Ma'am, you can't leave. You can't leave. Come over here. You can't leave. >> Come on, man. Come on, man. Come on, man. This morning, [ __ ] Stop. >> On February 9th, 2024, an Orlando woman learned a very expensive lesson about moving strangers into her home. After dating a woman for just a few weeks, who was supposedly her sister's best friend from foster care, she decided to let her move in. Naturally, she rewarded her by renovating her daughter's bedroom door with her feet. It was a classic whirlwind romance that ended in property damage rather than a romantic sunset walk. The situation was messy, [music] loud, and entirely avoidable if anyone involved had used a shred of common sense. >> What's going on? >> She's in my house and she's destroying my [ __ ] She kicked a hole in my daughter's door. >> All right. What's the relationship? >> My girlfriend, I guess you could [ __ ] call it. >> Where does she live? >> She doesn't live here. She doesn't She lives. >> She doesn't have a place to stay. I've been letting her stay here. >> So, you've allowed her to live here. >> Yes. >> How long has she's been staying here? >> She's only been here like 4 days and she's freaking out. She's >> How long you been dating her? >> Couple days. >> You've known her for a couple of days? >> No, she's my sister's like best friend or whatever. >> What does that mean? So, how long have you known her? >> Not that long. Like only a couple weeks. >> Your sister made a best friend in a couple of weeks. >> I don't want to be with her. >> Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, what's the relationship? Answer those questions for me, please. >> A girlfriend. >> That's your girlfriend. How long have you known her? >> Couple weeks. >> You've known her a couple weeks, but she's your sister's best friend. >> Yeah, she's she's my sister. So, she grew up with my sister. My sister >> You didn't grow up with your sister? >> No, I'm adopted. >> Okay. So, you met her a couple weeks ago and you guys started dating? >> Yeah. I told her I wanted her to leave the >> Where was she living before you started dating? >> St. Pete. >> She was living in St. Pete. >> Yeah. >> When did she come over here? >> Uh, just a couple days ago. We we're been on and off like on and off. She's been >> Whose house is this? >> Mine. >> This is your house? >> Yes. >> You own it or rent it? >> I'm renting. >> Okay. So, you pay you you you pay the landlord. Are you the only renter here? >> Um no. Yeah, I am. My sister is staying here, but she's leaving soon. >> There's no other apartments here? Just your apartment? >> No, there's two um studios in the front and mine's in the back. >> So, you have a studio apartment? >> No, I have a threebedroom, two bath. You have three bedrooms, two bath. Okay. So, what is she doing? >> She I told her, "I don't want to be with you anymore. I want you to leave. You're scaring me. You're running around my house acting like a crazy person. Like, I feel like I can't be like I can't put my hands on you. I don't want to touch you. I don't want to do that. So, just leave." She kicked my daughter's door and there's a hole in the wall. >> She's flipping [ __ ] in my room. I want her removed from the property. I don't want her to be here. I can't even go back into my own house because I'm I'm scared that her she's going to put her hands on me. >> Your sister's home? >> Yeah. She's not doing anything. The backstory here was more twisted than a pretzel. She claimed she didn't even know the suspect's full name or birthday, yet invited her into her three-bedroom, all while having a young daughter in the house. Seriously, what is wrong with people? Letting a stranger move in always ended the same way. Drama, damage, and police at the door. Romance really had a short lifespan here. >> How long has your sister known her? >> She grew up with her in foster care or something. Okay. You don't do you know her name and date of birth? >> Never. >> This one? >> Do you have dogs? >> Ma'am, you can't leave. You can't leave. Come over here. You can't leave. >> No. I told her to stand back cuz she was going to the window. >> Do you have dogs? >> No, I have two cats. >> Two cats. >> The door's locked. >> The door. >> Oh, hello. >> Good morning. What's going on here today? Uh, I just woke up and came out my room. So, >> what the >> What's happening? I'm The young lady's out here saying somebody's destroying the house. >> That's all I can tell you, bro. >> Where Where's uh the Novea girl, >> bro? >> She's