It It doesn't matter. You You You got You You're telling me I'm going That's in my house. I didn't do anything wrong. >> What did I do wrong? I don't understand. >> Y'all are bored. >> Get it. I didn't kick you. >> Hey everyone. So, we've got a crazy one for you today. On October 23rd, 2025, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance involving sassy alcohol and alleged battery and some seriously shocking behavior. The alleged victim initially said that she didn't want to press charges, but the situation wasn't that simple. And once the deputy arrived and started [music] asking questions, Sassy's behavior became even more unbelievable. Trust me, you're going to want to see this one. >> I'm over this. >> Hello. What's been going on? Um the girl in the back, um she's technically not supposed to be staying there. Apparently, she's been drunk for 2 days. She's got a baby back there. She was jumping my fence earlier. I have it on camera. She had some dude here. I don't know what's going on with that situation, but as I was pulling down the road to bring my kids home from school. >> She's walking down the street having a full-on panic motor, I just saw blood. >> Okay. >> So, I'm like, "What's going on? Like, what's wrong? Are you okay?" She's busted up. >> Okay. >> Hello. You okay? Do you need fire rescue or anything to check you out? Are you sure? >> Sassy has a drinking problem and she's back there. Um, I got up last night and she was gone. She didn't tell me that she was even leaving and the baby was there. >> Okay. >> So, I'm okay. I'm babysitting. Everything's fine. >> Uhhuh. >> Sassy continues to drink >> and then starts uh attacking me. >> Okay. >> I don't want to press any charges and I don't need this. And neither do these good people. >> No. 100%. >> I don't need my kids to eat. I can go play some video games for a little bit or something. >> I can't do this. I don't drink alcohol. I'm I'm not >> Can I take a couple quick pictures of your hand? >> Yeah. Go ahead. You can answer that. Right. >> I can't do this, sir. I can't do this. >> You're right. I get >> I'm so over this. >> In the back has been drinking a bunch. She has her child with her. She attacked bit her scraped her up. You put a trespassing bond on her on her property >> if she's been living here. Yeah. No. Even Even though she's staying in the back, you'd have to get her legally evicted. When it comes to domestic violence, whether she wants to press charges or not, we have to make an arrest when there's some sort of injury. >> She's in the camper in the back. >> Okay. >> Well, the situation was already a complete mess before the deputy even walked through the door. The victim was saying that she didn't want to press charges, right? But unfortunately for her, that doesn't always mean the case simply disappears. Once police have evidence of a possible crime, [music] the situation can still move forward depending on the facts and local law. >> How's it going? >> Hello. >> What's going on? >> What the [ __ ] is going on? >> I don't know. I got called here. >> Okay. For what? >> I'm asking I don't know. I'm asking you why I got called here. >> I'm good. >> Who else is in the camper with you? >> What? >> Who else lives in here with you? >> I've been out here for a minute. >> Is she in there? >> Yeah. Can I talk to her? >> No. >> Well, I have to. I'm not really asking. >> Oh, wait. What? What? What? Why? >> I have to. >> Why? I'm asking you a question. This is my house. >> Okay. >> Why are you >> Something happened up front and now I'm here. >> Okay. So, >> I don't have to explain a single thing to you. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I don't. If you weren't involved, it doesn't matter. >> Excuse me. I will go up here. My name is Sassy. And I will get >> your name Sassy. Yeah. >> Okay. Cool. Put your hands right back then. >> Why? >> Because of the fight that you didn't. Just figure your hand. Don't >> Don't Don't pull away. >> Wait, what did I do? >> There was a fight out front and you were involved then. >> No, I wasn't. >> Yes, you were. Put your hand on your >> No, I wasn't. >> Not going to sling you around and play the game. >> I was playing what? >> Your name is is that's your name? >> My name is Sassy and I did not fight nobody. >> Forbid somebody or something. >> I did what? >> Something happened. Stop pulling. Stop turning around. >> WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? BRIDGET, >> STOP. >> BRIDGET, HOW THE DID I fight anyone? >> We'll talk up front. >> No, no, no, no. >> Yeah, we will. >> Please, please, please, please, please, please. >> What the did I do? >> You You b No. >> What? >> Something happened with You were crying back here. I could see it. Well, there's somebody up front that is also visiting that something happened with >> and didn't want to. >> You weren't telling me anything. You don't you >> what? >> I'm not I'm not gonna >> Are you kidding me? >> Bro, it doesn't matter. You You You got You're telling me what I'm going in my house? >> In my house. >> I'm asking you what I'm doing. >> You have a toddler in there? >> What? >> You have a toddler in there? >> Excuse me. I plead the fifth. I didn't see her come back in. >> I PLEAD THE FIFTH >> AT THIS POINT. OKAY. >> Are you kidding me? >> Not at all. >> Your problem. So what the is your problem? >> There's nothing. I don't have a problem. >> Apparently you do >> at all. >> Well, Sassy went from this is my house to I plead the fifth in about 30 seconds. Ma'am, you can't use the fifth amendment like a magic force field that makes police questions disappear. You don't get to pick and choose