Your car? Okay. I think he probably kicked it. Okay, baby. Thank you. Tell him I'm going to get my car pulled around. And then um I didn't even notice that one. Okay. I was just telling my co-workers we're getting off the bus. I was like, there was these busted lights to the next to the car next to me. I pulled up around 4:15. Sure. And it was just like that. There's a camera up there on that post right over there. a.m. That's terrible. Okay. It's been here too long. That's pretty violent. It's wait, he should not be working at the airport. You So, dispatch only gave us a little bit. Tell me >> Okay, so what happened was um I probably pulled in around 11:00. This morning? Okay. Um and it's pretty busy at that time. So, I was kind of circling around and I was waiting for some of the buses to get on so I could see people. And so I had my car right here. Okay. Um it wasn't like blocking anything. It was like right there. And then I saw a girl getting off at that first stop. She had her luggage and then her She like had the button so her trunk popped and I noticed she was in this spot. So, I saw her. So, I'm I mean my car's right here. I'm like obviously I have my blinkers on and then he gets out of his car. He He had come from around that side. So, he was like must have been coming down this circle and he was coming around this side. So, he was like maybe facing this way. And he got out of his car >> the Yeah, right by 10. Right by 10. Yes. And I'm I'm like right over here. And he got out of his car and was telling me to roll down or to get out of my car. And I said, "No." And I rolled down my window and um he said that I'm taking that spot. I already asked the girl. I'm like, "What is this? No, this is like an employee lot. We don't save spots. This I don't know. That's not how it works. My car was here. So, my car obviously was there. So, I parked. And then he uh said some words. I don't even know what it was. I parked. I got on the bus and I went to work. And then my supervisor, who's just grabbing her car from the other side, came around. I was sharing with her the exchange. She asked me what stop I was at. And I said, "Oh, I forgot about the altercation." She said, "Make sure you check your car because another one of our agents had a situation like this and there was damage." >> Mhm. Same I explained her She said it was the exact same thing. But I I don't Same person they had before? >> No, like this kind of I mean, same kind of like scenario like that was explained like I just explained to her what happened. And Okay. And then the I I didn't notice more of the keying. I don't even know what else he did. And he said tell me he's in the Marines. Well, did he um park close to your car before? No. Oh my god. I don't Oh, I didn't even notice that. Well, I don't know if it was like a boot or something. >> Yeah, it it looks like Yeah, I didn't even notice that. No. Oh my god. Can you um grab your ID for us? >> Yes. After reviewing the surveillance footage, officers observed the suspect kick the rear passenger tail light of the victim's vehicle and later returned to the parking lot to key the driver's side of the vehicle. Officers then located the suspect while he was working his shift to question him about the incident. Um I'm Officer Olsen We'll get straight to it. We're investigating a complaint that you had damaged uh someone's car in the employee lot. Okay. Do you want to I want to give you an opportunity to give a statement if you want to, but you don't have to. Are you willing to do that? >> Sure. Okay. Do you want to come back to the police department with us to do that? Okay. Uh Do you have anything on you? Like any weapons or anything? I have a uh glove. Just uh we'll search you. Just don't reach in your pocket. >> Yeah. We're going to look over the car. Go to the truck. You relax. You just want to take a seat there. Um Can this go back with your Yeah. Can I speak to my supervisor right now? Okay. I'm going to hold on to this and then I'll just put it up front, okay? Look pretty good. Okay. Is there anything I need to know? Uh My supervisor? Probably not coming back. So >> Not coming back? >> Yeah. Uh terminated or >> Yeah. Well, I more than likely >> More than likely. He's gone at the end of the night, so So, like I said, um the reason why you're here today is investigating that incident that happened at the employee lot. Um you said you're willing to speak with me. It's not a problem. Um just before we do any sort of you know, asking questions, I do want to read you your rights. So, you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? Okay. Um anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand that? Yes. Okay. You have the right to consult with a attorney before you make a statement or answer or any question and have the right to have an attorney present during questioning. Yes. Okay. So, if you want an attorney but cannot afford to hire an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you before during any questioning free of charge. Do you understand that? Yes. You may use any of these rights at any time before or during questioning and you may stop the interview at any time. Do you understand that? Yes. Okay. You understand all of these rights that I've read to you? I hope so. Are you willing to answer questions or to make a statement without an attorney being present? Certain questions. Okay. Um has anyone threatened you, uh coerced you, or promised you anything to answer questions or make a statement today? Yes. No. No. Okay. Um if you're willing to speak with me and you understand these rights, do you just sign on the bottom and date it. Today is the 7th. You were looking for a spot, couldn't find one. All right. Yeah, walk me through what happened. All right. So, there's a gray Mustang. Okay. All the way at the end of bus stop three. And bus stop three is the last bus stop, very last bus stop. >> the bus goes out the gate. But I couldn't get in. Okay. Was it a gray Mustang? Mhm. I'm assuming Okay, it's there waiting for a spot. But I used my brains and I asked the person who's coming off the bus now who's going home Mhm. if I can go and follow them to their spot. The lady says, "Of course. Come follow me to my spot." Okay. I follow her to her spot. Sure. I stay right there in front of her spot. A gray Mustang comes in. Mhm. Cuts me off. Okay. What are you doing? This is my spot. I was here first. And I'm thinking it's a guy. Turns out it was a beautiful girl. Mhm. Beautiful girl. Drop dead gorgeous. I didn't know what to do. Mhm. I was like, what do you mean? Like I mean I was here. I asked her to come courtesy. I was here first. There's no assigned spots. Okay. It's my spot. I have to go. I'm late. I'm late as well. >> Sure. And no, you this is my spot. Gets into the spot. She backs out, gets into my spot. Okay. I stay there frozen. Like I'm like lost. Cuz I asked and I'm just like, what the hell do I do? Mhm. I I guess my pettiness took over. Mhm. And I waited for her to get out the car and do whatever she had to do. Once she got off the bus, she turns around, spits on my car. Okay. You spits on my car. Mhm. Gets on the bus. That ticked me off. Mhm. I I'm sorry. I'm not in that slot. I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't. And I did what I did to her car. Okay. Um how would you describe the girl? Very beautiful girl. Probably bright eyes, black hair, American flight attendant. Okay. Um gray Mustang. That's about it. She's she's she's beautiful. I I I kind of >> to guess like how old like Probably like 25-ish, 26. Okay. How did like kick it? Yeah, kicked it. Break it? Okay. Kicked it into the shower. Okay. Um so basically after that you got on the bus She needs me to pay for the um You went to work and did your thing or Yeah, I went to work and did my thing. I she parked it. I got back out of work. I saw the car was still there. So, I'm assuming she had stayed overnight somewhere in a different state. And when I got here this morning, the car was gone. Okay. Um Now, what what time did you get off of work? Or what what time would you say you left the lobby? Like 10. Yeah. Yeah. 10 minutes around there. Okay. Did you stop anywhere? Like you punched out, got on the bus, went to your car? Uh stopped by her car and uh yes, I I scratched it. Okay. With like a key or >> Yeah. Okay. That's it.
