The suspect returned home in the stolen car where she then assaulted another woman for no apparent reason. So, you're being charged with a a charge of aggravated battery and you walked up to the car according to her and you opened the door and attacked her. >> So, that is vehicular invasion. Okay. So that that is vehicular invasion and then also you have a charge of theft of a motor vehicle. >> Okay. >> The suspect was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, aggravated assault, and vehicular invasion.
