to go in and out of the parking lot. >> She laughed, waved, and treated the chase like a Tik Tok live. The trooper begged her to stop, but she just kept circling the parking lot like a confused Roomba. Every turn screamed midlife crisis on wheels. And just when it couldn't get worse, she started drinking again. >> Shoot. A civilian tried to block her in, but she passed. She got past them. >> A civilian tried to block her in, but she passed around them. >> Okay. We got it. We're down. We're down. Jesus, bro. Go in the back. >> Yeah, we're going. We're in the back of the quarry. >> Back of the quarry. >> I'm going to try to Oh, shoot. Nope. She picked up speed. >> Picking up speed. >> Oh, god. Okay, now we're crossing. Crossing. What do you think she is? >> I want to say probably in her 30s. >> Yeah, if you got a better look at her, maybe in her 30s. >> Beer flying, tires screeching, and traffic dodging. This woman turned the whole city into her playground. Civilians even tried blocking her in, but she outmaneuvered them like she had Mario Kart power-ups. Then the moment of impact, she rammed into multiple cars, including the troopers. >> She has damage. >> They're asking because the red zone comes to a female in that age range. >> Oh, okay. So she has damage on the left side. Left back side. >> You have damage which which has damage on what side? >> Uh hers. Hers. >> Hers. >> Yeah. And um shooting damage on left side. >> Oh god. We're coming up to an intersection on Micole. Moli. >> Coming up. >> And she's turning back the other way. So we're going back in a direction towards the Cororey again. going back towards Victoria. >> And she's driving erratically in and out of the lane. >> Driving erratically in and out of lane. >> Speeds are at 63. [Music] >> It's possible that this person has a past history. >> Okay. >> Okay. She's a lot of suspensions on her behind her. >> Oh sh she almost crashed out. Almost crashed out, but we're good. Coming up to the intersection of Jones Maltzberger where where the Cory's at. And she just rear ended another car in front of her. She's rear. >> Yeah, she's rear ending the car in front of her. >> She's rear ending the vehicle in front of her. >> Is that vehicle occupied in motion? >> Yes. >> Yes, that vehicle's occupied and in motion. Yo, >> we're back in the quarry parking lot. I can feel Oh sh >> Hey, >> no. You want me? Excuse me. No. Motheruckers. Okay, we're not doing this. All right, I know you. We're going to be friends. No, we're not. We're not friends. >> Oh, you mother. >> All right. You >> put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. Mercy. Mercy. I'm your mother. >> Okay. Yeah, she punched me in the face, >> right? >> Yeah, I did not punch him. Guess you did. >> All right. I guess you all 141. >> You need a UDI CSI brand new. >> Do you have anything else on you? >> What's that all over your face? Um, popsicle. When officers finally boxed her in, she got out swinging. Literally, her behavior flipped from unbothered to unhinged. Punching an officer while claiming to be his mother was the final touch on this bizarre masterpiece. At that point, sanity had clearly left the vehicle. The patience it took not to just walk away deserves a medal. >> What were you in the hospital for? >> My heart. Okay, stand up so I can search you. You can't search for me. I can search my crevices, too. Yes, ma'am. >> Would you like to? I'm your mother. Okay. Oh. All right. We're going to go in my car. You really uh I really hurt what the dove. The dove is very hurt. She's got a broken wing now. Oh my god. I really burned my engine. I'm surprised I didn't start smoking this time. This time? You mean you've done this before? >> Oh, very much. Like a lot of Well, really is a time, but this is the third major time. Let me read you something. You have the right to remain silent at any trial. Investigation in court, you have the right to have a lawyer present. If I do any question, if you are unable to employ, you have the right to have a lawyer. And if I do any question, you have the right to. >> Do you understand your rights? >> Yes, ma'am. >> We are filming this all on one day, aren't we? >> Oh, yeah. You're you're going to be on the news tonight for sure. >> Right. >> I never felt so dead but alive ever before. That's a very large stash. >> Put your feet down. >> I >> put them down. >> You're making me bored. >> Oh, well, I'm sorry. Put your feet down. I am super add. >> Yeah. >> Um, you know the dead army? >> Yeah. >> The dead army. Literally. >> Yeah, I did. Come on. >> Will literally stay forever. >> Okay. >> Dead. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Y'all keep me in a cage cuz I've been caged up way too many times. Please don't lock. >> By the end, officers arrested her after she punched the trooper mid- arrest because why stop at felony evasion when you can add assault, too? It's safe to say this joy ride had more twists than a soap opera, but zero logic. Some people chase peace. She chased the police. The woman identified as Schneider was charged with evading arrest, assaulting a peace officer, and multiple counts of property damage after striking several vehicles, including a patrol unit. Authorities also noted open containers of alcohol were found in the vehicle. She was evaluated by EMS before being taken to the Beexar County Jail.
