Can't say she did not follow that baby. I don't have nowhere to take the baby all night to get the baby out for adoption. >> She was driving pretty fast next to the semi-truck. >> My dad's a fun. I need to get out of this house. >> But she going to need stitches. But they'll they'll put some in that'll dissolve and come out in a few weeks. >> Not every mistake starts from something negative. Some difficult outcomes grow out of exhaustion, loneliness, and quiet pressures that build over time. >> She didn't grow, but the stroller did. So I see her sister coming down the stair with a pink lace bottle and she instantly sprayed me. >> He put the fingers in my face again and then he mocked me again. >> In this video, we revisit situations where the line between someone responsible and someone needing support is more delicate than it first appears. Under pressure, cultural differences, and exhaustion, the line between right and wrong can sometimes be crossed in just seconds. >> Take medication. >> I asked you that earlier. I said, "Did you take medication?" >> I I do take medication. I take for ADHD. >> On September 19th, 2024, police received a report from a witness stating they saw a woman behaving in a highly emotional manner toward a young child, [music] then leaving the child standing near a road with passing traffic. At the scene, the child's grandfather greeted a couple units past with their red and blue on there. Another car up there. I'm trying to figure out in front of you and then put the gas on and then pulled in front of me. I'm sorry. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Did you get the license plate at all? >> No. No. >> It happened so fast. >> Okay. >> No. >> None of the kids are. >> Are you all okay? >> Nobody hurt? No. >> Do you have your driver's license on you? >> It's my insurance. >> My license, >> right? Where's your insurance? >> You haven't had anything to drink or anything like that. You know, you don't take any prescription medication that may off you driving. No. >> All right. Well, I'll try to find that stuff for me. Okay. I'll be back here in a second. >> Well, we can't leave yet. We still got We got to wait a second. Uh Did you ever find your insurance? >> Yes. >> So, I'll be in the same location. >> Huh? >> He's my boyfriend. >> Does he know that? >> How do you see it? >> So, where is the insurance number >> officers and shared what he had observed. [music] He expressed concern for his grandchild and a sense of helplessness about how to help his daughter-in-law manage her. >> Hey guys, how are you all? >> I'm okay. >> All right, buddy. So, I just got some questions for you. Okay. Is that your mom? >> Yes, >> that is your mom. >> Yes. >> Okay. Is she okay? >> Um I don't know. She was >> like, has she taken any medicine lately or has she Did you see her drinking anything like >> I don't know. I just got picked up from school. You saw mommy take medicine? >> Uh, yesterday. >> Yesterday. Okay. Did you take anything today? >> Did you see her take any medicine today? No. >> Okay. Um, >> how old are you, buddy? >> I'm 13 years old. >> 13. Okay. Um, your mom's not in trouble or anything like that. Okay. I'm just trying to figure out kind of what happened, what's going on. Okay. Yes, sir. >> Um, does your mom drink alcohol on a regular occasion or anything like that? >> Um, >> like when you guys are home? >> Occasionally, she does. Do you drink alcohol every day or every other day or once in a while? >> Uh, >> and you're not in trouble either. Okay. So, I don't I don't want you to feel like you're in trouble or anything like that. >> It's here and there. Yeah. Frequently, but not every day. No. >> Okay. And do you know if she does if she takes or does anything else? Like, have you ever seen your mom do any kind of drugs or anything like? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. Okay. To your knowledge, she doesn't take any like prescription medication. So, what that means is like >> Well, she has told me before that she does take a prescription for something, but I don't know what it's for. >> That's okay. Does she take it every day, you know, or is it like >> I think she's supposed to She says it has something to do with the mental health or something. >> Okay. >> I don't know much information. >> Okay. And did you see how mom wrecked it all? Did you see what happened? Um, I wasn't paying much much attention, but she was driving pretty fast next to the semi-truck and she swerved on the right uh after these cars and then there was these other cars and then I didn't really see what happened. I was looking down um at my backpack cuz I was just now putting it down. So, I didn't see where we really are and then all a sudden >> um and you're not hurts. >> No. Um no. Savannah, you okay, sweetie? You okay? Nothing. No boooos. Yes. No boo boos. >> Okay. Very good. >> Emotions. Officers approached the child to check on her condition and ensure her safety. After gathering information and statements, >> all right. Um, so she's got to go. She's got some personal stuff going on. Um, is there anybody that you can call to come pick you guys up? like that. >> She I mean she was nice enough to stop and make sure you guys were good, but that's not her responsibility, right? >> She she just has personal things going on and she's got to go here shortly. Um so do you have anybody to come get you or hand your kids? >> Okay. >> So we got some coffee. All right. So you see this trailer oil right here for your car, right? There's another car up there with rear end damage. Okay, see where I'm going with this? >> Right. Your trail oil that goes all the way to your vehicle tracks all the way back over there to that car with rear end. >> Okay. You have front end damage. >> Okay. Right. >> You see where I'm going with this? >> Yes. >> So, you tell me anything, talk about anything. >> Just going to take pictures. Okay. >> Take pictures for what? Just so we have multiple witnesses saying that a green van, right, fled from there, right? Green van >> fled from there, right? >> Where that other wreck is and this is where you stopped because you couldn't go any farther because the car shut down, right? You ran out of radiator fluid, ran out of oil, car ain't going no more, >> right? >> So, can you uh >> did you that other car? >> I'm out here at 30th. I >> he's on. >> I mean, it's up to you because either either way, right, that leads me to believe that this vehicle was involved in that same wreck. You tried to run >> or whatever you did. I don't know. I'm not accusing you of you. You tried to do something. You've been very erratic. You've been very nervous. You've been very defensive. Body language, >> your physical language, everything has been off. Like, you're being very defensive and you don't want to talk about Scott. Um, >> hold up. We're good, Scott. One second. Okay. Mr. Scott, can you can you come here for one second? >> Um, can you can you just come here for the >> progressive or all? >> All >> because I you're acting very erratic. >> I I take medication. I do take >> I asked you that earlier. I said, did you take medication? >> I I do take medication. I take for ADHD. >> Okay. >> I take Adder. >> Okay. >> I didn't take it this morning. >> Okay. >> Did you take it today and you took too much on accident? >> No, I don't. I I don't take it by accident. Like I I I sleep in and I don't take it. I'm supposed to take it. >> So that's what happens is I I I'm supposed to take it and I don't take it. >> Officers spoke with the mother. She attempted to explain using her limited English, but the communication barriers meant the situation. >> Scott's going to go put these