Right there. Step on the other side of my car, ma'am. I'm sorry. I didn't know. I didn't know. Go ahead. All right. So, he text you and asked you to bring him his stuff from your house, right? When was the no contact order in place between y'all two? After I went to It was around May the 20th. May May May 20th. Okay. And he's just now asking you for his stuff from your house, right? Okay. Just honestly, officer part, I know I shouldn't even cuz I know we had no contact, but I mean this is the worst breakup I've ever made. Honestly, his mama just passed away. I'm not trying to be on you don't I'm not trying to put no poison to his view of cheat and his child. So, I'm like, you could see your child. I'm not on none of that. His mom kid he kidnapped my baby. Just made a knife. Took my child to the Family Dollar on Wheaten Street. Somebody texted me and said, "Your child is here at Wheaten Street." Even after that, officer Pars, I'm not, you know, I'm I'm just not going to be I'm I'm being transparent with you. We still was talking. The woman was worried about her child. She told the officers that she had been unable to contact her child for quite some time. The officers were gathering every small piece of information from her to understand what exactly had happened, what could have caused the loss of contact between the mother and her child. I'm like, "Okay, you know, you can see your babies. I'm not trying to put no poison in your view about them." He saw them. I came to bring him his stuff. His sister got on the Is that him right there? I don't know. Okay. No, cuz he had like once everything happened once everything happened at my house, the officers came to my house. The officer came to my house and they they I live in the projects. I live in Hitch Village. I live public housing. So he can't be there. Honestly, once he left, that was it. I No, that was it. When he just asked, "Okay, let me get my stuff." I let him I I was going to bring it to him. If you see, I don't have my kids with me. I'm on the way to get my kids. Honestly, my grandmother lives right down South Street. I told him, "You can come and get your stuff." I drive commercial. I I literally just went to jail two days after my birthday only because my headlight was out. I got my headlight fixed. All this like alter part is real. I'm I'm going through a lot with him. This is the worst breakup I ever been through. But I know I still got to be strong. I got three little girls. But I never wanted this to to go this far. I've been calling him. You could come and get your stuff. But he lives with his father and his other sister. The people that's in his head. So of course they're going to say what they want to say. I'm not on your mind. Let me see your line. Hold on. I just left my I work in the shop now. I just left the shop to go get my kids so I can take them to the party. But I bring my stuff. I want to see my baby. I'm not trying to have that type of view with them. I have two different baby days. Just real quick, let me see your car key and just hang outside tight right there by the back of your car for me. Okay. Okay. She did just say that they got a no contact order, but he all of a sudden just text her. Yeah, he just text her and asked her to bring her bring him his stuff from her house. Hey man, you want to call? Yes, sir. What's going on, bro? It's my baby mama. I mama don't I ain't supposed to be nowhere near I got you. Yeah, she mad that I ain't answering the phone. I ain't responding back. She been calling me for days. Text me for days. Okay. She honestly this like the third time she did that. She be in jail. So just keep running down the street cursing and talk about all type [ __ ] Throwing [ __ ] out the window. sister car. She probably done knocked somebody river mirror all down there. My dad got on top of his car and she threatened. I was going to come pick up my baby off the street like she's going to kick my baby off the which the woman's way of providing information was quite unusual. Filled with both emotion and anger. After carefully monitoring the situation, the officers stopped the man to hear both sides of the story, aiming to find a solution and ensure the child's safety. It seemed like the officers had become temporary family counselors. Who knew police work came with free therapy sessions. Did you see her hit a car? I did. You did? Mhm. She hit a blue Dodge Charger. A blue Dodge Charger. Was there damage to it? It was about to get ready to turn around, but it see that black car right there down the street and turned this way. So, it backed back out the driveway and shot that way and turned left. So, the vehicle that got hit left. Yeah. I guess it was trying to see where it was going at. Okay. Yeah. But she was hauling ass through the neighborhood. So, it was going to be hard to even catch her. I got you. Yeah, she's disturbing the piece. I don't like 33. Have we had any signal 9 in this area? She threw two objects at her car. Is there any damage to your vehicle? Um, it's just thickness all over my window or whatever. This This is the second time she sees something out my car. Get real quick. Let me go talk to parks. 