out here. Where's the Novea girl? Is she in here? >> Tell her come I better come out. Come on. We just we were say in the other room. >> Hey, have the complain and come over here. >> Yeah, I know. We're >> I'm trying to help. >> This is just a misunderstanding. Mama, >> I was going to do this [ __ ] early as [ __ ] in the morning. It's the second time police [ __ ] >> Where she at? Is she coming? >> No idea. >> I think it's over there. >> Huh? That's the the subject. >> You coming? We need you inside, ma'am. I You're the complainant. >> I need you over here. >> You need to come show me what's going on. I need I need her up here. I need her up here. All right. Show me what's going on. Inside the house, the suspect was playing hideand-seek while the victim's family acted like having the police over was just a normal Tuesday. Calling the police and then refusing to cooperate makes no sense. Yet, that's exactly what these stupids seem to be doing. The officer was rightfully annoyed, trying to figure out why a simple [music] domestic call was turning into a neighborhood drama. Everyone in that house seemed to have a PhD in making things difficult. She did all of this to the room. >> Where is she at? >> I don't know. >> What am I supposed to do? >> YOU CAN TOUCH HER AND MOVE HER out of my house. >> Don't go back. No, bro. No. Yo yo yo yo yo. Come on, man. Come on, man. Come on, man. Come on, bro. This [ __ ] is not worth it, bro. This [ __ ] is not worth it. That's where all these mess with all these people here. >> You ready to go? >> You're good, bro. You're good. >> You ready to go? >> You're good, bro. >> You ready to go? >> You ready to go? >> What you want me to do, [ __ ] WHAT? >> COME ON, MAN. >> Come here. Where you going? Where you going? >> I'm leaving. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. I'M SHOW YOU. PLEASE, I'M LEAVING. I'M LEAVING. I promise. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. >> I'm leaving. I promise. I'm leaving. >> Back up. STOP. STOP. CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN. >> I'm leaving. Please. Please. >> I don't want to hurt you. >> Please. I'm leaving. >> No. Just [ __ ] >> Stop. Got it. >> Give us your hands. Big and strong, huh? Yeah. >> Give us your hands. Give us your hands. >> You big on straw. >> Give us your hands. >> We asked you to leave. >> I was leaving. >> Give me a hand. >> I was leaving. >> Give me your hand. >> No. No. No. >> Break my break. I want you to break it. The suspect was caught inside demanding money. She claimed she gave the victim, which is usually the part where the romance officially dies. She decided to leave, but not without acting like a total tough [music] guy. But the officers decided they weren't interested in her exit monologue. She went from screaming threats to begging for mercy in record time. It's amazing how fast they go from tough to scared and crying once the handcuffs actually come out and reality hits. >> I want you to break my [ __ ] I want you to Come on, [ __ ] Come on. You want to BE A MAN? BE [screaming] ONE. DO WHAT YOU NEED to do, [ __ ] Do what you need to do, [laughter] [ __ ] >> Do what you need to do. You're going to lock me up anyways. >> Give me your hand. >> You need to stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> I don't give a Do what you need to do. >> Listen. >> I want my sister. Do what you need to do. >> No, [ __ ] Do what you need to do, [ __ ] >> DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. Got [screaming] it. >> Record [laughter] it, sis. Now, record now, sis. He's hurting me. Record. >> Give us your hand. >> Stop. >> Give us your hand. >> Give us your hand. [screaming] >> Look at me. Look at me. Please. You're not making it any easier. Please calm down. Calm down. I'm not going to get up until you calm down. >> Go get your um [ __ ] >> You know, please >> go get your um >> tarp. LET MY [ __ ] GO. >> OH, WHEN YOU STOP resisting and stop you, [ __ ] You fat [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I was walking away. >> All right. >> I was talking to my brother. >> Uh-huh. That's why you bow up TO ME. >> NUH-UH. I WAS BOWING UP TO MY BROTHER. >> OKAY, >> there's a difference. Me and MY BROTHER DO THAT ALL THE TIME, [ __ ] >> RIGHT. RIGHT. That's why you looking dead at me and bowled up to me. >> I WAS LOOKING AT HIM, BROTHER. >> YEAH, he's a little [ __ ] He's a little fat. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] ass. >> I can't breathe. >> Stop resisting. I'm not in the mic. >> Hold on. One leg. >> One leg. Do one leg. >> Yeah. >> Once the metal touched her [music] wrists, she started screaming at the officer to be a man and break her arm. It was a bold strategy to dare a cop to injure you while you were resisting arrest. She was acting tough until things got real. Then she immediately transitioned into victim mode for her sister's [music] camera. She seemed to think a few insults would somehow make the handcuffs disappear by magic. >> Hold. >> No. No. One. >> Hold on. Calm down. >> You are only making it worse. >> [screaming] >> I said I walk. >> That's your sister. >> You go for you, John. I'll grab the legs. >> Okay. >> You got it. Ready? Go. Ow. We're >> going to the other side. >> Ow. Ow. Ow. Please. This hurts. >> No. Please. Ow. Ow. Can somebody hold my chest, please? Ow. >> Go the other side. >> Please. I'm trying. >> I'm trying. I can't move. This ain't so bad. Not that hard. Please. That hurts. Ow. Ow. Please. Please. This arm. Miss, miss, please. Please, miss, please. Please, miss, please, miss. I can't. Not like this. Please, please, please, please. Hey, listen though. Listen. I need you to hear me and understand this. Okay? If your hands If you move your hands from behind your back again, they're going to put you back in this position. Okay? So, you have to keep your hands back there. Okay? I understand you're flexible and you can do it, but just cuz you can doesn't mean that you should. You understand? >> Oh, you understand? I have to go the moon. >> But your hands your hands behind your knees now. >> Okay. >> How does she um Oh, man. >> Yeah. >> Can you Can you just lay on your side cuz I'm going to have to take off the legs first. >> The officers finally got her settled, but not before a lot of whining and fake promises. She claimed she wouldn't do anything else because her arm hurt too much, which is usually the universal sign for, "I'm done losing this [music] fight." The officers deserve appreciation for their patience while she tried to negotiate her way out of the back seat. The drama was still high, but her energy was finally spent. >> All right. How'd you uh My heart >> just be my arm hurt. >> I know. I know. I know. My heart. >> Just do me a favor. Do not kick me, please. >> I'm not. Please. >> All right. Can you um try to straighten out as much as This is free. Can you lift up your leg >> so I can yank this out of here? >> All right. You're good. All right. >> All right. Now, pull your hands behind around your butt. Okay. Can you do that? Can you put them this way? >> Can I stand? >> If you do you need to do that to put your hands behind your butt? >> I didn't do I don't know how I did this in the first place. >> Okay. Well, here. Why don't you lay on your side and we'll move the cups for you? Can you get it? You might have to do it. >> Appreciate it. >> All right. Listen to me. >> It's very important. >> I [laughter] don't I don't I don't want to hurt you. You understand what I'm saying? Can you just I'm going to >> I promise I'm not going to do anything. >> Hey, remember when I met you the first time? >> I told you I'm not I promise my arm hurts too much. >> Are you probably going to ever lay down and take one off? >> I'm going to have you lay down and I'm going to take one off. >> Okay. [clears throat] I'm not going to put them tight. Just sit up. I appreciate you. >> All right, you're good. All right, just hang tight. We're going to try to figure this out. >> [ __ ] arm, please. My heart. >> This entire situation was a master class in how not to run a household. From moving in strangers to wrestling police on the lawn, nobody won here. The sad part [music] is she probably walked away with probation after all that effort to destroy a home. It's a harsh reminder that you should probably know someone's last name before you give them a key to your life. The neighborhood definitely got a free show they never asked for. Novea was hit with a laundry list of charges, including criminal mischief, assault, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer. [music] Her violent outburst and disgusting habit of spitting on the police ensured her trip to jail was a long one. The victim is lucky the damage was limited to doors and walls, but the emotional toll on her daughter is the real [music] tragedy here. That woman has no business raising a daughter or being near one. [music] Do you think the mother should face consequences for bringing such a person around her child? Share your thoughts below.