kiddos in the car so they're not talking about my insurance. >> You want us to wait there? >> This is my insurance. >> Yes, I know. >> My information. Calm down. >> Calm down. Take a breath. You're good. Okay. Nobody's going to jail. Nobody Everybody's okay. But I I freeze. I don't know. Was it like I haven't >> If they got a bottle or something like that, we shouldn't be too much longer back. >> I get you have medical a medical condition, right? But that doesn't exempt you from when I ask you a clear dry cut black and white question. There's no gray. There's no wishy-wash. Do you take medication? You said no. >> Yes, I I do. >> Okay. Why lie about it? >> I don't know. >> You got three kids in your car, >> right? They weren't wearing seat belts. Whatever. I mean, >> no, they were. >> Okay, that's fine. That's fine. But >> you car, you flood the scene. >> No one hit a car. A a car. >> That is telltale damage that you are. A car was stopped. You ran into the back of it, right? I'm not saying you're at fault, but that's the picture that that paints, right? Either way, KY's a no fault state. So, whatever we put in the report is not going to determine who's at fault, >> right? person. That's not >> somebody didn't run into you head on. This is a one-way highway. >> Yes. Yes. But they kept going. >> Okay. >> I mean, >> are you sure you hit them and you kept rolling and they spun out and stopped and like you just didn't see it? >> Oh, no. I tried to I I wanted to stop right away. >> Why didn't >> like if there was a collision? >> Why didn't you stop? I did something right. >> Your trail of oil goes all the way back at least 1,000 yards. You did not stop until way down here. The impact happened way back there. >> Oh, no. >> Okay. So, I don't I I guess I didn't know. >> You understand? All right. I'm not being I just want to make this clear. I'm not trying to be funny. I'm not trying to be mean. I'm not trying to be a smartass. I'm not trying to be any type of way. I'm being clearcut, black and white, as crystal clear as I can be. I'm like under a lot of stress and that's it. That's it. That's it. I don't >> You're okay. Did Did your car would it not stop or did you have anxiety? >> I have anxiety. >> That explains a lot. Okay. So, all three of your kids were in here when that happened. Go get in the car with Scott. Go get in the car with Scott. Hey, >> you know what I mean? Like, >> we're good. We're good. Go get in the car with Scott. Okay. You all are not leaving just yet. We'll be back with you in just one more second and then we'll have you out. It >> still had to be handled according to established procedures. Throughout the process, the officers worked to keep the atmosphere calm to avoid adding stress for the child while also ensuring fairness for the mother. Charged with domestic assault and cruelty to a child. Under Vermont law, she could face a sentence of up to 3 years and 6 months in prison along with fines ranging from $5,000 to $20,000. Raising children in a foreign country with a different language and limited [music] support can bring >> I don't know what she said that she only shot Molly. >> Significant pressure. Instead of allowing stress to build up, parents can consider reaching out for guidance. Learning additional parenting skills [music] or connecting with community resources. Some family conflicts don't arise from hatred, but from emotions that have been held in for too long without a healthy outlet. On January 19th, 2024, police in Ohio was last night about 10:11. You were with her at the trip. >> Yeah. I went to go back to the house to get her fed and to call and see if she was okay. And these people just like got all night. I've been trying to get her out. I'm trying to get her like she said, she's not starved. I made sure she had something, but she didn't have the formula she normally had. diapers. I could have gotten all of those things if these people just let me leave. They basically trapped me in the house and then threw me out when I was a problem. >> Who are those people? >> I don't want to cause issues, you guys. >> Is the baby okay? >> I was told my husband that his family would help, but he's not talked to them in many years and they are not the people he said they were cuz he doesn't even know that they were going to do that. >> Kids or anything in the house? >> No, the house is empty right now. >> You got your ID? I tried to wake you up. >> Is this your first time? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Scary. >> I know. It's >> You're okay. >> Like I had been checking her throughout the night. It just didn't come for a while that that it been so long cuz it just was so repetitive. I mean I got ripped off the toilet while I was taking heat. Nothing. >> Who's dad? Drew. >> He has not been around his family in like seven years. I did not know they all now and they're all like that. It's really bad there. Drew Drew's >> Yeah, but he's not like that. He's been trying to get clean. It's a lot of the stress. He's He's working on his mental health. Actually, the last time he got out, he was clean for I think two months before these people just stressed him out so bad. But I was told he could smoke. >> Would you mind just letting them do their thing and just step out here, take a break? >> She usually doesn't mind my But yeah, >> anything changes, I'll come get you. >> You want to just come over here? >> If she goes to the hospital, I can go with her. >> Yeah. We just kind of want to figure out the dynamics behind. >> Come over here. So, what's going on? >> I just I've been so stressed here. I've been wanting this to be nicer to me for 12 years and just make it work so I can stay here. They have such a nice house and empty room and claim I'm an issue all the time. These people actually make money. I have been broke for years. I've been trying to get help from the county. I only I've ever received in 12 years is 2 years in a unity house apartment and like 2 months in a hotel. And both of those were so traumatizing. I don't want to go anywhere. They told me to. They sent me out of town to a domestic shelter. They they damped me there. I don't understand why everywhere I go, it's an issue, but I just I know whatever happens here, it's nice here. I just I don't want her to have to go through what happened to me, even if he wouldn't do it again. >> So, what happened today? What's your first name again? >> Grace. >> I was trying to tell my mom I really just need her to like take her for just one day, a little bit longer. She screamed at me. This was like a night or two ago. >> Okay. So, a few days ago. >> She's screaming in my face. She goes up and acts like she's like tattling on my dad and like it's just chaos every time I I say there's anything wrong and I've been trying to get a break or something or >> Yeah. Like I get a little help here and there, but like her her holding her while I shower and like help like for a few hours a day. It's tough. >> It's not every day this first child. >> Yeah. I just need like longer stretches of time to actually get sleep. I don't sleep ever. I I have trouble sleeping as is. >> So, what happened with the with the little one? I ended up going over to my husband's family's house for a little bit. Are you guys going to go there and question them? Because I just if they do if you guys do, it'll be a problem. >> We're just trying to figure out what's >> If you're just taking information, that's fine. I just don't want them questioned. So, I don't have issues with all of that. Is that okay? >> Well, we're just trying to figure out and for the record, >> I was just letting you know if I knew like said the area on who