33 what area you talking about up around like Cumberland and Berkeley and all that should be maybe possibly like a blue Dodge Charger would be a uh big vehicle coming at night yelling her street weird [ __ ] same voice on the other block and then go around the block and go on the other street. Yeah. Yeah, that's probably going to be it. Uh, you can just put it in the hallway back there. Um he's basically saying that he got out of jail. She's not supposed to be anywhere around him and that she's been He's saying that she's been mulling at this front and texting him and driving over here and causing a ruckus. There's a his sister and then a neighbor came over saying that she's been tossing [ __ ] out the window at at their cars and that she even hit a Sigma 9 with a blue Dodge Charger, but there's no signal 9 from that. and the other vehicles supposedly left. Rookie is getting all their information right now. Okay. So unless she violation of contact, [Applause] Miss Tos, what's your telephone number? Where's the stuff at that she was supposed to have in his The officer's main goal was solely to find out the child's current whereabouts. That's why gathering information from both parties and continuing the investigation to obtain solid evidence was extremely important. After all, in situations like this, every detail counts and no one wants to play hideand seek with a child's safety. I didn't get the the rest of the stuff. That's what you're supposed to be giving her. The laundry detergent and his his big black bag of stuff. My grandmother lives on life on South Street. My auntie, because I know he wasn't supposed to have no contact, she was going to take the rest of his stuff, but honestly, like I told Miss Park, we've been talking. It's been no discrepancies or any of that. Can you show us that? Yeah. Can Let me I mean, we we haven't even been talking. Like, he won't he would talk to me verbatimly. He would talk to me on the phone, but he's never he's never text back. Can you show us the call logs where you talk to him? Yep. Oh, Simone. It would be Simone's dad. He But I' we've been I do hair and we talked at the shop. He told me to call him. Honestly, I'm just being honest with y'all. He told me to call him when the kids leave school. I can show you right now what what I said. I mean, I'm I'm not like that. I said to him, "Nobody would tell you how you going to call when they get out of school." But you knew you wasn't going to you wasn't going to ignore them. He's been reading every message. Every message I've sent, every message. I'm not trying to, you know, every message. I've been at the shop doing hair all day. I have a birthday party to take all three of my kids, too. When he say, "Oh, well, just bring me my stuff. It's okay. I can bring you your stuff. I don't have my kids with me." I felt like I was going to be in harm's way because he just got locked up for kidnapping my child. my last child. His mom kidnapped my child last year, September. Metro tried to do the best they can to help me. She lived in Hinesville. We got the child back from Hinesville. I got the police report and everything, Miss Park. Like I'm officer offic I'm Listen, I drive the trash truck every day. I'm going through the worst breakup ever. I'm not trying to say, you know, I'm wrong, I'm right, any of that. But at the end of the day, she took my child. He took my child again. Okay, I I'm I'm just showing you proof. He took my child again and someone text me from Family Dollar on Wheaten Street and said what? Hey, your baby dollar your your baby is at Family Dollars on Wheaten Street. That was May the 8th. He got locked up. The woman provided officers with all the information while presenting evidence to strengthen the case. However, her anger did not subside at all. She even showed the officers dents to convince them that the child was missing. When the police found him because he kidnapped my child at the end of the day, regardless again, when was the no contact order put in place? DJ after he got out last May. Yeah, May. Okay. May. So just now when he was like, "Okay, well you could just bring my stuff." Honestly, I'm okay. It's none of that. I'm not thinking, you know. Let me get on camera real quick. It's that big. Hey, come follow me real quick. Was she supposed to be bringing you some stuff? No, she lying. I Okay, I'm just asking. No, no, I feel you. No, she she she saying it cuz she know I still got a whole ass of [ __ ] still over there. But my sister, my dad been buying me clothes since I've been out of jail coming over there. So, I don't need nothing from over there. You didn't have like a black bag of stuff that was over her. She got it in there. That's what all my dirty clothes and sitting in. But, I ain't ask her to bring nothing. Okay. That's her excuse right around. You said she's been contacting you a lot. Can you show me? Can I just see four? Call me so much this [ __ ] 18 times. No caller ID. That's her. No caller ID. I don't