What up? >> You threw me on the ground it's illegal. How you burning? >> Walk. Pull your stuff out and start peeing. >> Hey can my uncle come help me pee then? >> I mean he pissed himself when I tased him. >> What's up everybody? I hope you guys are ready for an electrifying video. We have my favorite tasing of the year. This guy got tased into another dimension. It is hilarious. And on top of that we have a spoil brat who's trying to get the crown. She's trying to become the worst banshee we have ever seen. Let me just say that this video is nothing short of crazy. Without further ado, let's get started. >> Yes, sir. >> How we doing? >> Good. >> Good. My name's Deputy Plummer with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Do you know why I'm stopping you today? >> No, sir. I really don't. >> You don't. Okay. Uh first reason's going to be your >> So my front end is [ __ ] up. I don't know if you seen me jerking to the left. I'm trying to get home. I had to drive from an hour away from a spot that I had it at. >> Okay. Um >> So I don't know if that's the reason cuz I know it pulls to the right. I did have someone following me. I know it pulls to the right. So actually I was getting my stuff. I just wanted my friend and I drove from an hour away. I'm trying to drive him home. >> Got you. Um so like I said, I pulled you over cuz you have no red tail lights. Your tail lights are white. No, they're white. All right. Uh secondly is going to be modified exhaust. Uh thank you for letting me know that it was modified with your exhibition of exhaust at the stop light at 207 and 17 where you decided to just keep on flooring it. All right. Do you have your registration and insurance? Anything to drink tonight? No, sir. What's up with the Twisted Tea? Okay. Nothing to drink tonight? Can I get your license, please? It's okay. Do you still live on Pen Hastings? What do you do for work? I need to You need you to open where it says digital ID card. All right. Sit tight for me. I'll be right back. All right. Uh nothing to drink tonight or anything like that? Consumed any type of narcotics, controlled substances, marijuana, prescription medications, or anything like that? >> No, sir. I was just driving home like I said. Like I've had this truck sitting for about 2 weeks. >> Mhm. >> And I just got paid. I bought the parts. >> This guy sounds tired as hell. And let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Obviously, he's drunk. We all know that, but let's say he wasn't. He's still way too tired to drive. Driving while completely exhausted can be just as bad as driving drunk. So, he shouldn't be on the roads, period. >> I was at my house and I was driving it home. I had my uncle following me. He passed. He's going back right now. I'm just taking it home. Like I said, I swerved a little bit cuz my front end is [ __ ] up. You know, what you can see my steering wheel is tilted to the side. That's my uncle right there. My steering wheel is tilted to the side. I was just trying to get to the house so I could work on it all weekend, sir. >> Okay. >> That's it. I mean, yes, I understand twisted keys and tea cans in here. I've been in and out of here over 2 weeks. It's closed. So, I didn't know it was right there. I didn't look. I wasn't paying attention. I jumped in the truck after I got off work. I started driving here. Um I understand the exhaust is loud and I'm sorry. But other than that, it's >> Got you. All right, will you do me a favor? Turn the truck off and step out for me. >> Sure. >> Cool. We're going to walk over here. >> I do have sensitive eyes. >> Okay. How so? >> Uh cuz I have bad eyes. I have to wear glasses and the eyes the lights mess with my eyes. >> Okay. All right. Can you take your hat off for me? All right, cool. I'm going to do some field sobriety real quick just to make sure you're okay to drive. >> No, I do not want to see. >> You don't want to? >> It hurt. >> Okay. So, you have you understand if you refuse to do field sobriety, I have to make a decision based off of the indicators that I've seen that I've been met with. I haven't seen you doing any field sobriety. >> Um I understand that y'all could take my license for over a year. >> Yeah, so what I'm getting at is I have reasonable suspicion based off of speaking with you and your driving pattern. Not And I understand you saying the front end's messed up, but you know, the exhibition of the exhaust and stuff like that to believe that you could possibly be impaired and your normal faculties could be impaired. >> I'll give you that. I've worked >> Fair enough. >> 12 hours a day cutting grass >> I I hear what you're saying. I