these people. >> The discussion suggested that the mother was not uncaring but may have been under heavy pressure and lacking [music] guidance. She also appeared to be without enough support from family or community services. >> Going to go over and like question them. >> There was something came out thought that maybe somebody fell on her in a store. >> No. So I was walking down the street because I've had to walk her around everywhere in the cold. They wouldn't let me be in the house, but said I could keep coming back. All my stuff was there. They're having me walk everywhere. I'm trying to get her food, but I tripped over my shoelace over the sidewalk and I fell. People watched me do it with the baby. I caught the stroller. It did like, you know, she didn't hit the ground, but the stroller did. Okay. >> Is that how you there? >> Yeah. Okay. >> I Both my ankles are sprained. Both my knees have been sprained. I think my knees are getting better. But >> where where was that? >> Throughout the night because I've already had my I have really bad joints >> when she fell. >> Oh, where was it? >> Yeah. Okay. Where's >> It's been a long night. I'm so tired. I'm so sorry. >> Where was that when that happened? >> I was walking back from a friend's house. So, it was around the the Ukrainian club. Just so you know, pressure, good, everything. >> Okay. >> She's She's giggling. She's >> She's just She really didn't look good when she first got here. I think what happened is is because she had smoked around her when I told her not to. You know, like if you're >> She smoked what around her? >> She had smoked like people smoked Molly in the house. I don't know if it was It's a family friend. Like I don't want to cause issues. I don't think she was doing anything wrong. >> So I need you to understand. >> It's Kendra. I don't know her last name. I don't know any information, but she had other people around. I don't want to like make anybody seem like it was their fault because there was other people she was letting in. >> Where do you live? >> I live here, but I'm trying to get out of here. I've been trying to help. >> Is this where people smoke? >> No, no, no. This is where I went. >> Yes. >> Do you have any support network? Do you have any family? Do you have anything? >> My mom's the only one that really helps and everything she does makes it harder. She's put me through so much stress trying to help me. That's just not worth it. >> This is a personal question. Did you have did you suffer from postpartum? They told me I didn't counselor. >> They told me I didn't. I've been trying to get into counseling, but I mean, my mom keeps making everything up. I don't know. I don't >> Can I explain to her we need help? >> We have somebody that can >> I have a care manager, but she just doesn't take it seriously. I've been telling her. >> Who's that? >> Liberty Resources. I have told her 25 times, my dad's aing fun. I need to get out of this house. And nobody seems to take it seriously. They say, "Have you charged him?" How am I supposed to charge him if I live here? Am I supposed to just charge him and have him like me throughout it the whole day system? I don't know how this works anymore. >> That's what we're here for. [laughter] >> I was going to call adult protective services while I was there or something. I just I didn't know what to do. >> You said that your father abused you. >> He did when I was little. >> When you were little. >> The thing is they won't admit it. I have no proof, but my mom has admitted it to several of my friends don't even talk to each other. So I don't think they're lying. >> So I want you to look at this as a start. We're going to help you, >> please. [laughter] >> But right now, the only thing that matters is that we're going. >> I know. I don't want to be separated. That's why I've been not wanting to get anybody involved because everybody scares me into thinking that you guys are just going to take her away for no reason. >> We're actually here to help you. You said people were smoking Molly. Yeah, I was I honestly I was just really worried because I knew that she up and >> the mother shared that she had turned to certain [music] coping habits to relieve stress. Although she said she kept distance from the child during those moments, a child being around that environment [music] can still involve health and legal concerns. >> Mad at me and she doesn't I nobody liked that the baby was around for some reason. They just they don't want to help me. They just don't want to get attached to this baby because they think that I'm just going to rip her away. But I they've never given me a chance. Who were these friends or family or? >> They're family and my husband. I I'm like I'm just meeting them while he's in prison trying to handle all this. >> I smoked once or twice. I took a few hits because it was really stressful, but I walked out of the room to do that. >> What was it? Eat or Molly? >> Yeah, I was smoking every day. That's like medicine to me. So, >> okay. Is there any chance that she touched anything? >> I don't know. She said that she only shot Molly. I really think she I think she lied cuz she nodded off. >> Did she know you used one? >> She used to and she says that she's getting clean but up still. I don't really >> Okay. How often do you say you use >> Not hardly anymore. I've smoked three times since she was born. Like once a month and it's there. Yeah. >> If I'm just in a really stressful situation and it's there, I might just to calm down cuz it it does kind of act like the medicine I need to be on that they won't give me. That's why I take it. Well, maybe we get you in touch with different people that that get you on the right medicine, right? >> Yeah. Because it's just really hard to get like ADHD meds because everybody everybody uses aderall and stuff. I I'm not trying to I'm just trying to be better. They had me on so many medications avoiding giving me it. My body was shutting down. >> So, after that, it wasn't a a friendly environment. So, you took her and started to head home, but you tripped. >> Oh, no. This that was before I went back to the house. >> You fell on your way there. That was like 10 12 hours ago. I just showed back up cuz they me out like like an hour ago. It was probably like 10, 11, 12 last night that she fell. And I was trying to get her help and keep an eye on her and focus. I had nowhere to sit down. I went somewhere else. Everybody was telling me they were going to bed and that everything else was more important when all I had to do was sit. But everybody thinks everybody's going to steal their stuff. And more worried about that than a baby's life. I just asked someone to clean one bottle and begged her and she [ __ ] screamed in my face and she don't even she's not even like I'm everybody's crazy. I stood a separate house cuz I was I don't >> I was on the way from the one's house. It's my ex's house. Celeste >> the family. >> People are smoking Molly around her before you go to Celeste or after? >> Before this is at Yeah, it's it's mostly Kendra and her friends on the way back from Celeste to the house cuz I had to go back. Kra last fall back to Kendra. And how do you get home? >> I called my mom after they kicked me out like or so ago. I don't know how long we've been here. >> When did you get home? >> An hour or so. >> Today? >> Yeah. >> Oh, >> yeah. I just got back here and like seen her in the light for the first time and like not had people stressing me out and was able to see that she didn't look good. >> So, you slept at Kendra's place last night? >> I didn't get to sleep, but yeah, I was there all night. >> Okay. Did she