shoplifting upon arrival the woman was
found hiding in the

too she was verbally trespassed by Greg
a couple of months ago so she's been
trespassed verbally twice but never by
us but I that doesn't matter n he can he
can positively identify her as the
person um he already did on on body
camera so um so the obviously the person
that came out was the person we were
talking about the flyer that you showed
me and you guys are willing to Su
charges yep okay uh and can you just the
the so the ice cream is not for sure ice

right in the aisle and she stormed off
so the trespassed her okay uh then when
I trespassed her she had came in she was
in the bathroom for probably an hour or
2 hours hour or two hours okay yeah yeah
it was really hard to get her out I
recognized her like sorry you're not
supped from the previous incident you
told me about I wasn't there for that I
had the oh it's the same person so Tres
Pastor she got really upset start
cussing and you physically told her
you're Tres Pastor not willing to come
back what do you remember what your
words were ESS told her don't come back
we'll call the police okay yeah just a
lot of f bombs came from her
so she came in today the woman was taken
into custody and charged with assault
shoplifting and resisting arrest