answer. Well, that's No, that's that's him. Trail. That's her. I don't answer these cuz I don't know if it's her or not. Him. I mean her seven times, six times. And that's the the trail is is her. That's her. And that's all today from here. 12 in the morning. yesterday 19 times on texting me before she before she pulled up with this dumb [ __ ] We outside [ __ ] What? Come get my baby from the store. Can I Can we come? This is from the day. Yeah. Do you mind if I just read and see what she said to you? What's she talking about with the kid? Get the kid. Get your kid from Family Dollar. Basically, she basically she trying to say she about to kick my baby out the store. Telling me come get her. Like she's some trash. Like my baby from goddamn trash. Come get my Come get your baby from the store. Like she's about to leave her. She stayed doing [ __ ] like that. Okay. How long um How long have you has the order been in place? Probably like a couple weeks. [ __ ] I only been out of jail a few weeks. What were you arrested on? [ __ ] apparently K knocked my child. Me and her got into it. I wanted to take my baby from her, but I'm not legitimized. So they said interference with I had got a [ __ ] counter cuz her two kids was in the car. So when we got to jail they say I came to be around her and I gave her. All right. Give me this thing. You got everybody's info? Yeah. All right. Give me just a second but I've been calling you. We've been talking. We've been talking like we've been talking. That's why I didn't think it was that big. Just being real. I was surprised. It just seemed like when he get round. The man also opened his mobile phone and showed it to them. Things were becoming complicated and the evidence was also against the woman. Another important fact that emerged was that the woman had violated a court order which could lead to serious consequences. What could have caused her to ignore such a critical order? His mom, I mean his sister or his dad, it's another story. I have three little girls. Two that's not from him. one that's from him. But at the end of the day, you was just showing me last night that it okay, we all right. We we don't we don't have to be together, but I'mma do what I can do because I know the kids are watching. He kidnapped my child. He He was holding my child away from me in front of my other two kids. So, I'm trying to be the best mother I can be to tell them good people do bad things. She's She just woke me up this morning. Mama, I miss G. I miss G. I miss G. Baby, it's okay. It's okay. She's 5 years old. That's not her real dad. But that's her father figure. I've been with him for the last 3 years. I'm not fighting you. I don't have no weapon up against you. Any of that? Any of that. Okay. I'm out on bond, officer part. Come on. You think I'm sitting here trying to be up against this? So this is what we looking at, Miss Tur. Okay, I'mma close your trunk down. Yeah, I'm all right. Too appreciate you. I'm good. I'm good. All right. This what we This what we looking at. Okay. Because you came over to his residence, regardless of if he called you over here or not, and we have you in the media immediate area of his residence, make it look bad on your part. But I really was just I didn't stop there. I was going to my grandpa house once I saw he wasn't outside to get the stuff off of the park. I was leaving. I was leaving like please. I just been to jail 2 days after my birthday away from my kids. I'm not trying to go through this. I understand. I'm supposed to leave. So right now what I need you to do is turn around and put your hands behind your back. All right. I'm not saying you under arrest right now, but you are being detained at this moment. Okay. Yes. All right. Place your hands together, palms together like you're praying. Plush your palms together. There you go. All right. You're just being detained at this moment. Okay. So, don't start tripping out and freaking out on me. Okay. I told you I'm not like that. I promise you I'm not. I promise you I'm not. Do you have somebody you can call to come move your car? Cuz if these people tow truck, let me put you in the car and I'll let you call your mama. Come get the car. Okay. On this side. Okay. What's the bad part? Zero. I'll call my cousin. Just call. Can you Can you put stink on there? The woman explained that she had three daughters and the 5-year-old had been kidnapped. She blamed the girl's father for the abduction. This complicated the situation further and raised many new questions. The officers detained the woman, which was their best step. Sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction, and this case seemed to prove it. together. She was fine. Oh, that's all. He showed me the the text the text that she was sending him today are all like you [ __ ] and come get your baby from the store. And all the messages she showed us is a straight blue street. Nothing is from him. He's never respond. And then he showed me the call logs on his and it's literally like 18 m calls from her, 16 m calls from her and like numbers he