sleep? >> She got to sleep. She was sleeping too much. She was sleeping a lot. And that's what worried me is I was trying to wake her up before I called you guys. Like I wasn't shaking her, but you know, I just would gently like, "Please wake up. Please wake up." And I'm talking to her. She would open her eyes and then she just It looks like she was and then I just needed to call. But I didn't know like I really think this girl might have done something or she has something in her in her system like that. I don't touch her. >> Were you with her all night? >> I was around her. Yeah. But there were times where I had to like go to the bathroom quick. It doesn't take much. >> Did you sleep at all last night? >> No, I haven't slept hardly in days. It's been like weeks because I just I'm so stressed. I get like a nap and then I'm immediately woken up because I have to do so much just to get help and it's driving me into the crowd. >> Nobody else is here? >> No. No. My parents live here and my brother I think he's at work or he might have like looked out by now. >> Are they aware of anything going on here? Yeah, I've been telling them, but they just they keep stressing me out and making me leave the house because I can't handle it. They don't get that my health and my mental health and my safety is just as important as hers. I'm the one who's there to take care of her. >> She looks a lot better now. She's done. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She was just laughing up a storm, which she probably has. Come on. I'm going to >> She looked really bad. >> Is it okay if she has a seat here for a minute? just gets out of the rain because she was so aggressive about things and saying stuff to me that made me feel like she could have done that. >> So you said when she fell when the stroller fell, she didn't fall out of the stroll. >> No, she was buckled in and I tried to catch it on the way down. It it didn't make some contact with her. I don't hit the ground. >> I don't know how >> I don't see any traumatic injury. >> I don't There's no bumps or anything like that anywhere. So >> hello. >> Thank you very much. So, you're obviously somewhat aware of why we're here. Your daughter called like maybe almost 2 hours ago at this point, saying that her daughter was >> The relatives showed [music] empathy for her situation, but also voiced concern about the surrounding environment. This differed in some [music] ways from what the mother had earlier shared about her family support. >> Went on to somebody's house >> and she called me and said, "I need to pick me up." So, I ran home, got the car seat, and got her. She didn't have any clothes on the baby. She had a diaper on, which I not happy. How was the baby reacting at that point? >> She was alert. She was looking at me. She was smiling and everything. I got her dressed when I grabbed blankets and I had my car on high hot heat when I got her in the car seat and bundled her up and got her home. She wanted to fix her. I got her dressed and I was holding her and she was responsive and everything. And then she said she was going to go feed her and I wasn't helping her. And >> Gotcha. Has she had issues with like postpartum depression or anything like that? And she says it's all of us that we all need help. I try to help her. I help her take care of the babies. I've been working 12 hours here and I'm taking care of the baby and it's not enough. >> Would you say a little bit of paranoia with her? Does that sound about right or >> Yeah. She thinks everybody's against her. I'm trying to help her and she doesn't if she's in the kitchen or to leave the kitchen. She doesn't care if we're hungry. That doesn't matter because she's got to get her stuff done. She doesn't work. We're supporting her. >> You and your husband? >> Yes. Do you remember where you picked her up last or this morning? >> West Street. >> West Street. Yes. >> Was that a specific house or she kind of >> I know the house she was at. >> I don't know the exact Maybe I have the address cuz I picked her up there. It was her boyfriend's the baby's dad, her mother, his sister's house that his mother is living at right now. >> Does she associate with them a lot? >> No, she just wanted to get out of our house cuz it's so detrimental to her and said she'd rather go to freaking house with the baby, which I'm not happy about. Does your daughter have a substance problem? >> She does smoke. She has done others in the past. She has not done them lately. >> Did she inform you at all that she fell last night with the baby? >> No. >> No, she didn't tell you that. So, you went and picked him up this morning. What time did she reach out to you? >> About 7:57. >> Just asking for a ride home. >> Yeah. Freaking out saying out. They dragged her out the door and then she called me back. I was on my way and I'm like, I'm on my way. And she goes, "Stop yelling at me." So, with that being said, the reason why we're here is because she disclosed to us that yes, you did pick her up. So, we're looking to document and basically if you're willing to give us a statement of where you picked her up at, you know, kind of her overall mental health well-being lately, her substance issues, everything, totality of the circumstances, cuz she did disclose to us that she did utilize substances last night as well, and that the baby >> Yeah. I don't know what she used last night. She told us the baby was intact around those people that do use substances. So that's why we're being precautionary to have the baby evaluated because the last thing we want is there to be obviously something to go untreated or unrecognized just as a precautionary. >> That's okay. I I was just worried. I didn't know if I should leave and go. >> So like I said, the baby was totally per conscious. She said she was concerned at one point cuz she thought the baby was sleeping too much. Some of her behavior was also, you know, a little sporadic, a little out there. We wanted to get the baby fully evaluated, but we also are here to talk to you and to get honestly your side. And because you picked her up from wherever she may have been, do you want to just grab her info real quick? Update everything. Go ahead. Get in. >> Do you know any people by the name of Kendra? >> Yes. >> And who would that be? >> That would be her boyfriend's sister or cousin. >> Okay. Does she associate with them a lot? just recently because she was trying to make amends with the family, but I don't think it's a bad. >> A close acquaintance, someone who had previously cared [music] for Kindra, also understood the difficulties she was facing. However, her main concern remained a baby's safety [music] in the current circumstances. >> Nice. >> Gotcha. So, we have two goals here. One, make sure obviously kind of safe. >> She does take care of her very well. >> Um, second goal is to get your daughter healthy. >> Yes. Part of it, she keeps going the DSS. She has no food stamps right now. She has no nothing. and they're not helping her. >> Yeah. Our goal is to get her help. >> She wants to be housed. They keep screwing her around on that. She was on the section 8 housing for years and they keep booting her off and it it's hard for us because we're trying to support both of them. Yep. >> And then she yells at me that I shouldn't be working, that I should be taking care of them, and that I could get disability and they would pay for my house. And I'm like, that's not going to happen. She thinks me, my son, and my husband all need mental health because we won't leave her alone. But I mean, we're living in a household. That's part of living in a household. Years ago, when she was like 16, she snuck out. She went to her friend's house, snuck out, and the cops brought her home. She was screaming at my husband, and he did her in the face, and she called police. And the police say, and basically, drop any mark. She's like, "No, call and they're allowed to do that." Then she did tell me before that dad me for the whole night. Hit me in the pounded me in the head with his high school ring on his hand. He's right-handed. He does not have a high school ring. He wears a wedding band. That's it. So, she makes up a lot of stuff. >> Yeah. So, at this time, you're good to go back to work. What time do you get out of work? >> I'm supposed to get out at 1:30. >> Okay. >> Probably that doesn't always happen. But, I mean, if you need me to just >> We may call you around that time and ask you to do that if we need to and we'll go from there. