These mother you supposed to protect. You're supposed to run back. >> I'm telling you. That's why we're here. >> So you left the 8-year-old in charge of these two. >> I thought this was a side road so I could change his pamper and it's [music] not. >> In moments that seem ordinary, adult decisions can turn love into complicated situations affecting the children involved. >> Why are you so mean? Why you [screaming] >> from jealousy to a lapse of attention? Each story is a human reminder of parental responsibility. >> It's me, >> right? >> The whole thing is me. It ain't got nothing to do with the baby. The baby in good care and he always been in good care. >> Between jealousy and maternal instinct, this mother acted on emotion and faced serious consequences in just [music] a few moments of frustration. On May 25th, 2022, authorities received a call reporting that a mother appeared at her ex-husband's home, behaving unpredictably and insisting [music] on seeing her child. Upon arrival, police recorded the account of the father's new partner, who was still surprised by the ex-wife's unusual behavior. Baby, got the baby. She was supposed to pick him up this morning. She called, said she weren't coming to get him. He had to go to work. So I guess she upset he here with me. And she come over here ratting and raving. And I checked my camera. She pulled off and left. I'm guessing that's after she noticed the camera was back there. >> She came to the door. >> What was she doing with that? >> She she had she I guess she beat on the door with the and then she was in the back. She was waving at her. >> You got that on camera? >> 27 to 13 10 12 13. >> I wouldn't have called if I'm trying to diffuse the situation. And who is she? >> But when she got if she got a gun now, I got to do something about his wife. They supposed to be separated, getting a divorce. And I I don't know what they doing. >> He lives here, >> huh? >> He lives here. Okay. >> He's not here now. He's >> No, he had to go to work. >> Okay. You can pull up that video. Yeah. Yeah. >> If the RP is Matthew Ellis, he has seven things out of Douglas County. >> So I know she want to get her son and which is fine, but she was making on the way over here to him before he got the one. So I knew not to open the door. He in the house. I would have gave him to her if she came over positive mindset. But when she got out there, cops said I was not opening the door. >> And she that door was locked. She broke it. Okay. What's her name? >> He said she was making >> she was making call the cops. >> That's what he said. Now he we trying to diffuse the situation cuz two weeks ago she was making on the outside and I let it slide. She came here slide but this time she came with >> what was the she made last time she came? said she was going to if she see me, she going to run. But I was on the inside, so she wasn't directly talking to me. She was talking to him. They was outside talking. And she was like, "Well, if I see her, I'mma run over. I'mma kill her." Blah blah blah blah. >> Okay. >> And she had a crowbar. >> She had a crowbar that time. >> Yeah. >> Do you have that on video? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. We're going to move forward with uh >> But I think some extra stuff cuz of this. >> Yeah. >> I can't play with this now. I got kids. We're We're deciding what charge it would be. It's going to be some kind of uh intimidation civil war. >> Well, she got a sign on the back, but I think it's on the driver's side. I don't know if it's on the passenger side. Now she got >> the initial reason given was to see [music] her child, but in reality it came from tension between the mother and her ex-husband's [music] new partner as the mother became overly upset by jealousy. >> How far away are you? >> 5 minutes. >> Are you going to wait for me to get there? >> No, I've been my wait till 91. >> All right. Till 9. She said she'll be back in 5 minutes or not. If you're not going to be coming over, then maybe I'll be coming over there trying to be on some raw stuff. But I'm not going to trust her outside the first time. >> So this all took place because she said she wanted her child. >> Yeah. But Okay. So yesterday, >> it's really a situation between him and her. >> Yeah. Actually, nothing. It's me, >> right? >> The whole thing is me. It ain't got nothing to do with the baby. the baby in good care and he always been in good care. It ain't got nothing to do with him. It's me. It's cuz I'm around. Anytime I come around, this is how it gets. >> Okay. >> She could have had her son. She told him yesterday that he was not getting him and then end up dropping him off last night. >> Okay. >> Knowing he's sick. >> She So, she told her she's not getting >> be going back and forth. He's sick. >> Okay. She told him and he sent me the text. She that she he was not getting the baby and then she end up dropping him off last night. >> Okay. >> Saying she going to pick him up this morning. >> Okay. So, what made her turn into a what the ra >> the fact that she said she called and said she couldn't get him to 7:00. He got to be at work at 6:30. >> Okay. >> She