doesn't know. He's not answering a violation of it's violation of the court order bond order. Okay. Um, yeah. He said that he does have stuff at her house, but he never asked for any of it back. His family's been buying him clothes and stuff. He said if she does have something, it may be his, but um, he didn't ask her to bring anything. Um, Gucci's got everybody's 35. Yes, ma'am. I got one black female 95. Um, she's got all their information to log everybody. They were basically saying that she was just driving around being an ass throwing [ __ ] at their cars. Yeah. Said that she was involved in a signal 9, but there's no she's still within 500 ft of where he was at. So, yeah. Um, I'm letting her call somebody to come move her car because if these people call, they can have her car towed, I guess. But, um, I mean, it's legally parked. It is, but you know how these people be. There's a suspicious car in front of my house. All right, I'll go let them know what's going on. Um, yeah. Um, I'll let you get Let me get the information from Huh. Okay. I was on my way to grandma's, mama. All right, Miss. So, this is what we looking at. Okay. Because of the fact that you were within 500 ft of his home and all of the messages that you showed me and you stating that y'all had contact with one another, you will be under arrest for violation of a court order. Okay? That's just what we looking at right now. Okay? Because you got what you said my way to my grandma. I wasn't going to stop there. I understand. I promise you please. Mr. Parker, please. I understand. Do this to me. I didn't stop there. I was on my way to my grandmother's house. Please. When placed inside the police vehicle, the woman's attitude suddenly changed. The anger clouds vanished and an emotional side appeared. She was crying. But was this behavior just to save herself? Or was there a new drama waiting to unfold? Maybe she was just practicing for an award-winning performance. [ __ ] please. I can't go through this again. I was a I promise you I can't go through this again. I was so [ __ ] Please. Please. I will say whatever. I was on my way to my grandma's house. I didn't even stop. I didn't even stop. Officer Parker, please. Oh my god. This man just my baby. I love him alone. He's over. I was surprised. Please. I knew it. That's why he told me to bring it. I knew it. My mama told me, "Be careful." I didn't think he was going to do that. Ly, get my mama. Please. What's going on? They going to lock me up, man. Cuz they done called the police and told them that I was there. I brought his stuff like he told me lazy. I was driving home. I didn't do no damage or anything. What is your mother? Two parts one. Yes, ma'am. You don't think I would get a bun? I don't know because it was already Yeah. I I don't know because y'all already had the TPO placed against each other. So, I don't know. But I'm Listen, Officer, can you please see me out? The lady called me when he was in jail. She asked me, that's my cousin. She asked me that I want him to get out with no contact. I told her, "Yes, we been we been together with each other since then." Oh, I just came to get my nieces. She don't have She said the baby's at the grandma house. You want me to go to your mama house and get them? The grandma. They ate street. They at They at Shereice house. Yeah. What? Jay, can you please I had no The boy told me to break and stuff. I didn't have nothing to do with I can't even do this with you right now. I know, but I'm Where shares live at? She live in Willow Lake. I don't know. So, who you said you was going to on South Street? That's my grandmother's house. Okay. So, that's not where the kids at. No, my kids are with their godmother. Where? Where's that? Inside the police vehicle, officers were discussing several essential matters with the woman while she kept crying continuously. She tried every possible way to defend herself with cries and pleas. But escaping the law was impossible for anyone. Ultimately, justice does not bend for anyone's tears or excuses. That's way in Willow Lake. Willow Lakes. Yeah. She was going to meet me on South Street. I was literally just dropping. Can you call her to see if she'll still meet me? I'm explain. I'm going explain in just a second. Let me finish this. We're going to explain it. Rotate your arm. There you go. What you said is why you gave me cuff. No. When I'm done cuffing, I'll explain it. It's a safety issue until I'm done. It is. It is. I'm going to explain it. Have I not been cool with y'all since now? Okay. I just want to let you know. All right. That's not how it works, but Okay. So, here's here's what's going on. You're showing us having a warrant. I've got to confirm the warrant. See if it's still valid. It may be your warrant from your previous arrest that they may not have taken out of the system. I don't know. So, I got to go through the process of confirming it, but until then, I have to give you detaining handcuffs. Okay. So, give us a few minutes. We're going to work through everything and then we'll let you know what's going on. Okay. So, if you can just sit him in the back real quick while I do the one confirmation. What's your name? Kramer. You got a card on you? No. Can I get your uh number? 