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Hello. >> Good. How are you? >> Sorry, sir. >> Is Kendra home? >> Kendra? Nana. Is Kendra home? >> No. To Syracuse? >> She's in Syracuse? Yeah. >> Does she work out there? >> No, I don't think so. No. Does she have a good phone number? We can pass. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. She She's coming. >> My wife is coming to attend to you. >> Notably, even the person the mother trusted [music] most could not fully agree with how she was managing things. The uncertainty about how to best help the child highlighted how complicated [music] the situation had become. >> Thank you, sir. >> Thank you. >> Hey, how are you? >> How's it going? My deputy Barbell. >> I just woke up. >> Oh, okay. >> So, you said Kendra's not here? >> Yeah. >> She's out. Kendra does goes to uh methadone treatment. >> Were you here last night by any chance or help? >> I live here. >> You live here? Okay. Do you know Grace? >> Crazy [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> I told her she had to go. >> Okay. Yeah. >> She was talking to herself and I Oh, no. There was too much going on. >> Okay. So, you were hanging out with her last night. >> I would No, I didn't even want her here in the first place. I told Kendra, "You can't have this girl here. The girl crazy." And uh she had a little baby with her trying to walk in the middle of the night down the tops talking about her baby going to starve. She going to have to give her baby to somebody because her baby going to starve. Talking to herself. I said I don't care. She's like, "Well, you um that's Drew baby." I said, "I don't care what you say. Unless there's a DNA don't look like my son to me." >> Oh, you're Drew's mom. >> Yeah, I'm Drew mama. >> Oh, okay. You're the mama of Drew got >> I'm Drew. >> Okay. Grace. She's not a She might say she's she not. Her and Drew is not married. >> Oh, she's saying that they're married, but they're not. Okay. >> You can look up and do it. My baby ain't married. My baby's in prison. >> Yeah, I heard. >> Okay. Yeah. Drew in prison. Rain a house. Whatever that court is, the bank is doing it for me. It's some type of court you have to go to when there is no will. They knew I was just too stressed. I couldn't do it. I crying. You see, I'm I'm just never awake. Only time I get to see my baby is when I'm asleep. So I'm always sleep. >> Mhm. >> So the bank took Huga something courts to give me the deed because there was no well and her children are underage. Then this grace lady showed up. She showed shows up to me on the day of my daughter's memorial with this baby talking about this Drews. Now Drew even did say it was he is over the phone cuz he was in prison on the phone. I don't really care cuz I've never heard about you this whole time. Wasn't there for the baby's birth announcement? Nothing. So you trying to be part of who we are, but you just showing up at the end. It's like showing up at the end of the race and jumping in front of everybody saying, "I won. Where was you the whole race? We ain't see you." >> So then now Kendra Kra is a kind soul. She is. Kendra been off the now for a while. And I think Kendra been off. I know it's been over a year. Kendra come to me two days ago. I couldn't even remember the girl Grace name. So when Kendra said the girl got a baby and d I'm like okay. I I wasn't even sure who she was talking to. Then all of a sudden the girl show up at my house with the baby. I said, "Who is that?" She said, "Well, that's Grace." "Grace who?" I couldn't even remember this girl name. So then she told me. I said, "Kind Stay here. My baby ain't even been in the ground 3 months yet." Like it's a bad time for me. >> Your daughter, right? >> My daughter Raina. Okay. So another night passed. That was last night. I went up and I spoke nice, you know, and I ain't nothing she nice about me right now. I said, "Listen, honey." I said, "Kender don't want to tell you cuz she's sweet." I said, "But I'm going to tell you, you can't be here. You can't stay here. you can't be here. My daughter wouldn't have wanted you here. She would doesn't even know you or didn't know you. She said, "Okay." Well, somehow in the middle of the night, arguments led. They did not let I went up and I spoke nice, you know. And I ain't nothing she nice about making assa honey. I said, "Candy don't want to tell you cuz she's sweet." I said, "But I'mma tell you, you can't be here. You can't stay here. You can't be here. My daughter wouldn't have wanted you here. She would doesn't even know you or didn't know you." She said, "Okay." Well, somehow in the middle of the night, arguments led. They did not let me sleep at all. This girl was Kendra was in the shower. I said, "Kender, you better go in there with that girl." She said, "Why?" I said, "Cuz she either talking to herself or she on the phone." But I think she might be talking to herself. And she in there with that last baby. That baby can't be old at all. Kenji gets out. This girl's literally talking herself. Talking about how she she might have to give her baby to someone. Her baby going to starve. It was just too much. Finally, this morning, it was right before 8. Wait a second. Just with my daughter. >> I'm sorry for you. After gathering the available information, officers decided to bring the mother in for further discussion to ensure the baby's safety and continue reviewing the situation. >> This child, Kendra said, "Mom, finally I got her back here." I said, "Thank God, Kendra, please don't bring that girl back. Is she just problem?" Kendra said, "Mom, I just be trying to help and she had this little baby and she walking around." And the reason that Kendra felt so sensitive is because which apparently you guys are from the sheriff's department, so you don't know any of us. You don't know no players in the game. Kendra was given to me when she was 12 by CPS and her mother. So I guess technically yes, Kendra is my daughter since she were 12 cuz she was given to me. Kendra and Drew is like brother and sister. So she see a girl that supposedly has Drew's child walking >> wanting to help. >> She don't want to help cuz that's her brother child and she know her brother's in prison, but Grace came in here like she was going to own this house. Like that's the force she came in with. I can't handle that right now. >> Mhm. >> Cuz I I'll pop off. Like I won't mean to but I'll pop off cuz I'm just going through a rough time. Why you're here for Kendra. >> So the reason why we're here is we just want to talk to her because it's our understanding cuz the baby went to the hospital cuz we were told that she fell last night. Grace and the baby fell and that Kendra was with her when she had fallen. So we just want to make sure that a that was case you know that the baby appeared okay and we're