when the law applies just because the questions got uncomfortable. And under domestic battery proceedings, attempting to site constitutional protections or having a victim refuse to press charges does not stop an active criminal investigation under Florida law and criminal procedure. Domestic violence is prosecuted as a crime against the state. meaning state prosecutors, not the victim, hold the ultimate authority to file charges based on physical evidence and officer observations. Florida courts have consistently affirmed that a victim's refusal to press charges or cooperate does not strip officers of authority to arrest a suspect. Furthermore, invoking constitutional riots like the fifth amendment does not grant legal immunity for physical hostility and acts like spitting on deputies or physically struggling during detention immediately generates severe standalone felony charges for battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence >> at all. There is a baby. >> That's the >> All right. >> That's No, she's not. What are you doing? >> Be quiet. There's kids around. A really what the is your problem around. Watch your mouth. >> I don't give a I didn't do anything. >> Stop pulling away. >> No. >> YEAH. >> NO. >> NO. You guys are against it. No. No. No. No. >> You're not going to pull away. >> I'm not. >> I'm not going to put your >> No, I am going. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Are you serious? >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHAT the >> car? >> I'M TRYING TO GO HOME. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> WHAT the throat? It's okay. >> What the? >> It's okay. Calm down. Just relax. >> I don't know what happened. Honey, >> I didn't do anything. >> Please, everybody. I >> want you to go in the house now. >> Where's the baby? >> In the trailer. Have them all stay in the house. Please >> go in the house. >> Morski went over there to talk to her and she started freaking out. So, >> I ain't even got a story yet. >> Don't need to. She's acting like that, dude. Yeah, maybe. >> I got the baby. >> Did you witness anything or just her acting a fool and jumping over the gate? >> I have it all on camera. >> Okay. >> Her attacking the on camera, too. >> No. >> You're the one that got hit. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She gets back here. Brings some man inside. >> You got to run away to the RV. >> Yeah. So, I'm down here trying to help with the baby. She hasn't slept all night. Bit me. >> She bit you. >> Hit me. >> Okay. >> I don't want to press charges. I just out of here. >> Okay. >> Hey, babe. Sorry, you have to come home regress. >> All right. She's going to have to get her [ __ ] out of there. He's going to have to evict her. It's the problem. It's going to become an issue. So, she came up to you, started calling you a bee and a drunk, and she started hitting you, correct? >> Cuz she hit you with a closed fist on the face. >> She able to bite you, munching on. >> Okay. >> Just drinks. She's >> Yeah. drug addict. >> Everything, bro. >> You want to talk to me? >> No. >> You don't want to talk to I want to get out. >> Do you want to talk to us or no? >> What? What did I do wrong? >> Okay, I'm going to read your rights before I talk to you if you want to talk to me. >> Why are you reading me my >> Because I'm going to have to read you before I explain everything to you. Okay. >> What did I do to anyone? >> All right. You have the right to miss anything you say can and will be used against you in court. In court, you have the right to talk to a lawyer. Have >> any questions or make any statements? >> You want to talk to me? >> No. Once someone is in custody and officers want to question them about a suspected [music] crime, Miranda warnings can become important before custodial questioning. But honestly, if the entire neighborhood had already given the officers a detailed explanation of what happened, there [music] probably wasn't much left to figure out. >> You sure >> the did I do? >> All right. >> I'm asking you a question. I'M ASK >> YEAH. [laughter] Key it out again. >> We're going to a different car. What did I do wrong? I don't understand. [laughter] >> I was at home. >> What? I was fighting with >> Are you serious? >> Walk over here. >> That's really Billy. What? >> You got anything in your pockets? >> No, babe. No, babe. Please don't be aggressive. Please. I got nothing on you. >> Can you please stop? I'll let you. >> Are you serious? Are you serious? I HAVE NOTHING ON ME. I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. >> Search it. >> Sassy. I didn't call. She did. Honey. >> Oh, did >> she's in my house. I didn't do anything. THERE'S KIDS BACK THERE. WHAT the are you touching me like this? >> Stop going away. You're not You're trying to do something. >> You're so aggressive. >> We're not at all. >> First of all, yes, you are. >> Stop moving. bruises next to you. Stop moving. >> Hey, stop. You're not going to kick. You're not going to do that. >> I'm going to tell you that you're going to stop absolutely anything. >> You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. I'm done. I haven't done anything wrong for you police ass [ __ ] Oh, I can't wait. I can't wait. I cannot wait. >> You can't wait to BE >> I CAN'T WAIT. WHAT? WHAT? [screaming] WHAT? TO BE RETAINED BY a impulse block. >> You're going to catch another charge. Another charge. >> I'll put my feet right the up here. I don't mean a mother house felony. >> Oh, wait. What? >> Yep. >> What? >> Kicking a cop is a felony. >> I didn't kick you >> twice. >> No, I didn't. >> Multiple times. >> Oh, I kicked