multiple occupants we're going to go on Highway 100 here we're going to go Northbound Highway 100 Northbound Highway 100 stri that we're going eastbound still I'm right behind it Adam Robert x-ray 4775 speeds are down to 50 traffic's [Music] medium approaching the high here let let Sheriff Department know West Dallas know red light here we're passing 4145 going through a red light here speeds are 65 roads are dry traffic's light continueing East roads are no traffic red light here 92nd Street Green Field no Taps here I am going 85 I am terminating it is wrong lane of traffic going east on Greenfield approaching 84 Street continuing East shortly after terminating the pursuit a deputy from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department saw the suspect vehicle crashed into a sign at a Starbucks drive-thru the deputy was able to detain the driver and a passenger and officers from the new burlin police department were informed by a citizen that someone had thrown an object out of the fleeing vehicle they searched the location and found a brick-like object wrapped in cloth and tape weird they can uh collect it and then I don't know who this is going to be if it's going to be ours or birfield it's got way to it yeah Coke or money or or could just be coincidental like it almost feels like a brick yeah oh [Applause] here yeah it feels like a brick like an actual brick brick yeah your head down okay and then you went you went right out of the cemetery correct on Greenfield Avenue that's where he went yeah did you um did you hear or see my lights and servant cuz I had my lights and Serv activated I was actively trying to uh do a traffic stop I telling him to stop okay you were telling him who to stop huh the other occupant the other occupant why would you tell him to stop when you were driving I wen't driving you weren't driving that's what you're going to go with okay you understand all these places have cameras and they can see who is driving the car right okay okay um so you you're saying that you're not driving that's what you're going with okay you one of the most important parts of this is um is honesty right the judge looks at honesty none of this getting me out of jail right now only bail going to get me out of jail so get down there and I can bail off all there's stuff that we got to do right there's consequences for reaction I'm just trying to make sure that everybody gets a fair a fair and proper I rather be question without hand cuz I don't want this uncomfortable I just want to get out I mean custody I rather be inside of a jail facility and degree re lessly endangering safety and vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer he was sentenced to 6 and 1/2 years in prison 11 years of extended supervision ordered to complete 50 hours of community service and pay $1,036 in fines the passenger Savannah was charged with felony retail theft and currently has an active warrant as she failed to appear in court hey what about what about my