ultimately just looking out for the baby. >> I know the baby fit. Let me call Kendra. We're just looking to talk Kendra to make sure if she was with her, where she had fallen. >> Are y'all allowed to call Kendra or do I have to? >> No. Can we call her if you got a good phone number? >> Oh, no. I I can call her if you want. >> My partner will get a phone number for her. Hey, Kendra. How are you? It's the sheriff's office. >> Hi. >> You know, mom confirmed that Grace was here last night with the little baby. >> Yeah. >> Okay. The baby went up to the hospital cuz we're getting her looked over cuz she said she fell with her last night. Do you know? >> Oh my gosh. She is a drama queen. Did she fall last night with the baby? >> She No, I 99% can say she did not fall with that baby. I don't have nowhere to take the baby all night to get the baby up for adoption and she just doesn't she has no idea what she's talking about. I got a ride from the store because my knee's bad and she didn't want to go with the ride and then she's calling me 2 minutes later for me to meet her and then oh no, she fell. Like she just I don't know, >> all all over the place. >> If she was concerned about that baby, she was there 18 hours ago. She would have took that baby when that happened. Okay. Were you with her when she fell or No, >> no, I was not. If she didn't have any marks on her the way she said she fell, she would have had some dirt on her clothes or something outside with her shirt and underwear and no socks, no shoes. >> Gotcha. All right. >> I I tried to help her, but she just is screaming at my mom and yelling and calling us names and just crazy stuff. So, I was like, "You have to go. We have to go somewhere because I can't You're not going to keep yelling at me and tell me to shut up and stop talking in my own room. >> Okay. Yeah. Obviously, Grace indicated the child was here last night. Mom and you are confirming that. Grace indicated there was some drug usage going on around the child. Is there any >> is there any is there any substances that we need to make the hospital aware of treatment in terms of, you know, uh anything? She was she was meeting she ran out of the house a couple times to meet somebody for weed and she like there's no bongs or nothing in my room. She that was all her I don't show up nothing. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm record. >> Okay. No, no Molly. >> No, she I think she I think I can't say for sure, but the way she started acting all of a sudden after she met one person, I think she was doing Molly because I've seen people how they act on it. >> Okay. >> And and she was acting like that. And um you know I told her that that we had a play pen and I could have put it in another room because I'm not I was when I'm home I'm not really in my room. I'm cleaning the house and you know doing stuff. >> So but when I came upstairs the whole room's full full of smoke and she got she got the baby in the play right in front of her. >> I was we were actually going to try to find her mother last night and see if her mother could come get her the baby because she was just hysterical for no reason. >> All right. Well, I'll hand you back to your mom here. I appreciate you talking with us. >> No problem. >> All right. All right, you have a good day. >> And have you talked to her mom? >> Yeah, we we're just going around talking to everyone, covering all of our bases. >> We were made to think of her mom one way, but after what just happened, I think probably the best place for that baby is with that girl's mom cuz we were kind of made tried to believe that the mom was a racist. The mom didn't want the baby around us. I'm too black, which is really the funniest thing in the world cuz I'm about the whitest woman in America. So, I don't even know where you get that one from. If you talk to that mom, I just want you to know just in case she was also given information about me that maybe that's why she I don't know. Alls I know is information was given through Grace about the mother. That's why I wasn't able to see this baby. The mother didn't like it. The mother thought we were too black. This that whatever. And I I do think that that baby got saw probably with the mother after the two days we just had this girl coming outside half it needing her weed. it was or Molly and maybe that's also something else she was getting Molly and I worry now because should it be Drew's baby well actually you know even if it wasn't Drew's baby doesn't really matter it's a baby and that baby should be safe no matter what and it shouldn't be around any use that can get into the baby's lungs system so I just hope she's okay and if you guys need anything I'm here almost 24/7 >> so there you go thank you guys >> I appreciate your time you have a great day >> you too am I allowed to know like any information, >> paperwork and stuff. >> Okay. You want to just turn around? >> Do you mind if I put shoes on and stuff? And >> we can do that afterwards. We got to stay with you, though. Okay. >> I mean, that's fine. You can you can come inside. I never did anything wrong. I'm trying to press on someone else. >> Stay right here. I'll get your shoes for you. Okay. You just got to He's in a place handcuff. All right. >> Can Can I message my husband? He's >> We're going to do this. >> He's in prison. I can't call him. >> So, after Okay. >> So, turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You have anything on you that's going to poke prior? >> No. Okay. Yeah. Anything in your pockets at all? I saw the vapes and stuff. >> Nope, just vapes and our phone. >> I want to give you a quick bat down before we go. >> No problem. >> Grace, you have the rights to remain silent and refuse to answer any questions. Anything you do, say can, and will be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? Now, I advise you your rights. Are you willing to answer my questions? >> Okay. >> The mother was charged with child. Under Washington law, she could face up to 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. [music] The law steps in when risk rises beyond safe limits. Behind that is a broader reminder of shared responsibility, [music] recognizing early signs of parental burnout, encouraging people to seek support and creating environments where children are protected through both understanding and timely action. Both adults said they were the victims, but the one most deeply affected had no voice. >> On your head. >> I'm with him like what? He hitting he punching me. On July 13th, 2025, officers were dispatched to an apartment following a report of a serious domestic dispute involving a mother and her boyfriend. Upon arrival, [music] they spoke with a mother who appeared tense and emotional. She said her boyfriend had left after an argument. >> I'm tussling with him like we just he punching me. >> Okay. >> Another witness came forward and appeared to support the mother's account. >> I didn't get here in the beginning. So, what happened? How did it start? >> We just been arguing. But he was already here this time. >> No, he had came home with the kids today and I'm sitting here on the couch. He goes out. I'm thinking he's making some money and he's not. So that's when I'm pissed off because it's like, dude, you're stressing me out about not making enough, but you're not making zero. Like I said, I'm sitting there on the damn couch. I took my kids something to eat and he's taunting. As soon as he come back in from whatever he's doing, he's taunting talking to my kids. Then he wants to tease her. But what I said, I already know it got him on edge. But he's already talking his too. I don't give a how on edge