work 12-hour shifts outside, too, okay? I get it. >> Now he's doing a little bit of gaslighting. Obviously, there's a little bit more that's going on here than just being tired. And like I said earlier, that's reason enough to get arrested. But if you're bringing alcohol on top of that, then that is a recipe for disaster. Just to give you guys an example, I used to drink about three to four drinks on weekends, Friday night, Saturday night, and I wouldn't get that drunk. Now that I wake up super early to watch the baby, I have three drinks and I am plastered. The lack of sleep is definitely amplifying the effects of alcohol. Now with that being said, I hope you guys are ready for probably one of the most satisfying tasing I've seen in a long time. Get your popcorn ready because this is going to be good. >> All right, but like I said, I would like to make sure your normal faculties are not impaired and that you are okay to drive. It's up to you if you want to do them or not. >> I won't drive you. Someone else can drive my truck. >> Okay, it it's up to you if you're going to do the field sobriety or not, sir. >> No, sir. >> You're not going to do it? >> I would not like to. I just want >> Okay. Okay, are you willing to give a breath sample? >> Uh no, sir. >> No? Okay. Fair enough. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put my hands behind my back for what? >> You're not. >> You're throwing me on the ground. It's illegal as [ __ ] >> 10-33 Jim Bryant Road. >> How? >> You're going to get [ __ ] tased. >> FOR WHAT? >> [screaming] >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> NOW THAT WAS GOOD. IF YOU LOOK AT it from an educational standpoint, I don't think he's going to resist cops again. I think he's going to learn his lesson after this. But trust me, we're just GETTING STARTED. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Taser deployed. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> That is illegal as [ __ ] That is illegal as [ __ ] Because I know my rights. That is illegal as [ __ ] Brooke, Brooke. That is illegal as [ __ ] How is that right? I I I >> 1489 10-15 Don't move, it's going to hurt. >> No, please. Ow. Ow. What did I do wrong? >> Don't move, it's going to hurt. >> No, please. Can you tell me what I did wrong? >> Yeah, you tried to run from me after I told you to put your hands behind your back. >> Yes, the [ __ ] you did. You pulled away. >> But but but >> But but but no but but. There's no but but. >> No, can I take a piss please? Please, I've had to take a piss for over an hour that I've been driving. >> There's no but but. >> Okay, you don't have to be so rough with me, man. I'm asking nicely. Can you please not be so rough with me? >> No, there's no more there's no more kindness here, dude. >> Ow, I didn't do anything wrong. >> All over. >> YOU JUST GRABBED MY DICK. >> YEAH, I'M searching you to make sure you don't have anything else on you. >> I've been honest with you, man. Can I please take a piss before you drag me away? >> Walk. >> Okay, I'm walking. Brooke, Brooke, ow, you're hurting me. >> Walk. >> You're hurting me. >> I don't care RIGHT NOW. >> WHY? >> STOP. >> OW, I'M NOT doing anything. >> You're going to stop. >> You're literally hurting me. >> You're going to stay just like this until somebody else gets here to help me. >> Please, stop. >> Stop, dude. You already tried to run once. Don't even. >> This guy is acting like he's in excruciating pain, like he's being tortured by ancient medieval devices. Dude, it's not that serious. You got zapped, you face planted, it is what it is. Now, why don't you try retaining a little a little of your dignity for the rest of the video. Can you do that? Oh, wait. Never mind. He pissed his pants. >> Do you want to go back on the ground? Which one do you prefer? >> Why are you going to throw me back on the ground? >> going to throw you. >> You just did. >> I tased you. I didn't throw you. >> You threw me on the ground for what? You grabbed me, threw me on the ground for what? Because >> Because I told you to put your hands behind your back and you pulled away. That's not how that works. >> But the law is if I refuse it, that's just a refusal. >> Which means you go to jail. >> For what? >> Because I had suspicion to believe you're impaired. >> How? I got no Do you see no thing? It's closed. >> Walk over here. >> Can I please take a piss first before you put me in >> You already pissed your pants. >> No, I really didn't. I have to take a piss. Can I please piss? Please, I'm going to piss myself. Please. >> Then piss yourself right now. >> Please, don't >> Cuz we're not we're not stopping to to let