Video shows a woman pepper spraying her Uber driver just because she didn't like the color of his skin. She suddenly snapped, spraying him in the face as he tried to get out, but the seatbelt held him down. He jumps out, sees the car still moving, and dives right back in to stop it. Even her friend is in disbelief. Jail time or just a lifetime Uber ban? What do you think?