called and said, "Well, y'all deal with it. Y'all take care of him." Blah blah blah blah. Okay. Then she called back and said, "Well, he need his medicine. I'mma come get him. I'mma give him his medicine." Blah, blah, blah, blah. That's fine. I >> So, what made her turn up like that to bring him back? >> She turn up like that every time she think of me. >> So, she pulled up over here and just got out her car because she just got mad because she thought about you being >> She was already mad. She was mad yesterday. She was already mad. He wanted me to diffuse the situation. He want me to talk to her and I don't have no problem talking to her. I know that I don't want I have kids. I have something to lose. I have a career I'm starting. So, my thing is I can't She's not going to be too. >> So, she been on her rah. This It's not She always been like this. >> Got we going to see if she um >> I have no choice but to press charges now cuz she took it too far. Now it's too far. >> Basically, she's just upset. She's just upset because you and her husband are together. >> Yes. >> And she dropped the baby off yesterday. >> She did. >> She was going to come pick him up yesterday. >> No, she wasn't. >> No, she was going to come pick him up today. >> Is what she said. >> But she initially said she didn't want to come pick him up today. >> That's what she said. >> But then she just all of a sudden changed her mind and said she was going to come pick him up >> because she know he going to go to work and he going to be here with me. >> Okay. So she didn't want the child here. She don't want you. Yeah. That's all. Oh, she came over here at 6:45 and started banging at the door saying what? >> Yes. I don't know what she said. You can see she didn't say nothing. >> Just send that video to me. >> She didn't say nothing. She banging on the door. She didn't say nothing. >> From the mother's perspective, she denied bringing any concerning items, but footage told a [music] different story. In the heat of jealousy and the emotional strain of a past relationship, she let feelings override the calm she needed. >> Miss Michael, what's your business here? My son is my son is sick. My husband lives here. I guess his mister's in here, too. So, my baby have a fever. He had a fever of 104. And I took him to the ER. Both of these cars of mine and I told my husband to bring me my son. He told me he got it. He's taking him to the doctor. I have his medicine in the car. He needs to be on these antibodies. He has stress in his mouth. He had a fever. He's had a fever over a week. He told me he got him. No, you don't. I told him I'm calling the police. She say he on his way here, but when I get here, it's a whole lot. >> Miss Blakeley. That's why we're here. >> Miss Blakeley, did you not um come here about an hour ago? >> I did come here an hour. >> How did you come? What What was the situation when you came here an hour ago? >> To get my son. >> What did you do when you came here hours? A hour ago? >> Snatch the door open. >> And what else? >> That's it? >> That's all you did? >> Knocked on the door. No doorbell. I called before I came. He said, "Okay, call me when you get there." >> Miss um Blakeley, did you burnish a weapon when you entered snatched open that back door? >> Did I brandish a weapon? Did you have a weapon in your hand waving it around? >> No. >> Absolutely you did. We have video of you with a weapon not being on the door and you waving it around. >> I just want my son. >> We understand that. But you cannot go by coming into somebody home snatching open their doors. >> My home. >> It doesn't matter who home it is. People are in that home that you was trying to get to. >> Let him tell it nobody's in the house. >> Okay. Well, you was knocking on the door. So, you thought someone was in there. You just told me his mistress is in there. >> That's what I'm assuming. But he told me that's not so. Why did you have to What was the purpose of it? >> What was the purpose of having a >> waving around and carrying it? >> I if I had it but I don't know this girl. It's been an exchange of words and if y'all playing with my son I called her respectfully. My baby is sick. He needs his antibodies. Do you have him? No require. I call Matthew. Matthew where is low? I got him. He's good. Okay. Well, you don't have his medicine so he's not good. >> Let's get back to the What was the purpose? >> There was no purpose or no management. salt. >> I I don't I just walk my head. >> So now I'm going to jail. >> Can I sit in the car? I have real bad anxiety and I'm about to freak out. Can we loosen them up a little bit, please? >> Going to get for you. >> All right. Um, what's the plan for this car? >> Can I make a phone call if I can get my friend? How long? >> I got to call him. >> So now I want to >> He was just by my >> time. Maybe 15 minutes. I don't live that. Right. >> Right. >> Where? >> Where? >> For um It's in the city, >> right? >> Avalon Dallas Highway. >> Dallas. >> That's not that far down. It's in Dville, not Dallas. >> All right. Where your Where's your >> at my house? >> You took it home. >> I've been home. Can I call my