and resisting an officer. She was issued
a $1,000 signature bond and has a jury
trial set for the end of August 2025.
Since this incident, Michaela has picked
up additional charges of operating while
suspended, operating without insurance
times two, retail theft, bail jumping,
and inattentive driving. Kiana was
arrested and charged with disorderly
conduct, and resisting an officer. She
was issued a $1,000 signature bond.
Kiana plead guilty to disorderly conduct
and no contest to underage person
entering a tavern. The court placed her
on a deferred prosecution agreement and
sentenced to a forfeite of $452.50.