you. >> You kicked me. Kicked them. I kicked him. >> Y'all are bored. >> You did it. I didn't kick you, bro. No. No. No. No. >> No. I did it. No. The I did it. YOU [ __ ] [ __ ] NO THE I DID IT. >> You got nothing else better to do with your life. I got a kid. I GOT A KID AT HOME. >> YOU GOT A KID AND YOU'RE ACTING LIKE THIS. >> YEAH. BECAUSE OF YOU. >> WHAT THE? YEAH, >> MA'AM. Your own mouth just became the prosecution's favorite witness. And honestly, it's sad to watch because she's a mother. You know, I do feel bad for her kids having to deal with all of this mess. Whatever happens next, they shouldn't have to carry the weight of their parents' choices. >> Hey, she's got her stuff. What I'm going to do >> What DID YOU DO? WHY ARE YOU being so mean? Just relax. [laughter] >> I'm not doing anything. >> WHAT THE IS YOUR PROBLEM? >> I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. >> I swear to God, I'm suing you. >> Okay. I swear to God I'm doing it. >> Yeah. >> No, I did it. >> Yes, I did. You're >> You hurt me some more. >> Stop grabbing MY HAND. NOW, [ __ ] let go of me before I swear to God, you will never have your name in here. You know what, you little [ __ ] [ __ ] IS THAT WHY YOU GOT YOUR CARD? Because you >> for for for something that I didn't deserve. >> No, go yourself. You were cool the entire time. >> No, my my kid is sitting in my house and you're going to take me away from my only kid BECAUSE YOU >> BECAUSE OF YOUR ACTIONS. Go yourself. Go yourself. Go yourself. Nobody Nobody called you. No, I'm good. You can put my face no matter how bad you want to. >> I'm not trying to hurt you. >> I'm not I'm not resisting, you idiot. >> You just SPIT A >> I'M NOT IT. I'M not resisting. >> She cries like a cartoon baby. You know, honestly, I can't stand when people spit on others. I don't know how officers deal with that kind of [ __ ] Spitting at someone is disgusting behavior and it definitely makes the situation worse. You know, ma'am, the body cam is sitting right there like a very unhelpful witness recording every single thing you're doing. >> Kicked multiple people now. >> I kicked multiple I want to see the video. >> Yeah, you're dumb, bro. Are you really pushing my face into the >> You're pushing your head down so you >> You're pushing my face as hard as you can. >> They're both mad. I'm not resisting. What is your problem that I'm That's what I'm wondering. Cuz at this point, I haven't done anything to resist you guys, nor >> Stop picking your head up. >> All right. Lift your head up a tiny bit. >> No. >> Y'all have chairs. >> Come on. >> Excuse me. >> You're excused. >> What is this? >> Beautiful. What is this? >> Are you going to be cool now? >> What is this? >> We confused her with the spit mask. She has no idea what's going on. >> Yeah. >> SPECY. >> Are you serious? Oh my mother god. Y'all are crazy. Y'all want y'all want attention, don't you? Apparently. Cuz the IS ALL THIS [ __ ] FOR WHEN I HAVEN'T HEARD OR DID ANYTHING to anyone? What the is your >> Yeah, she's censing the waist belt down so she can't I I figured it was going to happen at some point. >> Did the spit smell like alcohol? >> Yeah. >> I had no gloves. >> I didn't realize she was going to be that crazy. Like it's Thursday afternoon. Are you that drunk? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> He just kicked you, too. I felt it like >> she's hurt. You can Yeah, you can kind of see him at least my arm. >> Hey, just a heads up. You're trespassed from the property now. Okay. You are no longer allowed back onto their property. >> Can I go get my kid? >> Not right now. >> My son is >> You're going to jail right now. He's going to go with He's going to go to grandma's >> because you spit on a cop and then you hit your >> No, I did not hit. >> Did the spit taste [music] like alcohol? Damn, that's disgusting. If alcohol is causing this much chaos, that's a long and difficult road ahead. And honestly, everything seems to revolve around her. Like, she's suffering from a serious case of main character syndrome. >> Relax. You will have your time in court. Okay. This is not saying you're guilty. All right. >> You will see a judge first thing in the morning. >> Take me to jail. >> 100%. >> Why? >> I just told you. >> My son, >> you don't have a choice. >> He is going to grandma's house. He's going to be all right. Okay. He's going to be fine. >> Oh my. And you're a police. E e. Are you proud? Ew. You're disgusting. I was at home with my child. >> Now the consequences were catching up with her and screaming at the officers wasn't going to change any of that. At this point, arguing wasn't going to make the situation disappear. Was Sassi was charged with battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer with violence. Now, these are serious felony charges, and the final outcome of the case was not available in the public records mentioned in the video. Intense anger and alcohol can make it much harder for someone to control their reactions. However, being emotional or intoxicated does not excuse attacking someone or resisting an officer. Once the situation becomes physical, every additional action can create more serious consequences. A victim saying they don't want to press charges does not always mean the investigation automatically ends. If officers have evidence of a possible [music] crime, prosecutors may still decide to move forward depending on the facts and local law. What do you think about this situation? Do you think Sassy's actions could have been avoided if she had stayed calm and cooperated with the officers? Well, share your answer in the comment section. below.
