Highway 1 detected a license plate violation and proceeded to initiate a traffic stop the situation escalated when the 21-year-old female driver declined to adhere to the deputy's directive to exit the vehicle the deputy promptly intervened to address the non-compliance and provided the necessary education to the driver County L SOS one Florida India Victor 63 Yankees Sulu IV 63 YZ gray Honda uh so the car is not insured her license suspended she didn't believe it and then she made a scene out of it she didn't want to get out the car so she got assisted cool to get out the car all right so just good I'm not I'm not going to tell the car anything like that obviously there's uh there's things uh her license valid some I just going to let her park in private property okay uh cuz her mom is going to get insurance running your mom is going to put insurance on the vehicle right now where is the VIN number on this is it this right here that's what I thought yeah she said it was on the dash that's not the dash yeah so if you want to if you want to if you want to keep that you you should be there okay cuz that the one she gave me that expired as well but I should have to Def okay I think was just in there okay I literally it was just me and I brought my phone and then on top of that she said she was going to punch me in the face if she dealing with some some issues right now is that for you to pull me out of my vehicle ma' you you need to understand that you're a driver or a passenger you don't have the right to remain in your car if a law enforcement officer orders you to step out there was absolutely no reason for you to P I don't need to I don't need we don't need to have a reason I can pull everybody out of the car okay so you you you're under the misconcep conception should have just this would have been the ticket that's it and you escalated the whole traffic stop you still could have gave me a ticket there was no reason for this there was no reason for what you you you created the scene instead of getting a ticket for try with to suspended license now you're going to jail facing possible felony charges one I did not know my license was suspended that's the only thing you need you needed to say I I didn't know that's it had an I if I show you the video we'll see who has the attitude I have Dash footage and I have a body cam footage and it's all audio and video recorded I explained that to you and I stopped you what's happening with my car my sister my daughter so I'm I'm I'm not throwing the car uh I told uh your sister that she could park it at the gas station and your mom was going to get insurance for it okay is that is that is that good enough and I'm trying I'm trying to I'm trying to help you guys out as much as I can but you know you you didn't help yourself what was that you would not have arrested me man you you put yourself in this situation put me in a hostile situation I felt threatened you felt threatened how how cuz you're the