you take a piss right now. >> Please, don't make me piss myself. >> and me and that guy in the truck. >> No, they're I'm begging you. Please. Please. Please, I'm begging you. I'm going to piss myself. Please, I just >> Then piss your pants. >> No, I please >> Then piss your pants. >> so wrong. Please, I'm a human, you're a human. God, please. >> But I'm going to keep the channel going for me till I get somebody here. I've got another vehicle that stopped out with me. >> Please. Can you please stop Please, stop being so rough with me. Can I please take a piss? I'm going to piss myself. Please. >> He can help you with that. I've got to >> Okay, that's fine. Can I please pee? Please. >> to run Can you Can you get out with your hands behind your back? >> I I don't I I I don't think I can, but I please I won't move. I won't run. I just >> I'm not helping you pee. >> Okay, can my uncle come help me pee then >> What did he just say? Did he ask for his uncle to come help him take a piss? I don't know what kind of relationship he has with his uncle, but let me just say that me and my uncle are not that close. That's a little bit weird if you ask me. And at the end of the day, I'm pretty sure he can hold it all the way to the police station because remember, he said he didn't drink any booze. So, what's the big rush to take a piss? >> Please. >> Don't run from the pole. >> I didn't try. He I You see me, I'm not moving. I'm not nothing. >> Well, I'm not pulling your pants up. >> Okay. Okay. And he's been Okay. And he's been being rough. He he's been >> Don't run from the car. >> try. He He yolked me up for no reason. So, if I can piss with these handcuffs behind me, I can piss. >> Absolutely. If you can figure out a way to to >> Okay. Am I allowed to walk to the back of the car then? >> We're going to walk to the other side of the car. You reach around yourself with this arm. >> cannot. I have small >> Just enough to to pull your pants down? >> No, I can't. I have small arms. They say, "Please, I'm finna pee myself." I won't move. I won't run. I won't >> Yeah, but the problem is I'm not pulling your your your your schmeat out of your pants, dude. >> not saying that. If you can just Please, so I don't piss myself, so I don't have to sit in piss. Can you uncuff one of my hands? I'll stand right here and take a piss. >> Listen to me. I'm going to tell you this. I'm going to tell you this one time. >> I I understand it. I won't move. I promise I won't. >> It is going to be the worst day of your life. >> I and I understand that. He already slammed me to the ground and grabbed >> Oh, it's going to It'll promise you it'll be a lot worse. He's got a bum ankle and he got you. >> I No, I wasn't trying to run. I understand it. I'm not moving, bro. >> There you go. Now, I stay right here. Pull your stuff out and start peeing. >> Pull your stuff out and start peeing. That is not a sentence I expected to hear from any police officer's mouth. Now, I'm going to fast forward past this part. There is nothing graphic anyways, but I don't want to take any chances with YouTube. Now, with that being said, I think this guy is very lucky because obviously, if it was a female, none of this would have happened. First of all, the male officer wouldn't have been able to facilitate that, and second of all, I don't think women have the right tool for the job when it comes to pissing in bushes, if you know what I mean. >> He's signal one, bro. >> That's what I was trying to arrest him for. >> He's signal one. >> I know. I got a couple with those things. Um I walked up and he pissed himself when I tased him. >> Am I able to take my truck? >> No, sir. It's getting towed. >> What about my stuff? >> It'll remain inside of your vehicle. >> Okay. >> The items that were in on your person when I arrested you with the exception of the vape will be taken to the county jail where they will be placed in your property and you'll be able to retrieve that upon being released from jail. You're being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs refusal and resisting arrest without violence and violation of probation. Your violation of probation is for committing a new law violation while on felony probation. That is a no bond >> I asked I resisted arrest. >> Yes, sir. When I instructed you to place your hands behind your back, you tensed up and pulled away from me. >> Um >> Due to that, I then attempted to take you down to the Yes, because I was placing you under arrest. >> say something, please? >> I Sure. >> You grabbed me with force >> Because I was placing you under arrest. >> and I understand that completely, but before you even got the