On October 9th, 2023, officers with the Des Moines Police Department responded to a call from a security guard working at an apartment complex. The security guard stated that there were three people sitting in a car that were obviously doing some sort of illegal substance, and he wanted the officers' help removing them from the property. >> Police zone one.
