in Georgetown Texas officers are responding to a report of a major vehicle crash a concerned motorist contacted the police to report that a vehicle had veered off the roadway traversed a guard rail passed through a barbed wire fence and ultimately came to a stop in a grassy field [Music] he you okay yeah okay were you the only one in the vehicle did either one of you guys see what happened or I didn't see I was the first one rolled up I just notice down there and I went down and checked on her you mention there was someone else like they took [Music] off somebody else was with you no you're by yourself were you driving I had a friend but yes okay so you had a friend that was driving and took off [Music] okay 24 of a 28 how much did your friend have to drink I don't you guys were at somewhere where there was alcohol yes ma' okay all right so were you in the passenger seat or the driver's seat yes ma'am the passenger seat in the passenger seat [Music] okay how much have you had to yeah she vomited in here 24 go ahead and start the next rotation let the recer know that the vehicle did go through the guard rail right there and is a good 150 200 yard off the roadway so she's saying that there was another driver but if you look at her seat belt Burns she was on her seat belt burn is on the left side so so she saying that she was passenger she said she was passenger because she's been drinking she she saying she said she hasn't had that much to drink but she threw up in the front seat you can smell really it oh yeah phone is way up in there in the uh yeah full board by the P under well so look at the seat belt too so your seat belt hers is extended it's locked out that one's not so she was definitely the driver she's a nurseing PR oh is she the like the pretty nurse the one that y'all always like fwn over I haven't se I haven't actually like looked at her where you went from tonight so I went to 100% domain and then came back here and I had a friend but they like dropped off okay so you dropped your friend off yes ma'am okay and this is your car right yes ma okay where are you headed to so I'm heading to Home where's home uh Georgetown okay and where you live in Georgetown in um it's like uh ma'am it's so I'm not from here I apologize it's um traffic Williams Drive take your left okay there's like that long drive 29 and then there's like an off street it's um how are you guys tonight good man can't complain yeah okay where'd you drop your friend off at um so I dropped her off right before here okay I don't really know where she lives but I dropped her know okay cuz you can always put more clothes on to get warm enough may not be comfortable but you'll be warm so on a scale of 1 to 10 where where one is not no alcohol at all and 10 is is the drunkest you've ever been where are you at on that scale right now three or four a three or four okay all right okay how often do you drink not that often not that often okay and did you eat anything today yes ma'am when um lunch lunch okay so there's throw up in the car is that you you throw up no no okay so who who else threw up in the car cuz you're the only one in the car the person that I drove the person that you drove but it's in the driver's seat that the throw up is there yeah no that wasn't me okay okay but you're were the only one in the car so who else threw up and in the driver no they drove okay but they didn't throw up in your lap did they you don't have any throw up on you no no okay walking the roadway okay so that's not a current address so the address that's on here is