62738.2738. That's the one. Hey, I need you to get in touch with Aaron. We've got a guy here. This is domestic. Anyways, he's popping with having a warrant for for kidnapping, but according to him and all parties on scene, he was arrested the date of and the report says that he was arrested the day of. It's not a probation violation. It's one of our warrants. I need to get in touch with Aaron and see if the why these warrants are still on file or if these are new warrants or what the deal is. Yeah, I'm just trying to make sure that that these aren't the same warrants or something. Uh I'm looking to see if he listed the the charges. Aaron says clear detective rest of the day up. Well, according to everybody involved here, he went to jail for at least the kidnapping. So, I I need to get in touch with Aaron to find out what the deal is. All right. yellow. All right, I'll let dispatch know. We'll go from there. Get him out. Get him out, C. Yeah, it's as expected. They're his old his old charges. Yeah. Thank you. What? It's the old charges. It's the old charges. I just got to say he don't do nothing. 33. Be advised, we just got in touch with the uh issuing detective. Those warrants are not powered. They weren't supposed to be entered. On the other hand, the officers also took the man into custody, too. Their primary purpose was purely for safety reasons so that both individuals could provide clear and accurate information about the child's whereabouts and the investigation could be carried out peacefully and effectively. Trying to find ma'am. Is there any way we get that taken out of GC? Temple. Thank you, man. All right, boy. Sorry about the inconvenience. Um, I'm getting them to take those out of the system so that shouldn't happen again. What happened was the detective when you got arrested, he wrote the warrants. What happened is is he turned them into our warrant control. Mhm. Somebody picked up the stack thinking all these need to be entered. It reentered it. It never got entered because he got arrested on it that day. He saw them write it, write the warrants, but what happened was was they somehow got mixed up into the stack that gets entered the next day. So, they entered it. I just talked with our warrant control. They're going to get taken out of GCIC and CIC, so you shouldn't you shouldn't pop again. Um, and you shouldn't have to worry cuz they even were like, "We can't find the physical copy because they didn't have it because ain't pretty. We don't need no." But, um, it may it may take them a couple hours to a day to get them out. If you get stopped again and it happens again, just be like you were day man. Just be cool. Just be like, "Hey, it's Detective Aerens with Savannah PD." They get in touch with him. Hopefully, it'll only be like 30 minutes for her to take it out. But that's dispatch, not us. Yeah. Just so you so you're aware. Um, if you got any questions, she's going to ride for the violation of the order, but you got any questions? It was just her and others. It was just her in there. A baby nowhere near I didn't see a baby in that car. Yeah, I didn't see a I'll double check, but I don't I didn't see a baby in that car. And she don't mention nothing. So, but any other questions or anything, my ma'am? No. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience, but I had to do appreciate you all being respectful. Yeah. Yes, sir. No problem. You had to do your job. Our grandfather was a police officer, so I got you. All right. Will y'all be safe? If she gets released and comes back over here, you should get a notification when she gets released from the sheriff's department. They should call you. Um, but uh if you she comes back, she's giving you issue. Just make sure you're documenting like you were and let us know. Okay. Thank you'all so much. We're going to talk to real quick and Oh, thanks. over there. It's It's 6:04. I don't have my my my phone. Hold on. I I She got a phone. Collecting even the smallest pieces of information was essential to get to the root of the matter. However, determining whether that information was 100% accurate or not was also a challenging step. Still, the officers were listening to everyone's statements with great seriousness. The man's handcuffs were also removed and the remaining information was gathered from him. It's the six you like getting charged with like, huh? Six. It's right there. Go back to call. It's right there under here. I'm going to let her talk to her then. Hey, hello. This Jana, you already left the meat trail at my grandma house. No, I'm sorry. I'm going to tell you she was to come to the house. Okay, you can text me your address so I can come uh I'mma come scoop them from you. Okay, I'm about to give you my number. It's 912. 