husband in cuz he said he was on his way here? >> No, your husband have nothing to do with what's going on right now. >> He got a rest. Let us both go to jail. >> Where's the weapon that you bring? >> I I told you I don't have a You're saying I have I went home. >> Can I call somebody to get my son out of my girl's car? Hold up. >> Can we take me to the sale then? Cuz I can't. Come on, man. Put your feet in the car. >> Sorry. Listen to me. Listen to me. I can't. I'm about to I'm going to freak out. I can't do it. >> Then you're going to have to freak out in the back seat. Scoot. Put scoot on in. >> I'll cooperate. What do you want? >> Okay. Scoot in the car. >> I can't be here with the doors closed like we're we're going to go. We're going to go. But we can't go with you pulling the door. >> I'm scared. Like I'm going to freak out. I was officer in the car. I understand that. Scoot in the car. If he was the officer, then you know I'm not going to sit out here and debate with you about this. >> I don't want you to debate. So scoot on. >> Can you do me one favor? >> No, you can scoot on in for me, though. >> Driver. >> Okay. >> The mother faced a simple adult charge and was held at [music] Oel City Jail. Under Georgia State Law, she could face up to one year in prison and a $1,000 fine. This story is not [music] just about mistakes, but also the consequences of holding on to the past. Had the mother chosen conversation, accepted reality, and [music] sought a new path, much of this trouble might have been avoided. I want to know why I'm being trespassed. >> You have a child who cares about this being trespassed. I want to know why I'm being trespassed. >> This mother had just caused a scene at a bar and was advised to leave, but her later actions prompted the police to remind her, "Act like an adult." On February 16th, 2025, police received a call from the bar reporting a couple causing a disturbance with a young child present. They arrived promptly where the bar manager was waiting to explain the situation. >> Hey, did you call the manager on duty? Yes, I called. What's going on with you? >> So, we had a group of this family in here on 32 33. Everything was fine. They were in having drinks. They were in having dinner. As of about 15 minutes ago, I just walked to my back bathroom. Patron at the bar said it was perfectly fine 15 minutes ago. I go in there, things are ripped off the wall. The dividers between the uriners are ripped down. The bathroom's destroyed. >> I'm not saying I'm not I'm not pointing fingers. I'm not accusing stuff that could be But they're creating an upheaval now in the restaurant, getting into it with guests, demanding a manager, yelling and screaming. It's come to a point to where I'd like them cast and no longer here. But uh they were getting into it with the bartender and they're specifically both of them. >> Both of them. >> Yeah. >> All right. Let's step over here. >> Yeah. >> This is the >> Yeah, this is the essentially 1017s, I guess. >> Was that uh the TV? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, he's fine. Okay. >> All right. So, what makes us believe that it was these guys? You said camera footage is >> we had a friend in. We don't have cameras in the bathroom. >> Yeah. No, no, no. I'm saying on the outside like who doesn't >> Yeah. Just the way that he went in there and he started pointing and accusing and saying it was possibly someone else just kind of deflecting. I went in there and looked immediately after. His friend since left with his wife that was threw up at our booth. Uh she was out in the car, but they were going back and forth numerous times to the bathroom. And uh like I said, 20 minutes ago, it was perfectly fine. >> Um so you don't want you just want us to document that, but you want us to do >> I want to see if we can do anything with it, but I definitely want them trespass because they, you know, young children. >> Can I take a look and see? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Awesome. Thank you. >> So when I came in here, these dividers have been swiveled and were laying on the ground kind of diagonally and down here. Looks like somebody just took them and just started shaking them. >> Yeah. >> What would you estimate the cost of me? >> I'm not exactly sure. I would approximate that it'd be between It's a handyman. The brackets will have to be replplumbed, reset, refilled. They could be anywhere from $1,200 to $1,800. >> Okay. So, um, do you have your ideal? >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Yeah. They rip those things off the wall, dude. What >> the urinal dividers >> near the men's restroom? >> Thank you. >> Yes, sir. I appreciate you guys. >> So, we don't know for certain that the gentleman out there was >> blue shirt was in there about 20 minutes ago. Noticed that his friend and the other guy out front now had gone back there behind him. He went back in and he was the one that actually alerted me of the problem in the bathroom. >> Yeah. The gentleman started yelling at the bartender saying, "You work for me. I don't know what you're talking about." Yeah, I divided them. You >> think the