you are. But don't start taunting my kids. So then he starts to tease my oldest daughter and she spits in his face. So now he popped her. So I come downstairs trying to figure out what the [ __ ] is going on because what? If you need a break, go get out. But don't spit on her and then call her a stupid ass in her face like that because that's a woman. That's a girl. You're not teaching. That's your daughter. So that's when I come in between. So I told her just come upstairs. Now he gets mad because I'm taking her side. I don't care what she did. THAT'S STILL YOUR DAUGHTER at the end of DAY. I DON'T CARE. BUT at the end of the day, YOU DON'T SIT HERE AND SAY stupid ass because you'reing mad at the end like at the world. So then that's when he come upstairs cuz I'm like, "Okay, you just NEED TO GO." HE PUT YOUR fingers in my face again. And then he mos me again. So that's why I punch ass because no, you're not going to put your hands on me. So now we tussling. Now he overly choking me. Oh, I'm steady TRYING TO MOVE. I'M TRYING TO THROW [ __ ] AT HIM BECAUSE MY KIDS SITTING HERE YELLING and you're NOT STOPPING. HE'S STEADY AND OVERLY CHOKING ME. >> So you said he came upstairs put his fingers in your face and doing what else to you? >> Picking mock me. That's when we start fight cuz he put his hands on me first. >> Okay. So what did he do to you first? Like >> Yeah. He did this, right? So I said just get your hands out of my face, man. He did it again. So I said just get your hands. He did this. I said don't hit me. So he going to do this and then he muff me like this. He literally always do this. And then that's when I came back and I because No. >> And how old is the daughter? >> Seven and two. My my son is two. >> And you said he hit her when she spit on him. >> He Yes. He going to pop her on her leg. Whatever he popped her at. >> You mind if I go upstairs and check on them? >> Yeah. >> And then you when he was choking you, how was he choking you? >> Literally both. So like the first time he doing this, so I get from over him and I'm like throwing at him. >> How'd you get the bump on your head? >> I'm hustling with him. Like we just hitting people. >> Okay. Anything else besides to bump on your head then? >> I just gotwhere. That's all. >> Are you staying here tonight? >> Yeah. I'm changing my locks. And if he try to break in, he going to jail. This is my [ __ ] creep. >> Well, unfortunately, he lives here, too. So, we can't do anything about him trying to break in here, but we can do something about the domestic issue already. So, >> and then he told he's coming back to get some stuff. No, you're not coming in here because at this point, no. >> You guys still got the OP? >> No. >> No. I ended up taking off for his goofy cuz I'm like, "All right, you know, you living." He was literally in the damn car living outside. I'm like, "You cool now. Like, we trying to take these damn therapy classes and he didn't want to take that." So, I'm like, "All right, this still ain't going to work." It's like I should have just kept OP. But it's like you manipulating the fact that I got the kids here and I'm and it's like we've been together for 8 years. The kids always had a two parent house home. So, that's how he manipulates the situation. But at the end of the day, you doing this in front of the kids is not okay. You're not worrying about the kids. You're worrying about yourself at this point. And now I see that. >> Yeah. Them watching that is worse than them being in separate households. >> Go hang out over your sister, buddy. >> Go upstairs. Go upstairs. My mom get [sighs] >> You have any idea where he'd go? >> Oh, Bradley to his homie's house. He'd probably be parked right there in that in Westgate apartments. >> Okay. You think he'll come back here tonight? The situation grew more complicated when the boyfriend returned nearby and gave his own statement, creating two conflicting versions of events. Yet, no one mentioned the presence of the child. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Hi. What's going on? >> Hi, guys. >> Okay, we'll hop in the ambulance and we'll get you checked out. >> I'll make sure you get up the stairs. Okay. And then I'll go ahead and head out and we'll start looking for him. feeling fine. >> You remember what to tell your sister to watch for? >> I can talk to her. If not, >> once I talk to sister real quick and then get out of here. >> How you going? >> I'm all right. Can you run me through what happened real quick though? >> I was parking my car and as I'm going in, he like pull up fast, hop out the car. I'm trying to get in the crib, but my cousin right down the door, how she is, and he grab her. They start tussling up there. Of course, we her this her sister, I'm her cousin, so we help. I >> understand. Did he ever make it inside the house at all? >> No, we won't let him in. We was like holding them like this doing this. >> Okay. Well, I've got two of our cars out looking for his car right now. So, when comparing the statements with [music] recorded images, officers noticed several inconsistencies. This lack of alignment made the [music] atmosphere even more strained in front of the child. >> They're going to step out here for me. >> How you pull up and open the door like that? >> Cuz I'm looking for this vehicle. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION. >> I can't see. Okay. >> You sit back here in front of this person. >> I got to uh video her throwing all my stuff out. >> She sent it to me. >> So, I went back over there, grabbed my stuff. As soon as I went back over there, this what happened. >> Okay. He says that he back up to get his stuff and got mace. >> As soon as he walked up the stairs, like four females started like hitting him. One of them maced him. all his clothes was already like on the porch. So he was trying to get his clothes and they was like, "What are you doing?" He's like, "I was trying to get my clothes and they just started." Then what happened then? >> Well, he couldn't see cuz he was me. So, you know, he's like reaching and then one of the females, the one that made him, she hopped in the car and pulled off like real fast and got up. >> So, how' he make it back to to his car? Like, did you help him back to the car? And he was able to see the stairs and then he hopped in the car and he was like, I can't see. I'm like, I don't like >> they're not going to be able to do much for you except give you some water to rinse your eyes out, man. You sure you need that am nothing on this side now? Yeah. I mean, yeah. I can't even see now. >> You know how your head got cut? They did it. You know how I don't know. I don't know what they had in their hand, but all I know I'm literally walking up the stairs. The sister come downstairs. She grabbed my hair. She grabbed my shirt and she pulled out a pink mace bottle and started making my eyes. >> That was your sister. >> That was her sister. >> Okay. >> And I'm still like, man, this is my clothes. Let me get all my As I'm as I'm still going to grab all my stuff. I got all my stuff in the trunk right now cuz this this air result. I have to come come to the gas and grab some milk. I got a video of her throwing all my clothes off in my phone. What started all this? Cuz she want to call she text my phone. She's being mad and rowdy and all that. I go to Walmart. I grab some toilet paper. Go to Walmart. Grab all that. Come back to the house. I'm just talking to my daughter. If my baby mama just start talking crazy, she say, "Oh, he ain't going to go." She telling my daughter, "Oh, he ain't going to go do nothing. Go gra." I'm like, "Whatever." The whole time I had to come back in