912. Okay. Okay. Thank you. You know, somebody can come get her car. I don't cuz if them people I mean it's legally parked right now, but if they call, they can't have it towed because it's in front of their house. Um my house. You want How we going to do that? She could just come some you can come off the border and see if you can come and get me if you get in front of my mom. So right now what she being charged with is a violation of the um court order because her and the child's father already had something in place where they weren't supposed to have any contact with one another regardless of him telling her to bring the stuff over here or not. Being that she's the one that was caught over here and then even with all the messages that she showed me, everything is blue. Nothing's coming back from his skin on her phone. You know what I'm saying? So, she was placed within 500 ft of his his person, his residence. He called the police on her. Yeah. So, that's just what it is right now. Never called the police. I can't even do that with you right now. I can't do that with you right now. This ain't even the time for us to do that. This ain't even the time for us to do that. Where her Where her car keys at? I got them in here. I was going to sit and wait until she can get somebody over here to get it. Or I can just give them to you and y'all can move it. You You could give them to me. I'll come back and move it later. You got anything else on you that you want to go with her, Miss? Okay. You want your phone to stay? You want it to go? You can take it. You can take it. You got cash on you. You want that cash to go with you or you want it to go with her? I'm trying to be in jail with you now, but I need her number. I don't I'm sorry. There's nothing I can do. There's nothing you can do, baby. I'm sorry. It's nothing. She got that window down in that car. I don't know if you want to leave it like that. I'm about to uh You want to take that money with her, Miss Who? So, you want to take it with you? If she take it with her, we'll go ahead. If she take it with her, I think they just going to put it in her property and then eventually they'll upload it on her book. The man's mother was contacted and given all the necessary information and the car keys. Meanwhile, the child's mother still hadn't changed her emotional behavior. She continued acting like a child herself and kept making the situation more complicated. At that point, even the car looked more mature than she did. She need to take it with her. Okay. All right. She need to take it with her. I'm about to turn up. I'm about to turn around and come roll her windows up. I'm going to get my mama so she can move your car. Please go. My first time ever being locked up was 2 days after my birthday. You see, I've never went through this. Never. Never. The man that did the worst part. I never put the police in that business. She said she was going to go get her mom and bring her back over here to come move the car for her, and she got her phone. Um, Miss Toots said her baby's dad text her and told her to bring his stuff over here to him and she said she had doubts about doing it, but she did it anyway. That's what I said. But she's over here and she stated, both of them stated that they have a no contact order against one another. So, with her being over here, yes, ma'am, it's a violation of a court order. How long she going to be in there? Um, I don't know what her bond will be, but being that the court order was already set in place, I don't really know. A fierce confrontation took place between the grandmother and the woman. The grandmother kept angrily trying to reason with her, which gave the investigation a new direction. Things were increasingly turning against the woman. The more she resisted, the clearer the truth became. No amount of anger could hide the facts forever. We didn't take this mother. God took his mother. And because of that, he sent you through this. But you got to be strong. Yes, ma'am. You got to be strong. Yes. I won't give up. I won't give up. I won't let you have it. You can't have my child. Saying you a liar. I can't have my child. I can't leave. Stop crying. Love you. Stop crying. Stop. Stop. Stop. I knew it. You knew it while I was a cop. I knew that. Mama, it's better said than done. That's my last child, daddy. [ __ ] I'm tell you something. He didn't give a damn about your child. If he did, he went to pass her off to that lady in Family Dollar. Ain't no ain't no reason why they won't be able to let y'all know what's going let her get a phone call though. Shar still got the chair. I can open it up. I won't let you have a devil. I won't let you have her, devil. I won't let you have her. I won't let you have her, devil. I won't. That's my last one. Devil. I won't let you have her. You might be mighty. Yeah, you mighty. The problem is them people don't know God. They don't know God in the sin. You stop crying. You're a pet and you ask God to help you. The woman's emotional drama seemed endless. She cried while clinging to grandmother as if auditioning for a soap opera. However, despite clear evidence against her, she refused to accept any truth. Maybe she thought tears were a magic shield.