bartenders are the cops? >> The guy went to the blue shirt guy and was like, "Why are you trying to be a hero? Now's not the time." You know, and the guy's like, "Not trying to do anything." I divided them. And then the girl, his wife, just started yelling in the middle of the dining room. I demand a man in. >> After reviewing statements and footage from the bar, police approached the couple who appeared tense and unsettled. >> Honestly, like I want to pause all of this and I want to know what he has a problem. Like I did not have a >> I'm a customer, right? >> Right. >> Obviously something happened. >> What the is his problem? >> It's a private establishment. He can have you trespass. >> Okay. Well, you should because it's private property just like your house is private, right? Is your house private? Yes. This is private property. >> It's his problem. >> He can trespass you if he wants. >> So why the did he trespass me? >> Because obviously something happened. >> So what happened? I want to know what happened. Because I I don't know what happened. What happened? The reality is you're being trespassed is you're being trespassed. I wouldn't care about that. >> Why am I being trusted? >> I care about your I care about your son that's right here observing you. >> I don't care about my son though. I want to know why am I being care about your son and how you're acting right now. That's how I want to know why I'm being trespassed. How you're acting. >> I want to know why I'm being trespassed. >> Okay. He doesn't >> I want to know why I'm being trespassed. >> I want to know why I'm being trespassed. >> He doesn't have to. You're being very very childish. >> Know why I'm being trespassed. >> You're being very childish in front of your child. >> I want to be I want to know why I'm being trespassed. >> No, we want to know why we being trespassed. >> You're being right now. >> Yes. Who cares about this place? >> I want to know why I'm being trespassed. >> You have a child. Who cares about this place? Who cares about this place? >> Know why I'm being trespassed? You're being funny to your child. >> I don't know why I'm being tested. >> Say something. >> Yeah. >> I want to know why I'm being >> You're not being a very good example for your kids. >> Thank you so much. Well, like I said, he doesn't have to provide a reason just like you can trust someone. I want to know. >> Are you going to try to call an Uber so you guys can get out of here? >> If you know what? So you tell me that come in front. >> I'm going to get kicked out. Okay. >> For no reason at all. >> Listen listen listen. She talk to you that you know do you rise and you can go outside with the right someone call you. No no no. Listen. I just want to know the reason. It's your problem. >> You give me a reason before you want someone in your home. In your home. >> No be in your home. And you you made that decision now. You were to go to jail. >> So this is your warning. You're now trespass. You need to leave otherwise you're going to go after that. So I can say something. Thank you very much. Good night. Have a good night. >> You need to leave before you go to jail. Thank you. >> The situation escalated further when additional concerns were reported. Police returned to address the matter, which caused the mother to react even more strongly. >> Is this really what we're going to be doing tonight? Seriously? >> No. Being honest with you. No. >> No. Because now we have a witness saying something happened back here. So >> So what's happened? >> You want to go? Do you want to go that route? >> No. No. No. >> Cuz we'll go that route. >> No, no, no. Be honest with you. I tried to get everything. So >> well, so two problems exist right now. One, they told us that you woulding her against the car. Okay. So that's probably the So that's problem one. >> Let's check. I'm going to sue behind. Let's check the camera. >> Okay, that's problem one. Problem two is you're plastered and you're sitting in the driver's seat of the car with the with the keys on >> baby. Baby you. Let's see the cameras. Whatever they actually do. That's what we're going to do. That's what we're going to do. >> That's what we're going to do. >> You guys are doing all of this in front of your camera. >> No. No. Exactly. >> You doing this? Are you kidding me? You doing all of this because he'sing Hispanic? Baby, >> baby. Baby, be honest with you. I I just want to go home. Be honest with you. >> I've been crying for the last stupid baby. >> You are stupid. I don't give a >> Just get in the car. >> No. Stupid ass [ __ ] >> Get in the car. >> You see me? You see me? I see you. Stupid mother. >> Just get in the car. >> No. Are you kidding me? >> No, I'm not even kidding. >> He was [ __ ] me. Are youing kidding me now? You somebody told you you are the one that >> borderline disorder. I don't want to take you to jail. So just relax you. >> Mommy, please. >> I know it motherers. You're supposed to protect. [screaming] >> Stand back to me. >> Why you not protecting? >> Why are you not protecting? >> Oh, why? >> Why you not protecting Mother tired of