the house and go grab my my phone charger and my watch charger. Me and my daughter talking baby mama see up there. She come down to the stairs camp. So we start cussing and fighting and arguing doing all that. She press me and doing all that extra and everything. So I leave out the house. I'm like man, you know what? I ain't have the last time. What you want to do? So she So I leave out. She started sending me phone recorders. Come get some come get your she got all my sitting on the balcony in the front. So I come to the balcony. come get my stuff. Next thing you know, I see her sister coming down the stair with a pink mace bottle and she instantly sprayed me. I'm still trying to get my stuff as I'm as I'm getting mace going up the stair. So, I'm like, "What the I'm grabbing people shirts." I'm like, "Man, man, man, man. Let me just leave alone. Let me get my and then she drove off. I don't know what I'm with." So, she drove off. So, she ain't over there no more. I don't know what I'm wearing. >> So, when you said you guys started hustling earlier, right? >> Yeah, we was tustling. It was me and her. She put her hands on me. I put my hands on her. She poking me in my face and I'm poking her in my face and we start rrestling. So we doing all that. I'm leaving the house. I'm like, man, I'm gone. >> Let's go over to the ambulance this way real quick. I'll guide you over there to your left. Get them looking at you and I can hear you better in there. Anyways, >> right here, bro. >> Eyes burn. >> Wash it off now. >> One more. >> We're good. Good luck, man. Appreciate it. Do you have any of the videos or texts of her telling you to come get your stuff? >> Yeah. >> I see him real quick. >> Huh? >> Come get She started off with the PlayStation, then it would come get you. I'm putting it out. Come get you can have it. >> Put this in my body real quick. >> In domestic conflict situations, laws in many US states call for temporary separation when there are signs of possible effect [music] involving both sides rather than trying to determine fault on the spot in order to prioritize safety first. Hi. >> So, he's just checking with him for a couple things. They're just clarifying stories cuz he's saying you guys that you guys called him here to you guys are giving me somewhat similar somewhat opposite. >> We didn't even We He said that he got a video of somebody throwing his clothes outside saying, "Come get your clothes." >> No, I literally STARTED THROWING HIS CLOTHES. YOU'RE NOT COMING. NO, HE [laughter] DOOR. >> OH, NO. WE throw the clothes >> so he won't have to come back in the house. He said right here. No, she said over the over the balance. We didn't do that. >> No, I mean ON THE PORCH, BUT I don't I don't know. >> She said it on the porch so he wouldn't come in the house cuz he always claimed to that he wanted to come back. He said he was coming back again. So that when I called him, >> if he was come if he said he was coming back and you guys were putting stuff outside so he didn't come in. Why did nobody call us? >> Okay, he was saying he was coming back. The incident happened with him putting his hands on my sister already. The officers came, they saw, they left, he left. Okay, fine. At this point, he can't come back in the house cuz we got kids here. Sure. >> So we set the stuff on the porch. If you want it, come get it like that. Like you don't have to come back in the house. He just saw her be pulling up while we was outside and she was again was waiting on her to come. We're all family. Like that's my sister. That's my cousin. >> So we all we got out here. So yeah, we going to do what we DOING NOW. WE DIDN'T EXPECT HIM TO show up. We honestly thought he's going to come later on. >> I didn't see him coming up and tie. >> But then at that point to fight and try to No, you I'm not going to do that. So, um, what is he saying? >> He claimed that he was coming up to get his clothes, but it's like he was coming up here to get your clothes. >> Why is you grabbing them? I'm coming up like trying to come up still trying to grab him. Reaching past me. >> What he's saying is he got a video of his clothes being put outside saying, "Come get your clothes." >> The only videos that he should have is me standing right here telling him not to come back in here because he put this damn knot on my head. >> Cuz he TALKING ABOUT SOME DAMN CLOTHES. BUT LOOK AT MY SISTER'S FACE. LIKE if he he DIDN'T WANT TO CALL THE POLICE EARLIER WHEN HE WAS putting his hands on me. >> He thought it was a joke. >> He thought it was cool to put his hands on me. Now all of a sudden my ass get pepper sprayed. We jump your ass cuz you're not going to hit me. And you definitely not going to be in front of them too cuz they beat your ass too. So that's what really happened. She pepper sprayed him. It's the simple fact that you coming up here thinking you going to COME IN. THE FACT >> I DID TELL HIM. I SAID I CALLED HIM. MIKE LINDY SAID, "DON'T COME BACK here because it's just too heated. You put a knot on my head. Don't come back." AND I KNOW LIKE THE LAST TIME I told y'all HE COMES BACK. HE ALWAYS COME BACK. HE NEVER WASTES 24 HOURS. NEVER. SO THEN I literally text him CUZ HE TELLING ME, "I'M coming back. I'm coming back. [laughter] You can't do You can't tell me." It was more so of a to me because like I said, "No, what you want to come back for now? If you want to get your clothes, cool. I'm going to put your clothes out here. I got A PICTURE OF HIM PUTTING MY CLOTHES OUT THERE ON MOTHER'S DAY. SO, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GO THERE, LET'S GO FOR PICTURE FOR PICTURE THEN. >> That's why we had to come here and talk to you guys cuz we had that. That's what he said over there. And we were like, "Okay, we don't know what happened while he was here." So, we had to come and talk to you guys. That was the only store. >> Yeah, that was the only reason we asked about the clothes out there. >> Need you to listen to me very carefully. >> We got locked up. >> He wants battery charges. You want criminal damage charges for you, too. I'll take Listen, listen, listen. I've never you. I need to take you based off what he's saying. I talked to the sergeant. He just wants you to go in >> for what? >> For what? Don't >> for mutual domestic battery. So, both of you will go. >> So, my sister got to jail tonight. >> Yep. >> He ain't got no proof that she did ANYTHING TO HIM. BUT SAID EARLIER WHEN WHEN HE PUT HIS HANDS ON. SO, FOR HIM TO COME BACK AND TUSSLE AGAIN, THAT'S SELF-DEFENSE ON MY SISTER PART. >> SO, AIN'T NO HE SAID NOTHING BECAUSE HE CAME BACK DOING >> I know. Listen, >> I'm going with her. >> I'm not I'm I can't My cousin's not going to go to jail for something she ain't do. >> Listen, I understand. >> So you think she got standing there tonight for what? >> It'll be for domestic battery. Both of them will go. >> Okay. >> The judge will see it. See a judge in the morning. She'll be out by the afternoon. >> I got a question. What gives him the right to say that she didn't? >> So So off of the what we got before and what we have now is just basically he poked her. She's him. >> He poked her. So she supposed to sit here, you know, then what would have happened IF HE WOULD HAVE CHOKED HER ASS OUT FOR REAL? >> YES, SHE DID. >> And damn what I still would have been sitting HERE LOOKING CRAZY, RIGHT? SO THE FACT THAT HE EVEN GET TO SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT, YOU KNOW THAT HE PUT HIS HANDS ON HER WHETHER HE DID IT NOW OR EARLY, YOU KNOW, HE DID THAT. >> Probably not. It's all right. Come on. Go this one right here. Yep. >> All right, man. I'm going to be straight up with you, okay?