full words out of your mouth of put your hands behind your back, you grabbed me with force. And I >> Not with force. I simply grabbed your wrist. >> Yes, you did. >> As you started to back away. >> Are you seeing >> It's all on camera. >> That's fine, but y'all see I've been compliant. I asked to take a piss. >> Sir, sir, sir, let me explain something to you, sir. Attempting to run from a law enforcement officer after they've given you a lawful command is not compliance. That is resisting to the point that I had to tase you to stop you from further resisting and eluding me. >> I'm scared because you're a lot bigger than >> being scared Being Okay, being scared is not a valid excuse for trying to run from the police, sir. You're under arrest. >> So, the big thing here is that he violated his felony probation, which means he's going to go back to jail without a bond and he might be looking at a couple years in prison. Now, before we move on to the next body cam, I just want to warn you guys, if you're wearing headphones, you might want to put it down. >> What if it's one of the spaniards? >> Come on. >> No, no, no, no, no. Why do you tell me? I'm not going to move on till you tell me. I won't tell until I talk to my dad and I'll talk to my neighbors. Until I talk to my neighbors. >> They've been here for multiple nights and do you know they're they're getting evicted tomorrow by the manager. He just called and told us. He said one of them is going to stay tonight, but tomorrow they're going to he's going to tell them to leave. He said TELL THEM TO >> [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] >> I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE RULES ARE. I'M NOT SURE. MAYBE THE FIRST ONE. I'LL JUST TELL THEM. >> [crying] >> TELL THEM. >> SO JUST TO GIVE YOU GUYS A LITTLE BIT OF context as to why this violent woman is screaming like that. She's been married to her husband for 14 years and this night she decided to drink like crazy. She was going off on the guests at the pool, going completely nuts and then she smashed a mirror and got in a physical fight with her husband in front of the cops. That's why she's being arrested. Now, why is she screaming like a banshee? That I cannot explain it. >> Ma'am, sit up. Ma'am, sit back. >> [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] >> No, I'm good. [snorts] Thank you. >> Do you speak Spanish? >> No, one female in custody. Being brought to county. Copy sergeant. >> Please. >> I mean she can say por favor as much as she wants. It's not going to change anything. Matter of fact, I think she should get an additional charge for the damage she caused to my ears. I mean holy [ __ ] that scream was so loud and had so much sustain. It was going on for 9 seconds long. It has to be a world record at this point. Matter of fact, it was so legendary I kind of want to find out how it would sound like if we put some reverb and some psychedelic effects on it. >> [music] >> I mean that's not bad. It turned out all right. If I ever wanted to make an album just made out of banshee noises, this would be a great start. >> I'm not going to move anything. >> All right, come on. >> No, I'm going to talk to my lawyer. >> All right. >> I'm going to talk to my lawyer. I'm not going to move anything. Ma'am. >> Ma'am. >> You know I'm not going to move anything. >> Listen, if if you don't if you don't walk out of here nicely, I'm going to rip you out. >> Why do you have a problem because I had two drinks? >> Ma'am. >> No. What's >> And that has nothing to do with it. >> You drink the same thing. Can we pay for that [ __ ] Anything that I hurt, can we pay for that [ __ ] I'm going to talk to my lawyer. I don't know what is going on with me. Look at me. You have family. YOU HAVE A WOMAN. YOU HAVE KIDS. PLEASE, this is so real. Look at me. >> Ma'am, you cannot be hitting anybody. >> I'm not hitting anything. WHERE'S YOUR PROOF? WHERE? WHERE? WHERE'S THE CAMERA? WHERE'S THE PICTURE? WHERE IS IT? >> STOP YELLING. >> NO, NO, I'm not yelling. You are yelling. >> That's what happens when you drink too much. >> I don't drink two alcoholic drinks because I was tired. >> it. You got to stop it. >> Oh, because I didn't drink two drinks because I had that. >> Okay, it's not just two drinks. Sit on this bench. >> I can do whatever I want. >> Sit on this bench. >> we were having a good time. >> All right, sit on that bench. Now, listen. Please calm down. All right, we got a lot of people working tonight. >> All right, so she got charged with domestic battery and as usual the charges were dropped later on. Now, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next one.