them. Hey, >> stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. [screaming] >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stupid. >> I know. >> So, uh, inside they're reporting that he was strangling her. She's Applebee's reviewing camera footage. She's encroaching on me. I had to her away. I'm tired of you. >> So, which he's reviewing camera footage to see if that's legitimate, but she was in the driver's seat with the car on. So, >> thank you. >> Why you back up? >> Hands behind your back now. Hands behind your back. Stop resisting. >> Bat. >> I got it. >> Left arm. I got left arm. [screaming] Got left arm. >> What is that? >> Stop. >> What is that? >> Stop yelling. >> Alicia, come on. She's going to go back. [screaming] >> [ __ ] you. [screaming] >> [laughter] [crying] >> My baby. My baby. My baby. [laughter] What's wrong with you? You stupid >> stupid ass. >> Look at you short mother. >> Move. >> No. >> No. Thank you. Let's go. >> Come on. Act like an adult. >> These heightened emotions continued even as she was guided to the vehicle. [screaming] >> You get the car. >> No. >> Get in the car. easier. >> No, no, no. Look at my hand. Stupid. Look at my hands. [crying] Stupid. Look at my hands. Look at my hands. >> Stupid. Look at my hand. >> I don't think I have a double. >> Oh my god. >> My son. What happened to him? Come on. >> You want to adjust? >> No, it's double luck. No, that's that's double. >> Okay, have a seat. >> Have a seat. No, my hands hurt so bad. My hands hurt. It hurts my hands. >> What part of your hand? >> Like all of it. My hand. [crying] >> Okay. So, >> take a deep breath. You want What do you want? You want me to readjust them? >> Yes. >> You want me to readjust them? >> Please. [crying] Lose them in. Loosen them in. Do we even know her name yet? >> Nope. >> Lucen, >> what's your name? >> Alexia. >> Alexia. >> Alexia, stop. >> It looked like it hurts. It hurts. >> You can get fingers in there. >> Yeah, I can. On both sides. >> Okay. Listen. my wrist. My wrist moving around if you would stop screaming. >> Okay, then then nothing's going to happen. You're going to get in the back of the car then. >> The mother was charged with battery on specified personnel, resisting an officer, DUI, and trespassing. The father faced a trespassing charge after being warranted. Under Florida law, she could face 12 to 16 years in prison and an $11,000 fine, while the father might face a lighter penalty of one year in prison and a $1,000 fine. In this situation, the mother's actions could initially have been limited to a simple warning to leave the area. But by losing control of her emotions during the interaction, the legal consequences became far more serious. A baby was without adult supervision in a stroller, highlighting important lessons about laws, parental responsibility, and community care. They said there's a baby sleeping at the station. They slept there for like a half an hour. >> On February 14th, 2024, Sukakus police received an urgent call from Meadowand's Exposition Center staff reporting an unattended infant in a stroller. They arrived immediately and took statements from the staff present. Oh, hi. >> Hi, sir. My wife. >> Does I know our body one cameras are activated? >> Huh? >> Our body one cameras are activated. >> Oh, yeah. We have cameras. This is a show that I think for all the Jewish community. We're all Jewish people here. We all know each other. I know every single person that's here inside. We registered. Nobody comes in without registering. We we had uh I made a personal policy because of the items that are here. You know, things might fall. My dad, let babies go inside. So, we have a little room outside. She didn't know the room is there. You can have somebody watch the baby. So, we have like, you know, three babies inside that room, but there's a lady sitting there watching them. She didn't know that. She just left the baby right here by the door at the entrance with my personal guard standing there plus the two Sukotus convention guards were standing. And they said there's a lady sleeping. They they slept there for like a half an hour. >> We need computers electricity. >> Electricity is not good is the back of the house. >> Right. Can I have somebody electricity in the front desk? We need electricity in the front desk, please. >> So, she was staying inside. She was standing actually in the front second row, first booth. She was standing there talking to I came outside. I see two officers standing next to the baby carriages. What's going on? But the guy say she's already half an hour not inside. I said she's probably inside. might come out. She didn't announce when she came out. Then she came inside out. They say they're going to detain her because she left the baby there. >> First minute you said I came running. >> Yes. The second not even a second after I said it. She was outside. Right. She was right there. So I said, "Listen, it's my fault that I I wrote it on the ads that they shouldn't bring the carriage." A lot of them forget. Let them forget. They bring the carriage. They think they can leave the carriage and just walk in with the baby. >> I can do that, but I I want a professional. So I don't want baby insurance. I So I said I'll leave it on the side. security. >> Hang up right over here. Dumb. >> The center has a policy prohibiting children under 16 and strollers inside. It seems the mother her child outside for 40 to 60 minutes because of this rule. Um, we I was the one that saw when I saw an officer pass, I let him know I was the one that left the officer. >> Did anybody tell you that the baby's going to be left there? >> No. Like at first we thought it was a baby carriage just there cuz you know they didn't want baby carriages or anything and then we looked and they're like, "Oh, there's a kid in there." And then I went and got a like an officer like I we What's it called? >> Just so you know, we got to let you know. >> Yeah, sure. No problem. >> What um about how long was the maybe there? >> We think about 40 minutes to an hour. >> Did you see the mob at any point? Do you know where the mom went or was? >> We saw the woman come in with the baby carriage and I think I saw her like in there at one point, but like I said, I didn't know the baby was in the carriage until I looked at >> Was she coming back and checking on the baby? Did you notice? >> Not that I noticed. >> Do you mind giving my officer your information? >> Yeah, sure. What do you need? I got my sore license, my driver's license. Driving license. No problem. >> Um, let me get that for you. I'm sorry. >> Here you go. I don't know yet. They didn't ask you you guys to watch the baby or nothing like that. >> I mean, I did. >> Can you show me where the baby was? >> The baby was like >> usually when people were coming in, the owner of the show let us know he didn't want anyone under the age of 16 and no baby carriages. So, when people were coming in, I would let them know, "Sorry, ma'am. You can't bring the kid in here. The show has a strict policy against it and a lot of the people like would either stay out here with the kid while like if they were a couple there was a couple the woman went in and the father stayed out here with the kid. There was a couple different things either that or they just left or they talked with the owner of the show. >> Right. Right. >> And what's it called? This woman we thought it was just the empty carriage and someone was watching the baby somewhere else. We It wasn't until we looked at it like, "Oh, there's a kid in there." And then we waited and one one of your officers passed. We're like, "Sir, there's a kid over here." >> Okay. Is there anything else I can help you with? >> I didn't see it falling here, right? >> In my hand. I found it on the floor. I was going to bring it to the loss of town. Is that yours? >> I need to check that. >> Yeah. Okay, good. Somebody just >> Someone Yeah, I just felt it vibrating. No, someone uh just literally handed it to us and said, "Is there a loss of town here?" >> No problem. >> Anthony, you step back. Yeah. >> You have your license on you. >> Sorry. The the reason for me my you have to get my information for >> you were also security guard here. >> No. Yeah. No tracking. >> Pedro you. Um I wanted to let you know >> hang one second. >> I don't me and my grandfather have the same name except for our middle name. I don't know if it said it on my license. my middle name just in case so there's no problems. Can I call my mom to let her name? >> You have to give me one second cuz the other deputies don't want taking you. I just have to verify with him. >> Okay. Thank you. >> All right. One second. >> The mother was charged with [music] DUI and child. She was released on a $3,500 bail. Sometimes even a small decision made while tired can have significant consequences. Before getting behind the wheel or making choices under stress, think of those waiting for you at home, especially the children who always see you as their safest place in the world. >> So, we are going to charge you. Okay. >> Just for a roller coaster ride, this father left his 8-year-old in charge of two younger children. On August 16th, 2024, police received a call reporting a 2-year-old lost in the park. Later, a four-year-old was also found near the play area. Police quickly intervened and discovered the children's father waiting in line for the ride, trusting his 8-year-old to supervise the younger kids. >> So, I swear he had two witnesses. One girl had said that she was with the 2-year-old saw the 2-year-old walking all the way down. >> You've got to stay walked all the way back down here and then saw the wagon and the two other younger girls sitting outside the ride right there. She said that she doesn't know how long the girls were by themselves, but there was another witness that was in the Q- line, a court's crew, and these him and his wives were right behind him. And he said that he was in the Q- line for 20 minutes cuz they had the ride stone. And um I'm thinking he had to at least leave him alone for more than 20, 30 minutes and then had the 2-year-old and the 4-year-old and the 8-year-old sitting outside by themselves. >> So, where's the witnesses? >> They walked away. I got their info. >> You did? >> I did. Yeah. >> Hi. Do you know why I'm over here? >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, did you leave your kids unattended? >> They were right here. We were in line. We got in line. It had already been shut down. We were there for maybe 6 7 minutes for the ride. We were waiting till we got right off. >> But who was watching your kids? >> My my 8-year-old. >> Your 8-year-old? Stupid. >> Are you here with some Are you here with anybody else? >> No, it's just me and my four. >> Okay. So, who are you in line with? >> My oldest. >> How old is she? >> Nine. Okay. And how old is she? How old is she? >> And then that's the 8-year-old. So, you put the 8-year-old in charge of these two and by herself as well. And then the 2-year-old ran off. >> Okay. When you came back, was the 2-year-old here? >> Yes. >> With the witnesses, they were outside the ride. >> I saw when we came back on the ride, I could see them all sitting there. My 8-year-old smiled because at first I thought something she smiled and everything. >> Where are you from? >> From just 45 minutes. We live by bus. >> How many times have you them today to ride rides? >> We did one at the beginning and then whatever time if those two were riding I'd stay. >> This isn't the first time you left the 8-year-old in charge. Did you ever leave these two by themselves? >> No, never. Absolutely not. Okay. >> I always had eyes on them. So, how many rides did you get on >> with with them? >> Yeah, this one in case was at the beginning for the day, which was around 1:30. My nine-year-old I got right on. I could see him in the Q- line. So, but the rest >> You couldn't see them in this Q line. >> I could not. No, you're right. >> So, and then how long were you in line for? >> I texted a friend when we just got in line timestamp. say was 7:53. >> Okay. What time did he get off the ride? >> I don't know what time he got off the ride. He was already off the ride by the time I got over here. But the woman that said that she picked up the girl all the way down by Magnum. When I got here, it was like 20 minutes since the call. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> I do. >> Let me see it. Dad here has been riding rides with the oldest in the king, the 8-year-old in charge of the two and foury old 2-year-old ran down the mag and somebody brought her back. Said he's only done it for two rides here on the gatekeeper earlier today and he just did it on this one. He said the 8-year-old was watching the younger one. >> What's a good phone number for you? So, we are going to charge you. Okay, >> relax. But since you're here alone with your four children, we're not going to take you to jail. No, you're getting charged. >> You can't children. And I'm not even going to be try to be polite about it. That's ridiculous. You don't know who's here. What if someone would have taken one of them to ride a ride? That's ridiculous. >> Hey, uh, can you call the judge and ask our boss this guy for endangering children? He's here with three or four of his kids. He's having an 8-year-old watch like a two and four year old while he rode a ride with his other child. And the 2-year-old got out of the wagon and like ran down to the wagon and somebody like walked to get back to him. >> Uh, let me get it for you real quick. Hold on. What's his name? Anthony. It's Anthony. G A L L I N A >> Although the incident was not immediately criminal, facing responsibility was unavoidable. >> I have to do some paperwork. You're going to be ejected from the park, so you have to leave for the day. Okay. >> He's calling him real quick. >> All right. >> You just get it. Okay. >> You're going to bummer. >> Well, we're getting okay from the judge that you don't have to go to jail. >> What's your social real quick? What Ernie says, I'm assuming it's going to it's going to be yes. I'll start doing the summons and I'll be up at the front. We have to go to the front gate. Okay. Yep. I'll be >> welcome. You're being ejected. I just have to walk you out of the park and then I'm assuming we're going to meet you guys up there. >> I'm going to walk with you guys cuz we got to send him his charge. >> So, I'm going to go with you. >> Wait, what is >> the charge? You in charge of child? >> Wait. >> What? >> What is >> I think it's an M3. I could be wrong though. You're going to have to court it. You're going to have to appear. It might be an M1. I'm not sure. I'm going to have to get all of their names and date of births before you go, too. Okay. You didn't come here with anyone else, like a friend, your wife. >> Your wife was visiting her grandson. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I mean, I understand that, but it's your job to protect all your children, not just have fun with them. What time did you get here today? >> Okay. So, 1:30. The first ride you went on, you the three youngest. time before. >> Uh, it'll be Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. Fail to appear, then there'll be a warrant out for your arrest. We're getting it cleared by the judge. There could be a chance where he says no. Unlikely, but yep, you'll have to go to Suski Municipal Court at 9:00 a.m. on Friday or Monday, I'm sorry.
